Jens (2/5): Willkommen in der Lärm Hölle - Die Unterkunft war bereits vor Check in Zeit fertig WIr haben uns leider durch die gut in Szene gesetzten Fotos täuschen lassen, doch schon direkt unmittelbar nach der Buchung direkt bereut. 300 EUR Kaution wurden im Kleingedruckten versteckt. Dieser Beitrag ist eine Zwangsabgabe. Der Betreiber hat sich dass sogar durch eine Nicht-Stornier Politik doppelt abgesichert, so dass man nach seiner Buchung auch nicht mehr zurücktreten kann ohne den vollen Preis der Buchung zu bezahlen. Durch die Praktik des Betreibers muß man die Wohnung zur Absicherung so behandeln, wie ein Mietauto, also alles fotografieren bei Ankunft. Das ganze hinterläßt ein arg schlechten Beigeschmack schon im Vorfeld. Kommt man in der Unterkunft an, fragt man sich wofür eine Kaution? Der Zustand der Einrichtung der Wohnung ist wollen wir es mal freundlich formulieren, mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Das schlimmste an der Wohnung ist allerdings der Lärm. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Flaschencontainer, in dem Anwohner Tag und Nacht Flaschen einwerfen. Das einzige Fenster um Sauerstoff in die Wohnung zu bekommen, liegt genau an diesem Container und zugleich einer stark befahrenen Strasse unmittelbar vor einer Ampel. Nachts fahren dort dicke LKW durch und halten an dieser. Trotz bereitgestellter Ohrenstöpsel haben wir in den beiden Nächten kaum ein Auge zugemacht, weil es so unfassbar laut war. Angesichts der ganzen Umstände der Wohnung ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis auch eher unmöglich. Einzig positiver Aspekt, war die Kommunikation mit dem Reinigungsteam und der etwas frühere Check-In
