• Matej (9/5): Perfect apartment close to beach - very nice apartment, perfectly new, nice equipment in kitchen, few 100m to beach, supermarket across the street, bus stop in next street we arrive early ( 11.00 am) check in is at 15.00 ...we had to carry bags around the city - which was not nice because we were travelling with kids. Lady owner said we can leave bags in surf shop which was close at that time...we excedentlly pass the apartment around 1 pm and cleaning lady just left...I suggest that there is an option to leave luggage somewhere

• Rhian (9/5): Fantastic and well located stay. - Clean and very modern. It was located perfectly for us. We went as 2 couples so it was great that there was 2 bathrooms. The only downside was that the bathroom door wouldn’t shut as it seemed like the lock was jammed. Other than that, can’t fault it.

Door in the main bathroom wouldn’t close without resting something in front of it. Missing blind in the main living area. Only small things but would make a difference. Not enough natural light but just a personal preference.

• nicolae (8/5): O cazare ok pt sezonul estival, pt extra sezon un pic departe de centru - Apartamentul este destul de mare, cu 2 camere independente plus o sofa pe living, fără probleme 6 persoane pot petrece cateva zile acolo, gen 4 adulti si 2 copiii. O baie tine de un dormitor si 1 este comună. Acces direct de la stradă, un market cu fructe la 10m si un mic local cu mancare pt take away vis a vis. Am parcat relativ usor in zonă, 1-2 min maxim de mers pe jos in zonă, asta in martie. Plaja la aprox 250 de m pe jos, locl ok de luat masa pe plajă, La Mas Bonita - recomand 100% un miros de mucegai in unul din dirmitoare si la baia comună iala stricată.

Está situada cerca de una parada de autobús, lo que facilita mucho la conexión con el centro de Valencia y con la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Además, se encuentra muy cerca de la playa, lo que la hace aún más atractiva. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio.
• Eduardo (6/5): Regular, me decepcionó un poco. - Muy cómodo y buena ubicación si vas a zona de playa Deberían revisar la limpieza del menaje. Y era bastante incómodo el olor a tuberías que había cuando entrabas en el apartamento. Bastante difícil aparcar y hemos estado en febrero. En una de las camas no teníamos nada más que la sabana bajera.

Nad morze rzut kamieniem, minuta do supermarketu i do przystanków autobusowych, z których co kilka minut odjeżdżają autobusy do centrum. Klimatyzacja spełniała swoją rolę w zimowym okresie. Mogłoby być czyściej, szczególnie w łazience i kuchni.

• Beatriz (8/5): - Las estancias amplias, que tuviese 2 baños, camas cómodas y buena calefacción. La cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, horno...). Toda la casa adaptada con rampa y luego en una planta baja. En el baño toallas, alfombrin, gel y champú que es de agradecer. Está muy cerca de la playa, desde la misma puerta se ve la playa y al lado de varias paradas de autobuses que van directos al centro. El horario de entrada tan absolutamente estricto ( ni un minuto antes) recibir los mensajes en inglés cuando es un alojamiento en Valencia (España), algunas cosas del menaje estaban sucias (platos, olla con resto de tomate...) que dejarían a medias los huéspedes anteriores pero que tampoco supervisó nadie. Y creo que lo que menos me gustó de todo fue recibir la misma noche que llegamos el mensaje de salida donde se nos preguntaba la hora de salida, cuando es hasta las 11h creo que no hay nada que preguntar... Otra cosa es que se quiera informar, pero que acabes de llegar y ya recibas el mensaje de salida... Son pequeños detalles que creo se pueden mejorar. Aún así como digo arriba el apartamento está muy bien.

• Lei (10/5): Good choice for stay - The bed is super comfortable. Rooms are good size and clean. The traffic is very convenient. There is a small shop outside selling fruits and vegetables. The flat is fully equipped and the landlord also provided the essentials for cooking and laundry.

• Allison (9/5): Bel hotel vicino al mare - E letteralmente a due minuti dal mare ma a mezz'ora dal centro. Anche se da fuori non sembra, è abbastanza spazioso all'interno. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile Non funzionava la porta al nostro arrivo ma sono intervenuti subito per cercare di risolvere le cose. Ci hanno messo un po' per arrivare sul posto ma hanno risolto tutto. Il resto del soggiorno ha funzionato tutto bene

Шумно з вулиці, але з цим нічого не можна зробити. В один день в кнулася електрика і ми були цілий день без неї, бо полагодили тільки ввечері. Це було незручно. В апартаментах є проблема з електрикою і вирішувати її методом вимкнення розеток при прийомі душу - це нонсенс.

• Ana (7/5): - La casa limpia, comoda y exactamente igual que las fotos. Con gel, champú y papel wc en los baños. Sábanas y toallas de sobra. Mal olor en la casa y en toda la manzana a diario bastante desagradable. Poco menaje, cubiertos, vasos que solucionaron rápidamente. La cama de la habitación más grande sonaba mucho, con tan sólo sentarte, deberían cambiarla. Mala zona de aparcamiento. Tuvimos obras desde el primer día y hasta que nos fuimos, nos despertaban a las 8am y ni siquiera podíamos echar una siesta del ruido que había. El piso es un local que han transformado a pie de calle, con sus consecuentes ruidos de cada persona que pasa por la puerta.

Orinda is very "present", helpful and kind. Far from the center city but very close to the sea, but who can have bought😂

Convenient transport to the city centre. Very comfortable beds and sofa bed, which is rare 🙂. 2 bathrooms (very nice). The apartment has all the amenities you need for longer stay, including washing and drying machine and oven. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. There was unpleasant canal smell, maybe because of recent road works and the heavy rains. We felt also in other places in the town.

• Alina (8/5): Very good - Really nice cosy apartment with fresh renovation and everything you need for comfortable stay, located near the beach. There is an unpleasant smell of humidity in the apartment, and it seems there is an issue with the supply ventilation. It disturbed us for only a couple of minutes while entering the apartment, then it was fine, but we noticed the bad smell again when we were unpacking our clothes after the vacation. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Few minutes walk to a wonderful beach, too. Great stay for our family. Terrace was there, but very tiny and not usable much, however, we knee what we came for and the apartment was extremely comfortable - it exceeded my expectations.
