- Matt Tabs (10/5): Excellent stay for the whole family - We had a really great time in this area and this property as a family. It is a great property to stay in as a family thanks to the many amenities. It has a juicer, coffee machine, some toys for the kids, and a large garden. There is a lot to do and to visit in the surrounding area such as shops, cinemas, restaurants, even Alexandra Palace, and we felt very safe going around here. And Tottenham Stadium is a decent bus ride away. We will definitely come back again in the future for a longer stay. I had no problems with my stay. Everything went perfectly.

- Pam (8/5): Mixed feelings - Great location and proximity to restaurants and great coffee. Good transport links. Sofa was small and uncomfortable. Not enough bowls or cutlery for a family of 5. We were told there were fans, but only one and the house was very hot. Close to a noisy pub and busy side street made it very noisy all hours of the day and night. But the worst thing was arriving after 3pm only to be told to wait outside for 30 mins in 30'c with 3 young kids, whilst the cleaner 'cleaned' (and i use that term loosely) we were exhausted after spending the whole day traveling.

- Turner (1/5): Terrible Customer Service and not a place for families to stay - The agent only instructed we had to pay £350 security deposit 3 days before our stay, it was refunded 4 days after we left.
The small front yard had a dumped takeaway wrapper and broken side table.
Inside of the property has an overwhelming smell of damp.
The rear 'garden' with astro turf is now uneven and can easily be tripped on along with the items including what looked like a fence post hole digger. Not a suitable space for families/children.
Limescale covering the shower head and the bathroom needs an upgrade.
Exposed mains electrics and junction box above the door to the downstairs bedroom, no evidence of electrical items having been PAT tested.
Rooms have locks on the inside so small children could get locked in a room.
Property backs onto several noisy businesses with large commercial ‘skip’ bins, chatting, shouting, singing and playing music all night.
We paid the agent for a permit to park outside of the property. We then received a parking fine after parking where they instructed. The agent advised it was their responsibility and would resolve this but showed no sense of urgency or confirmation the appeal had been made. We had to make the appeal ourselves on day 14 of the fine being issued as it was time sensitive. The agent said we were impatient and demanded to know what we had said to the council. We had to explain the fine is to our vehicle and it is myself who will face the penalty if this is not resolved in the time scale, the agent was not happy we had done this.
The agent didn't advise the property and location they told us to park at is in an Ultra Low Emissions Zone, or we would have followed the process for this. Instead we received 2 x £90 fines when we arrived home.
We have raised these issues with the agent and requested a partial refund for the cost of our stay. The agent accepts no responsibility for the issues raised, was rude and insulting.

- Karen (10/5): Great Location near Alexandra Palace,shopping centre and Very clean and spacious - Very good location with so much to do in the area! We went to Alexandra Palace (Ally Pally) for a show, iceskating and enjoyed a wonderful view from up there. It is a short bus ride from the property. There is also a shopping centre with Primark and 2 cinema and plenty of very nice restaurants and pubs. The house itself was very beautiful, spacious, clean with brand new equipement such as coffee machine, juicer, dryer. We will be back :) N/A
