O apartamento é muito confortável, amplo e a equipe de atendimento é muito cordial e eficiente. Me atenderam bem em todas as necessidades. Voltarei a me hospedar com eles, com certeza! Eu não me atentei na reserva em perguntar sobre elevador e ficamos no segundo andar, sendo que uma das pessoas que estava conosco tinha prótese do quadril e mais dificuldade para subir a escada. Acredito que poderia constar na descrição que algumas unidades não ficam no térreo. Fora isso, nossa estadia foi incrível!

Area is quiet and secured by gates. All attractions we visited was within 20minutes by car. A few more coffee pods and tea bags would be appreciated :)
• Kangyi (2/5): The stay was unsanitary and frustrating, with a severe fly issue and delayed customer service that l - 1） having a kitchen area 1) The sanitation conditions were extremely poor. I had to kill at least 20 flies in a single night, and additional flies kept appearing even after I had removed them. 2) Inefficient customer service. I requested to check out after the first night due to the infestation and requested a refund for the remaining four nights, as the conditions were not livable. Despite this, the matter remains unresolved after a full week.

• shelby (1/5): awful, please don’t stay here. - good location, beautiful furniture this is the worst stay I think I’ve ever had in my entire life. The AC did not work almost the entire time I was staying, I had no updates on if anyone was coming to fix it. Also, this is probably the loudest apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at. The people above us were making consistent and loud noises from 11pm-4am, no joke I have no idea what was going on up there it was incredibly strange to the point where we were about to call the cops because we could not sleep. Nothing was done from the property owners. Also the hand towel ring is broken.
• kirsty (9/5): Fabulous stay, excellent customer service and in a perfect location for Universal. - Fantastic location, 7 minutes away from Universal Studios. Very quiet and safe area. Comfortable beds and very clean. The only negative was the noise from the washing machine and air conditioning when in use which was loud. We did not really need the air conditioning whilst there as the weather was cool so it did not disturb us too much.

• Yolanda (1/5): Never stayed and never will. - Never got to experience. I had to leave immediately due to a patron still occupying the unit. I was quite disappointed on how it was handled. The representative that was assisting me asked if I took photos. How insulting and careless. I would not jeopardize my son to danger. We immediately vacated the unit. I was also continuously asked if u used the correct codes to enter. I obviously entered the unit since we were confronted with belongings that were visible on table.

Tambem o apartamento é bem montado com cozinha completa e máquina de lavar louças, roupas e secar. Gostei de tudo Boa opção para estadia em Orlando. O ponto negativo que nao tem nenhum atendimento pessoal se precisar. Tudo por chat ou e-mail.
• Agustina (8/5): Buena ubicación - Me gustó la ubicación, todo estaba limpio en el departamento que era muy cómodo y cada cuarto tenía su baño. Todo muy bien, lo único le faltan utensilios de cocina, a la fuente del horno se le pega todo, quizás invertiría que comprar una de mejor calidad. Luego al hacer el check in salimos para tirar la basura y al regresar el código de la puerta se cambió y no podíamos volver a ingresar cuando todavía no era la hora de salida.

They did block our access to the doors before checkout time, which could have caused inconveniences if we didn’t have to leave earlier anyway.

Fora isso tudo foi lindo .

Master bedroom was nice but the other bedroom smelled of Marijuana. Bath shower curtain smelled moldy/musty in 2nd bath. First night relatively quiet but second night had partying going on outside making it difficult to sleep.

• smith (10/5): Nice locate and spacious. - Nice location to all the place we went. Nice space for all my family members. Had mostly everything we need in the rooms. The coffee maker it was old and messes to make coffee. I know there a dry in the unit but someone should still check up to see if you can use more to towel or anything sometime through the stay.

• uyen (8/5): All in all, I would stay here again. - The cleanliness and ease of checking in. Customer service was very friendly, however, was frustrating when I asked for early check in. I didn’t get a straight answer just only that they will check and let me know as soon as possible. They never updated me and eventually I checked in at the normal check in time. Other than that the stay was wonderful. When I extended my stay, fortunately, there was availability and made up the frustration with a free one night extension. Thank you for the hospitality!

The apartment was spacious and clean, with great amenities. The location was absolutely fantastic for Universal parks, and we had a great experience overall with check in and check out. Nothing at all, everything was wonderful!

The room was spacious and clean but the amenities were not as promised which deducts a lot on - The room was basic but clean and spacious A pool was a major factor when I was looking for a place to book and it was not disclosed upon booking that the pool was closed. I reached out to the property about this and was told they’d get back to me in terms of making up for that yet I was never reached out to.

I did undergo 2 nights without the a/c working properly but they were able to send someone out to fix the issue. I also didn’t like how there were no extra wash clothes. There were extra drying towels and face towels but no extra wash clothes. I would also recommend floor mats for the showers/tubs

• Joanne (7/5): Great location - Location was great. Having two bathrooms was a bonus for two couples Parking and keyless locks once the codes are clear. Swimming pool and gym. Access information could be clearer regarding which codes are used in specific areas. Kitchen equipment was missing eg no scissors or can opener. No instructions regarding how to use oven etc. Rubbish disposal is not clear which resulted in numerous emails with the management company. The pool area flooring was very dirty, the soles of our feet were black within seconds.

We were here for Christmas vacation and it was awesome! I had trouble getting into the gate and the staff was cast helpful with that. They responded right away!

The staff was super friendly and quick to help whenever I needed anything. Overall, it’s a great spot to stay in Orlando – really comfy, convenient, and perfect for a longer stay. No one told me until I arrived and had already spent my money that the pool was off limits. And could not be used. Also the gym that was in the pictures. Was no longer available to use either. It was being converted into a leasing office.
