- Erica (1/5): Unhappy to be accused and charged with fees for stains on towels and a sheet. This is not true! Beware of thos - The property claimed there were stains on the towels and a sheet. This is absolutely not true and just a way for them to swindle money out of a paying customer. Absolutely do not recommend or you will regret being charged extra money because they are swindlers!
- Ruth (8/5): Good location for our girls' weekend stay. - Good location and enough rooms for all of us. The livingroom area is a little small considering the number of people that can stay, but for us it didn't matter that much as we spent alot of time away from the house. We could have used a few more towels, but aside from that the stay was comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more cooking supplies. I brought a baking sheet to make some hot appetizers and glad I did because there was nothing similar to use.

Comfy beds, lots of towels, no outside noise, and modern decor. It even had a dishwasher. They could have explained the garbage better. What went in the green bin, what was recyclable and what to do with it.

- Ling. (1/5): TERRIBLE PLACE with BAD SERVICE and BAD HOST, everything in poor condition - NOTHING IS GOOD. TERRIBLE PLACE with senseless appliances. Fancy sinks that splashes the more you get closer to it. Good appliances but poorly maintained. Master bedroom joined with bathroom with transparent glassdoor shower, so no one can use if you are not a couple. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE CONDITION. Find fault coz large grp.
Request "i have a large group, is it alright", yet no response till 3 days before my arrival with a charge imposed. Deposit was to be requested 2 weeks before check-in, but i got it 3 days before. --> already not impressed with service. Had fill a form to confirm my booking, and i still need a selfie with myself tog. with my passport??!!!
We arrived a day later from check-in date and checked-in late in the evening - yet was complained and accused of making noise and having party on the day tt we hvn't arrive. The lights at the dining area was not fully lit. some bulbs were down. TV control was spoilt. Toilet rolls were only for one night stay. Linens were in the washer when arrived. Cups were not found in cupboards but in dishwashing was full of unpacked utensils. The trashbin was not found. We need to make our own. No instructions to the garage door - we had to find our way in the night. Keys to the garage door was thrown in different corners - host didn't tell us about it (most probably coz they couldn't find them), we found them. No place to hang clothes in common bathrm.
The night of check-in, one of the toilets got busted. I dropped a msg over booking., they requested for it to via email with pics. Everyone was sleeping, so i drop the email morning 9am. Response came 3pm and when we confirmed a time (ding-dong of emails), they fixed only 2 days later.
-The "fresh" towels provided were stained and soiled but were still given for us to use.
-The lights in one bedroom was down with only one bulb lit, told them - maintenance team changed them all to spotlights instead that made the room so hot and glaring we couldn't turn on the lights in the end. one of the bedroom curtains were spoilt.
-existing bedsheets were already dirtied before we check-in but they blamed me coz i hv large group & deducted this on my deposit.

- Aashish (9/5): Superb - Size and cleanliness. Garage parking was a very convenient feature. Only feedback is that the listing should indicate the clearance (height and width etc) for the garage. We were ok because our plans changed last minute and we brought a smaller car but if we had brought the car we intended to, it would not have fit in the garage. Nothing. All was fine.

- Tremblay (1/5): We have been robed. - BEWARE. The day we arrived we have noticed the floor was damaged due to water accumulation close to a door leading to the terrace. The owners are trying to charge us with more than 2000$ dammage. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. They are thieves. No contact information is valid. Can't speak with a person. They fraud every single client. BEWARE.**********

- Arman (7/5): Overall it was nice but should’ve been checked and throughly cleaned by someone before our stay. - I liked the location and size of the property. I do not like having a clogged toilet from previous users and it did not look very clean. There was also a garage bag left there was blood inside it so it was not changed out.
- James (1/5): Terrible. - The property was very clean. And felt very nice. They made me send a picture of my face next to my ID. This was very invasive to my privacy. I also had to pay a $500 deposit, that felt very weird to me when it was no where to be found in the description. They only charged a heavy cleaning fee although they make you do every little thing yourself. Even if you miss something small, they will find a way to keep your deposit. I actually thought they sent my deposit back to me and the amount was off, it was actually my tax refund. But we both didn’t know that at the time. They made up a story on why they didn’t pay the full amount back. In reality! They never even sent my deposit back. They even sent a picture of garbage bags full of garbage saying that we left it! We only slept there and nothing else. They clearly lied. I’m very disappointed.

- Adel (4/5): NOT RECOMMENDED! - Clean, well-prepared property in a convenient location, offering a comfortable stay for guests. Unfortunately, my experience with this rental property was marred by an excessive and invasive check-in process, including demands for personal details like a photo of my face next to my passport or ID, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the extensive cleaning and checkout requirements, not disclosed during booking, were unreasonable given the hefty $200 cleaning fee for just one night. Despite complying with most demands, they still found a way to charge extra for a missed detail. While the property itself was clean and convenient, the feeling of being constantly watched and penalized for minor oversights left a sour taste. Proceed with caution, as this level of scrutiny feels unjust and unwelcoming.
- Nassra (3/5): Poor - First, the communication was not clear and professional.. they ask me to pay 500 for security then the same day of my arrival the ask me to pay other 500 because it is during break and off course I don’t have other choose.. then when I arrive I find that they give me different house than I booked by booking.com and it was not that clean.
When we leave we throw one garbage and the out garbage was full of garbage then the send me massage informing me that they will take 75 dollars because of 5 garbages that they found …

- Justine (1/5): 1000% DO NOT STAY HERE! Extremely stressful stay and held deposit for 23 days, accused me of damage. - The apartment was pretty nice. BWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE or any Globalstay property for the reasons outlined here. Worst experience I've ever had.
1. They asked for a deposit almost the cost of the whole stay.
2. They require you to take all of the trash with you IN YOUR CAR, and ask you to dump it at a public dump yourself or you will be charged for every bag of trash you leave. I have never heard of this in my life. They ask that you do the dishes AND do the laundry before leaving. Yet charge CAD $200 for a cleaning fee.
3. They nickel and dime you for everything. Everything that you can do wrong, there is a fee for it. If you break one of their rules outlined (there are MANY), they fine you.
4. They ask for a personal "selfie" with your ID. That was kind of uncomfortable, and now they have all of my personal information.
5. For a place marketed for 11 people, there is only 1 dedicated car spot. There were no signs in front of the building or a heads up from the property owners, that all the spots outside were permit only. We ended up getting 2 parking tickets. A heads up would have been nice.
6.The cleaner was extremely rude. She crossed her arms and glared at us as we were moving the final suitcases out of the apartment at 12:02pm. Yes, we were 2 minutes late because we were looking for the key to lock the apartment. But come on, TWO minutes?? Then proceeded to wave her finger at us yelling "you move, you move" for us to leave our spot so her cleaning partner could park in our spot.
7. My deposit was withheld for 23 days and they tried to pin some damage on me 19 days after I checked out. I first reached out about my deposit 12 days after checking out, no response and I had to follow up 4 days later. Then 19 days after checkout, they open a claim and accuse me of damaging the property. The next day, they took it back and said they would refund me in 24-28 hours. They were also late for this and it took 3 days.
- Anonymous (1/5): Regret . Never ever use this company - Place was nice interior. “BE AWARE”. Their trash rule and they don’t check right after we left. and charged trash fee for US$70 .
We as single family stayed first time one night in Toronto after visiting Niagara Falls., no friends . Me and younger son can’t drink alcohol we had 4 sodas and chicken wings some snacks that night and took all trash home to Cleveland . 2 days after we left, they told me they found bunch of beer cans bottles (picture attached )found in the property.
I’m still asking to check security camera footage .
It’s very bad customer service and dishonest.
Really regret to stay there , I’m attaching the picture that they sent to me because I assume they are re-using this picture to other customers .
I hope some one help me how to back my all deposit.

1. Not safe for kids because dining table and living room table are glasses and anytime anything can be happened.
2. There is a glass on the tv stand and it was a broken glass and my son cut his finger on it. I took pictures and send it to property management.
3. In the second floor of the apartment there is two bedrooms and one bathroom and bathroom lock was not working and I contacted the management and they did not fix it. Just imagine how awkward the situation when someone in the bathroom and it is not locked.
4. Time of discharge we cleaned entire apartment and took all the garbage with us and did not leave anything and today after eight days I received a picture where they are saying I have to pay for garbage what I left. My question why they are sending this picture after eight days? Why they didn’t send me the picture the day I left?
5. They holding my security deposit more than eight days where as I was told they will release my deposit and it will reflect in my account in seven days.
