• Jerry (5/5): Villa needs updated and getting in was very difficult because flight was delayed - The property manager was supposed to meet us and direct us to the rental. Our flight was delayed and he was not at guard house. He would not just text me the number and direction even though we had talked and text in the US. Taxi driver and guards spoke very little English but were very helpful and patient . Took us 40 min to finally get in villa. Not much in walking distance, a grocery store and gas station. Villa needs updated.

Siento que podrían mejorar aspectos sencillos que son agradables para el huésped como por ejemplo, tener colgadores para las toallas en los baños, tazas para tomar café o té, asegurar el funcionamiento del calentador, la cama principal hacía demasiado ruido, las sillas del comedor se pelan mucho, el baño tenía solo la luz del espejo… y así pequeños detalles que cuando faltan todos, entorpece la experiencia.

It’s on an ultra modern new build complex so close to neighbours either side that the curtains have to remain closed or they’re looking in your windows. There is NO private pool! There is no garden, no patio, absolutely no space to sit outside It’s right next door to the airport. The microwave is fixed to the wall where you can hardly reach it with no socket nearby for its plug! You go to the ‘private’ utility room to find some neighbours using it because it can be accessed from outside!

• Bryan (8/5): Beautiful, clean property with ample space - A couple of adjustments needed - Despite what is an avoidable mistake in the property listing regarding cost and directions (see below), the property is gorgeous and José, the owner/manager, is very kind and gracious and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and other things. Even though a cot is not supplied, José graciously tried to get us one and only failed in that adventure due to being sold a broken one! The villa is huge and spacious, practically new (recent build), and has some delightful, big bedrooms and en suite arrangements, a gorgeous kitchen and equipment supplied for time aside in a quiet location. The pool is not beside the villa, nor private to the villa residents, but is close by and a short walk. The property is very badly name/described and the directions as they are today (May 2024) will not lead you to the property without a miracle. CUSTOMERS BEWARE: The pricing was exceptionally unclear and a HUGE shock to my family when we found it was DOUBLE what was in the “Total” figure quoted in Booking.com. The small print was vague and without detail, so the final bill (including a refundable deposit that put the payment at THREE times what was initially quoted to me) was staggering. PLEASE Booking.com and property owner/manager (for the sake of future customers) get the right price on there (stating clearly what the extra taxes and charges are specifically) to avoid nasty surprises like we had that wrecked the rest of our stay in the area. And PLEASE give an address that runs easily with Apple Maps, Google Maps and Waze. Thank-you.
• Susana (1/5): HELL as I didn’t stay - The property was lovely as far as I could see The property manager was rude One of the rudest people I have ever met. After I booked it he increased the prize by 400 dollars and wanted cash onsite for me to stay. I had missed my plane had been traveling for 29hrs just needed a place to crash. I took an Uber from the airport to the property and ended up having to call the Uber again to pick me up as I was not giving this property manager gentlemen 460 dollars in cash for me to stay there. Most horrible experience. Ended up driving in the Uber until I could book an airbnb for the night. Will never use booking.com again.
