• Riccardo (1/5): Siamo scappati il giorno dopo!! Appartamento sporco e puzzolente - Nulla!!! Appartamento super sporco!! Appartamento condiviso con una persona all' interno che ci vive, quindi con bagno in comune. Quando camminavamo si azzeccavano le scarpe a terra, cucina tutta sporca di unto, avevo chiesto un bollitore era tutto unto. Nella cucina c'erano la scopa con le pezze umide a terra. Le prese della corrente erano unte e piene di sporcizia, le mattonelle tutte unte. Una puzza esagerata in tutto l'appartamento. Appena siamo arrivati ci ha fornito di 1 sola Grande asciugamano che ci saremmo dovuti lavare in due. Ho chiesto altre asciugamani ha dovuto fare la lavatrice per darcele. L'armadio piccolo della stanzetta era sporco, per riscaldare la stanza ci voleva lo scaldino elettrico piccolo. Una coperta piumino per coprirci che non era più Bianca. I cuscini cosa mai vista un unica fodera con i due cuscini dentro, assurdo!! Mensole sporche etc etc , posizione non comoda, abbiamo dormito una notte sola ( su 3 prenotate ) perché non sono riuscito a trovare subito un altra sistemazione, ma la mattina presto abbiamo fatto valigie e siamo letteralmente scappati in un altro hotel che per fortuna ci ha salvato la vacanza! L'host su booking non fornisce il rimborso neanche parziale e pagamento anticipato, quindi soldi persi definitivamente. Nel palazzo neanche una targhetta che indica la struttura, chiamavamo l'host che non rispondeva, siamo riusciti a trovarlo perché una signora ci ha fatto entrare e ci ha suggerito di bussare a tutte le porte, così al primo tentativo abbiamo trovato il ragazzo che ci ha detto che era lì. Non so se booking farà mettere foto, ma se trovo la scheda su Google Maps le metterò lì come anche la seguente recensione.

• Niginabegim (10/5): - Хозяйкин хороший был, на вопросы отвечал сразу, по личным вопросам тоже помог, но советую им поработать над чистотой и тогда бы было всё отлично, сама квартира хорошая. Везде грязно было, не было возможности оставить багаж на хранения, хотя всегда везде предоставляется такая возможность тем кто выезжает! Над чистотой надо хорошо поработать. Постельное белье было грязное и через чур старая, Полотенце были тоже грязные, полы в комнате грязные. В душевой нет не Геля для душа, не мыло и не шампуня. Даже бумажных полотенец в ванной комнате!

• Mari (8/5): A comfortable stay close to station. - The accommodation was clean. The location was just a short walk from the train station. The listing on Booking.com was not fully explained. It wasn’t obvious at first that the accommodation is a shared apartment where the owners also live, meaning you share the bathroom and kitchen with them. Only when looking deeper into the listing do you see this, which could be important for future guests to know. Additionally, the owner seemed surprised that we were two people, even though the listing suggests it’s suitable for two. The details on Booking.com could be more clearly stated.
