- Jennifer (5/5): Nice location - Location was great Rental unit is in need of maintenance, many little issues here and there: dryer does not work, air conditioner hose is dripping right on back patio as soon as you walk out, cupboard doors falling off, holes in wall at entryway from door handle, pull out couch doesn’t work, some windows don’t open and close properly, couldn’t adjust temperature in condo (no a/c?), BBQ is rusty and paint peeling off of inside lid. These are all maintenance issues that should be addressed in between rentals ( not asking if they can come while you have people there???). Lack of communication from host about parking and access to pool (code to get in)?
