• Michael (8/5): Gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Apartment, in zentraler Lage, etwas laut aber trotzdem zu empfehlen - Das Apartment war dank Frau Jordania sehr sauber, die Vormieter hatten es leider sehr ungepflegt hinterlassen; unser Kontakt war Javier, er hat sich die ganze Zeit über sehr bemüht, dass wir uns im Apartment wohlfühlen; die Aussicht auf den "Plaza de la Espania" mit Lichtdom direkt an der Fussgängerzone war sensationell, wenn man die zentrale Lage schätzt Zwischen den Wohnungen sind Luftschächte weshalb die Nachbarn im Bad sehr gut zu hören waren, bei den Fenstern handelt es sich um - landestypische - Schiebefenster ohne Isolation welche aber leider den Strassenlärm nicht abhielten, der Preis schien uns im Nachhinein etwas überhöht zu sein

• Mark (10/5): Great central apartment. - Excellent central location, right behind the main shopping avenue and a few minutes walk to Las Canteras beach. Very clean, well-equipped and everything worked. The living room is very bright with lots of windows that open, but double glazed and do a reasonable job of keeping it quiet when closed. Unlike apartments on Las Canteras you don't get noisy people at night outside, but there's traffic noise like in any city centre location. I found the bedroom quiet enough to sleep undisturbed. Its 4th floor with a lift or stairs. Good lighting options in the living room, which is not always true with refurbished apartments. If you need to park, its hard to find free spots or even paid spots on the streets, unsurprisingly. The Saba Plaza Espana which is nearest is quite expensive for GC.

Me facilito la salida del apartamento a las 13 h. Eso nos permitió más tranquilidad. Heche en falta algún detalle de bien venida. Como hacen en otros apartamentos. Que desconocía persona Javier que me habló por Whast app desconocía que la. Puerta del patio se encontraba abierta día y noche por una reforma del. Patio. Me sorprendió su desconocimiento. Menos mal que nosotros no estábamos por el día y tarde en el apartamento. Y por la noche no se trabajaba.

• Elsa María (10/5): Vacaciones maravillosas en plena cuidad. - Apartamento muy espacioso, luminoso,, muy limpio y bien sitiado con vistas espectaculares a la Plaza de España.Conriene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. El anfitrión Javier y Laura muy detallistas en todo momento pendientes por si necesitas ayuda ante cualquier incidente. Nos encantaría repetir.Totalmente recomendable. Todo muy bien, solo aconsejaría poner tapifñex en las camas de un cuerpo.
