- Nora (4/5): Tolle Lage, aber nicht das was wir gebucht hatten. - Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich hervorragend und auch die Dachterrasse ist ein großes Plus – hier konnte man den Aufenthalt definitiv genießen. Leider entspricht die Unterkunft jedoch nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Fotos geweckt wurden. Gebucht war eine Erdgeschosswohnung, tatsächlich haben wir aber eine Dachgeschosswohnung im selben Haus erhalten. Auch wenn diese grundsätzlich schön war, wirkt sie eher wie eine privat bewohnte Wohnung, aus der für unseren Aufenthalt nur kurz jemand ausgezogen ist. Dadurch fehlte ein wenig das typische Gefühl einer Ferienunterkunft. Positiv ist auf jeden Fall die tolle Lage und schöne Terrasse, aber leider haben wir nicht das bekommen was wir gebucht haben. Was uns allerdings gar nicht gefallen hat, war der gesamte Ablauf rund um die Buchung und der Zustand der Wohnung. Erst nach der Buchung wurde ich telefonisch darüber informiert, dass die Wohnung auf den Fotos nicht die tatsächlich verfügbare Unterkunft sei und wir stattdessen eine andere Wohnung im selben Haus bekommen würden. Da wir beruflich in Bielefeld waren, hatte ich bewusst eine Erdgeschosswohnung mit Parkmöglichkeit gebucht. Letztendlich erhielten wir jedoch eine Dachgeschosswohnung – ohne jegliche Parkmöglichkeit, nicht einmal zum kurzen Halten. Für das Ein- und Ausladen unseres Equipments mussten wir daher auf der Straße parken, was sehr umständlich war. Die Wohnung selbst wirkte zudem nicht wie eine typische Ferienunterkunft, sondern eher wie eine noch bewohnte Wohnung. Es standen zahlreiche leere Alkoholflaschen herum, die Sofakissen wirkten ungepflegt, und in der Küche befanden sich mehrere vertrocknete Pflanzen. Auch der Grill auf der Terrasse war stark verschmutzt. Insgesamt schien nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden zu sein, ein wirklich sauberer Eindruck entstand nicht. Der Zustand entsprach in keiner Weise den Fotos der ursprünglich angebotenen Wohnung. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war ebenfalls schwierig. Die Ansprechpartnerin konnte weder auf Deutsch noch auf Englisch auf meine Fragen eingehen und las lediglich einen vorbereiteten Text vor, in dem auf die abweichende Wohnung hingewiesen wurde. Zwar wurde ich somit informiert, jedoch bestand keine Möglichkeit mehr, die Buchung zu stornieren oder zu ändern. Zusätzlich habe ich bis zwei Tage nach der Abreise trotz vorheriger Anfrage noch keine offizielle Firmenrechnung erhalten, obwohl die Unterkunft bereits vor Monaten bezahlt wurde. Insgesamt hinterlässt der gesamte Ablauf leider einen sehr unseriösen Eindruck.

- Kiousi (10/5): Άψογο - Ένας πολύ όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος που παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις ! Φαίνεται ότι είναι αρκετά προσεγμενο τόσο στην διακόσμηση όσο και στην λειτουργικότητα. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στον σταθμό των τρένων αλλά και στην παλιά πόλη του Bielefeld που είναι πανέμορφη . Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άψογη και άμεση χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα ! Το συνιστώ!

- Miessler (6/5): - Dachterrasse sehe schön, Zimmer Einteilung super, Massage Sessel echt toll. Kühlschrank war absolut eklig, verklebt und hat sehr schlecht gerochen. In der Wohnung war es bei Anreise extrem kalt. Alle Heizkörper auf 0 bei 5 Crad Außentemperatur geht das gar nicht. Waschbecken und Dusche nicht wirklich sauber. Boden im Bad hat sehr geklebt. Sofa total fertig, Durchgessen und die Polster sehr verschmutzt.
- Salla (7/5): Spacious space with good location - The apartment is cozy and well furnished, great amount of space and comfortable for five persons and more if you are a family. Great contact with the staff, and always answering when needed. Also helpful to solve the problems, but still the problems unfortunately are bigger than the friendliness and the understanding with the crew. Great points with the customer service anyway. There was a bedbug problem in the apartment. We noticed it ourselves on the first evening, but after contacting the rental agent, they assured us that the problem had been taken care of. However, it had not been resolved totally, and there were still bedbugs in the apartment and we got marks on our skins. The shower is a bit challenging and the water doesn't seem to drain.

- Jutta (10/5): Geräumige Ferienwohnung für Familienurlaub in der Stadt geeignet - Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und bot in der Küche auch viel Platz, insbesondere um gemeinsam essen zu können. Die Wohnung war gut beheizt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche wäre zu ergänzen, ggf. mal Dinge austauschen. Es gab noch ein paar kleine Dinge, die haben wir den Vermietern direkt mitgeteilt. Die Dielen knarren natürlich, das hat die Untermieter auf den Plan gerufen, die sich dann bei uns über die Vormieter beschwert haben.

- Fabian (7/5): - Schönes, großes und geräumiges Zimmer in einem Altbau mit hohen Decken. Gute Lage, bequemes Bett. Einfacher Check In. Kaffee und Tee standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Toilette war verschmutzt und im bzw. um das Waschbecken befanden sich Barthaare einer vorherigen Rasur. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde das Zimmer am nächsten Tag nochmal gereinigt. Auch bekommt relativ viel Lärm von der Straße mit. Für uns war's noch so okay, für empfindliche Leute vlt nicht optimal.

Giriş kat olduğundan dolayı, tuvaletteki buzlu camlı pencere, disaridaki herkese icerideki aktiviteyi canli yayin yapiyor olmasi hic hos degildi. Camı havlularla bloke etmek durumunda kaldım.
