• Dominique (8/5): Décevant pour le prix - La gentillesse de l’hôte, Chris; L’emplacement dans le quartier Kolonaki, sécuritaire et près du métro qui relie l’aéroport au Pirée ; la grandeur de la chambre; le décor original de très bon goût; le confort du matelas et oreillers ; les capsules de café; le lave linge; l’accès à une terrasse ombragée avec le chant des oiseaux ; le calme. Très sombre même quand il fait soleil ; la commode est dans la cuisine ; c’est cher par rapport à la vétusté de la salle de bains et cuisinette ; pas parfaitement propre.
• Laurence (8/5): Visite d’Athènes en 1 jour un peu juste mais qui sera un de mes plus beaux souvenirs - Le quartier est très sécurisé, bourgeois et calme d’Athènes, du bon côté de l’aéroport en arrivant tard le soir, proche même à pied de Syntagma, l’acropole et Plaka…donc idéal et aussi au pied du mont Lycabette, magnifique vue et coucher de soleil à faire ! Il a fait froid pour mai à Athènes, 13 degrés et en sous sol le soleil ne se voyait pas, ni réchauffait la chambre, de + nous n’avons pas trouvé de couverture ou couette en + et la Clim a eu du mal à chauffer aussi, pas vu l’hôte du tout et pas eu le temps de lui dire même si dispo via messagerie.
• Trine (9/5): Koselig liten kjellerleilighet, sentral beliggenhet, ren og fin -koselig med balkong på rett årstid. - Det var en koselig liten leilighet sentralt i Kolonaki i en fin bygård. Hyggelig å komme inn i leiligheten hvor det var satt frem en flaske vin, vann i kjøleskap og sjokolade - det settes pris på. Føler seg velkommen. Leiligheten inneholdt alt du trenger for et opphold - gode fasiliteter . Rent og ordentlig. Ligger i kjeller med balkong og hage på utsiden. Verten var forekommende og ga god informasjon. Svarte raskt. Bor her gjerne igjen! Overnattingsstedet var sjarmerende og koselig. Ikke noe å sette fingeren på utenom at vi ikke fikk to dyner/ to laken som vi ble lovt- siden vi ikke var par som skulle dele sengen. Det var nok en misforståelse.

• Henrik (10/5): - I have stayed the second time in this beautiful and really quiet appartment in Kolonaki. It was something like coming home in Athens. I like it, because it’s in the save and clean Kolonaki (you can reach all sights on foot) and just a few steps from the metro to the airport, the apartment is absolutely clean and the communication with the owner is quick and very comfortable.
• Kremena (10/5): Excellent!! - Everything was perfect. The host reached out to us right from the start and stayed in touch throughout our stay, always kind and responsive. We initially chose the apartment for its great location, but we left even more impressed by how well-maintained and fully equipped it was. It had everything we needed—and more!

• Pascal (8/5): - When you are reading this it means that you have found the Quiet Apartment with garden view. I'd say don't look any further. This charming apartment has everything you need. It's in the middle of the town and it's actually really quiet. The bed was very good. Usually we have to get used to a different pillow and matras but we slept like baby's. The check-in was the smoothest ever.. almost forgot to mention ! Our host Charis made it very easy. He is taking care of his guests and is making sure that your stay is comfortable. Thank you ! Kolonaki is a very good part of Athens where you will find many bars and restaurants. No need to be hungry ! We were wondering if the center of the town was doable by foot ? If you like walking like we do it's no problem. The centre is only a short stroll where you will find yourself between a mixture of modern shops and the well known archaeological sites and buildings. Very nice ! When we decide to come back we would definitely book again Still thinking.. but nothing so far :)

• paul (9/5): I had a very good time - perfect for athene marathon runners :) - I stayed for five days to run the Athens Marathon and explore the city. The location was perfect for both. Very central and all the important stops are within walking distance. There are also shopping facilities nearby. For my purposes, I didn't feel like anything was missing. The host was super friendly, helpful and very keen to ensure I had a pleasant stay. All in all, I had a wonderful time in Athens and can recommend this apartment :) There isn't much daylight coming in, but that didn't bother me. However, it might be relevant information for others.

• Michaela (10/5): Perfect for us to immerse ourselves in Kolonaki. The National Garden is also very close and so is the National Gallery - We can highly recommend this tiny apartment in Kolonaki. It's actually quiet, well equipped and has a great location. shops, cafes, restaurants all in the corner. From there you can get directly to Lofos Lykavittos and you have a fantastic view of Athens. I would like to highlight our host Charis, with whom we had a lucky hit. Charis guided us very well and had great tips for the neighborhood. all the tips were great. we will definitely come back. -

• GILLES (9/5): Easy and comfortable stay in great location - Great location, very close to the metro station to Piraeus and airport in a first class area with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Kind studio with a garden, rare in Athens. looks like a japanese ryokan. Amazing. Hoste extremely proactive. Fast answers and clear indications, although we did not meet. Bathroom could be modernized

• Nicola (9/5): A very enjoyable stay! - Great location near restaurants, cafes, metro and safe neighbourhood. Very good air conditioning, and very comfortable bed. Apartment had lovely decor. Our host was so helpful and kind. We could walk to some tourist attractions. Bath is a bit old but the shower over the bath had good pressure.

• Laura (10/5): - The location was great, so close to the lycabettas hill and we got the train up from Piraeus and then out to the airport. Easily accessible. Also, our host Charis was so wonderful and helpful. Always available on WhatsApp and made the whole experience so easy and welcoming! We were there only one night and had a lovely walk around with dinner and breakfast options so near by. Would certainly recommend.

Квартирка очень уютная с выходом на веранду и собственный дворик в одном из старых домов - мне сразу напомнило старые домики в Одессе. Район очень хороший, спокойный и безопасный. До самого центра минут 20 пешком, но рядом есть куча ресторанциков и баров а также платная парковка.
• Eric (10/5): - L'appartement est en sous-sol : c'est très appréciable en été. Il donne sur une cour intérieure, ce qui l'isole des bruits de la rue (le quartier est très animé jour et nuit). A proximité se trouvent des espaces verts et des musées intéressants. Les instructions et les conseils de Charis étaient clairs et fort utiles. R.A.S.
• LOUVg (10/5): - Lovely location everything was great 👍. Clean comfortable and host was lovely and made sure we had all information and was very helpful . Nice complimentarys in apt even a bottle of wine /chocs tea /coffee ect .made to feel very welcome .check in and out was easy. Would definitely book again .kolonaki itself was fab 👌 felt very safe in the apt and area .
• david (8/5): Bien situé mais moins agréable que prévu - L'appartement est très bien situé dans un bon quartier (Kolonaki) et un bon immeuble, à proximité d'une station de métro et sur la ligne qui relie le Pirée et l'aéroport. L'hôte est très disponible et très prévenant s'assurant que tout se passe bien. L’appartement est au calme, bien entretenu et propre, avec une bonne literie L'atmosphère du lieu : l'appartement est situé en sous-sol et ne reçoit quasiment pas de lumière de l'extérieur ce qui oblige à allumer l'électricité en plein jour, le "jardin" est moins attractif que sur les photos, ce qui peut créer une réelle déception durant le séjour

• Jake (10/5): Exceptional - Just a very nice little apartment - Ideal for a couple who want a quiet spot with easy access to the City Center. As a tourist try to avoid certain areas. Do some research before you go and stay safe. Kolonaki itself however is beautiful and we would come back to that area.
• Heather (10/5): Excellent 2 nights in Athens! - In a really lovely area of Athens with great restaurants and bars nearby. The metro is a 3 minute walk away which connects you to the tourist attractions only 2 stops away. It is also the same metro line as the airport and the port area so is really easy to get to. It was clean and Charis was so friendly in his messages before during and after our stay. I would really recommend this property if you are in Athens Nothing

• Kelly (9/5): Superb - Very central to everything. Very clean..had cleaning product shampoo shower gel. Charis was an excellent host. Left us a bottle of wine which was really nice and he had water in the fridge for us Recommended restaurant bars etc .. good communication . The apartment is about 25 minutes walk from the acropolis but thats not solid walking there's a lot of traffic lights/zebra crossings in athens. Very easy to find. Come out of the apartment and turn left then a right turn walk up hill and a lot of steps we got the cable car to top of lycabettus hill€26 for 2 people return or u can walk it up .360 view of athens. Absolutely gorgeous . We would definitely come back A couple minor things.but this one has nothing to do with the apartment but Outside on the balcony we got bit by mosquitos i knew athens had mosquitoes so i brought cream but parts i missed i got bit . I think the doorway between kitchen and bedroom needs a door just to the fact we could hear people talking or walking outside in the corridor. But i would definitely stay here again.

• Márton (9/5): I would happily recommend the accommodation to those traveling alone or in pairs! - Charis, the owner, is a very attentive host! He explained the location of the apartment and how to pick up the key in detail, with videos, photos, and descriptions. He explained in detail the location of nearby restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The apartment is well equipped, 3 minutes walk from Evangelismos metro station. It might be time to replace the shower curtain.

Great location and easy to access the tube station a few minutes away to the airport. Communication was absolutely perfect with the host and he gave us some fantastic recommendations for restaurants. It was so nice to be staying in a less touristy area as there was better food and a lot cheaper than the tourist areas! Bath/shower needs updating to get rid of the shower curtain but water lovely and hot and powerful shower!

• Henrik (10/5): A real quiet and beautiful place in the noblest part of Athens city center. - The apartment is excellently clean, cozy, quiet and beautifully furnished! Its location in the ground floor facing the yard with its terrace makes you feel to be in a quiet forest. But in fact you are in the most noble neighborhood of the Athens city centre. You can walk easily to the most important sights and you are 5 minutes walk to the metro line to airport or the ferries in Piraeus. I have chosen the apartment because of its location and but I was surprised by its beauty and comfort. Even the heating worked and made the apartment warm during cold rainy days in January. Charis the landlord was very comfortable to talk to, the communication and his care were very friendly and even caring. He let me check in earlier and gave me excellent recommendations where to eat. Thank you very much, Charis!! There was nothing to complain about.

• Wendy (10/5): Really delightful, quiet and most convenient accommodation with great host. - The Quiet apartment was absolutely delightful, extremely clean, quiet, comfortable and Charis was most helpful, going out of his way to take time away from work just to help me carry baggage out to a taxi when I left. His communication by text was always prompt, helpful and courteous. The bottle of wine was most welcoming. The 'secret' garden added a sense of space and privacy in its cool, leafy green. The location is excellent being really close to the metro, and various museums and galleries, restaurants and bars. Kolonaki is a lovely area. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

• Barbara (10/5): Great neighborhood, large and spacious apartment, very caring and attentive owner - I travel often for work and was thrilled with my stay in Athens in this apartment. It is located in a very elegant and upper middle class neighborhood of Athens. There is everything around: Greek restaurants, Italian restaurants, bars for a drink, breakfast and take-away bakeries and sandwiches. The apartment is large and well organized: at the entrance there is a kitchen with everything you need, nothing is really missing (although I did not use it). The room overlooks an interior garden with a veranda with table and chairs, the room is very bright. The bathroom is large and well organized. As if all this was already not enough the owner is fantastic and assists you practically in real time on WhatsApp for any information and help. It was a wonderful stay, the city center is within walking distance (very safe to walk alone from the center to the apartment and vice versa) or with one metro stop (Evangelismos to Syntagma). From the airport you can go directly to the apartment by metro without making changes, a real luxury. I recommend it to everyone and will be back. Nothing to improve
• Geoffrey (10/5): Very clean, comfortable and convenient apartment with super friendly and helpful host. - The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was pristine and the bed super comfortable. We didn’t do any sightseeing from here because we had been to Athens before but it is close to several great museums and close to the metro. It’s on the airport metro line too which is convenient. It was a great place for my partner and I to relax together after weeks with family and friends. There was nothing we didn’t like. The only thing I would say is that the apartment is in a nice part of town. As such, drinks at the local bars we went to were a little more pricy than in areas we have stayed in previously - they were also a little more well made though. Overall this isn’t a negative unless you’re on a very tight budget and want to party.
• Pedro (9/5): Muito bom ;) - As the tile says, a very quiet apartment which is the biggest pro of this spot, you can easily forget you are 20min walk from the parliament and in a busy district. The apartment is located really close to the UK embassy and other businesses, with lots of coffee shops and stores, the building itself is very quiet and clean as is the apartment. Also the apartment was well furnished and the host met me personally for some additional information and recommendations. As a smoker it helps to have a small balcony, which turned out to be very cosy. The host was always available and helped out through some minor issues. Ps: As a busy area, if you are trying to get an uber do it in advance. Will return for sure. Not really anything worthwhile as I travelled for business and just stayed at the apartment mostly for sleeping.

• Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy and comfortable little apartment. Although the building is old, the place is nicely renovated, so it doesn't matter at all. Great location, 5 min. from the metro station along the airport line, many shops and cafés nearby. Nice little terrace in the backyard. Easy access with self check-in. Very engaged host, that seems to care a lot about the comfort of the guests - this is something that really makes a difference. Nothing to complain about, really. I wish the bathtub was a bit bigger (or a shower cabin instead of tub), but that's if I really was looking for something to point out.
• Barzilska (10/5): Exceptional - This is a well equipped and cosy apartment close to Evangelismos metro station. The host is extremely engaging and gave us great guidance. There are nice bars and restaurants around in a nice area.
• Gary (9/5): Superb - Excellent communication and great location. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and there was loads of space in the apartment. Lots of little flies kept appearing in the bathroom so just needed to keep the drains covered and closed when not using them.

Appreciated the extra drinking water in the apartment especially in these warm days. Very complete apartment and kitchen. Being in lower part of the building you can keep it easily cool with the airco. Nice coffee bars and restaurants nearby. Fixing the shower to the wall.
