• Juraj (1/5): - The apartment is about 15 minutes from the central beach. The accommodation is in a neglected condition, the floor was not washed, ants were constantly crawling on the kitchen counter. The kettle did not work and the gas was disconnected on the stove. The beds are old and worn out, they creak terribly. The apartment is on the top floor and on the balcony there were always crows and seagulls screaming terribly from morning to night. The owner did not communicate at all and did not even give us the necessary confirmation and invoice. Azure Pretty Apartment I DO NOT RECOMMEND
• Robin (7/5): - Super Lage! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Strand, etc., alles zu Fuß erreichbar! Große Terrasse und zusätzlicher Balkon! Geräumiges Apartment! Drei Fernseher! Genügend Stauraum in den Schränken! Großer Beuler zum Duschen! 2 Klimaanlagen! Super Waschmaschine! Großer Kühlschrank mit gutem Eisfach! Ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche! Bequemes Sofa zum chillen mit Schlaffunktion! Toaster funktioniert nicht! Wasserkocher funktioniert nicht! Standventilator am Fuß gebrochen! Kann alleine nicht stehen! Ameisen in der Küche! Hinter den Gardinen Spinnenweben die da schon SEHR lange sind! Eine Herdplatte mit Strom, eine mit Gas! Gas ist keins angeschlossen, also nur eine Herdplatte für 5 Personen. 😥 Keine Reinigungsmittel, außer für die Toilette! Leider sind wir als ausländische Touristen nicht vertraut, mit der sehr speziellen Parksituation hier for Ort! Alle Parkplätze befinden sich in einer zahlpflichtigen "grünen" Zone! Parkautomaten gibt es aber leider keine in der Nähe! Man muss das Parken per SMS bezahlen! Dies ist mit einer ausländischen Nummer aber NICHT möglich! Erst auf Anfrage verwies der Vermieter auf eine App! Wir hatten Glück, das wir in den ersten 24 Stunden nicht abgeschleppt wurden oder eine Kralle bekamen. Das bezahlte Parken bedeutet, für die 10 Tage, 180 Leva Mehrkosten da es keinen zugehorigen Parkplatz zum Apartment gibt. Auf die Frage, ob das so muss und so korrekt ist, bekam ich vom Vermieter keine Antwort mehr! Ich finde das schlecht organisiert und man sollte seine Gäste diesbezüglich UNBEDINGT vorher informieren!

• Lalita (3/5): spacious appartment in a run down building poorly managed - nice terrace, open concept living room and kitchen but far from the beech in a run fown building property management was impersonal, hard to reach and not responsive when our toaster broke, kitchen not really equipped for cooking-blunt knives, crusty cutlery, no soap, no salt and pepper shakers, no kitchen towls or laundry soap, dishes were not well washed, stains on the liv room sofa, cob webs on the windows.. noisy living room aircon squeaky double bed- very poor sleep no light in the kids room we had to wait in the heat outside as the apartment was not ready for check in time
