• Carmen (10/5): Como en casa - Cuando viajo busco alojarme en lugares donde me sienta como en casa y aquí lo conseguí. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Es verdad que se encuentra a media hora caminando al centro, pero también es verdad que tiene un supermercado a un minuto; que los precios en ese barrio son más bajos que en el centro y que cerca paran los buses 17 y 23. Además, el propietario siempre estuvo pendiente de si necesitaba cualquier cosa y eso es de agradecer. Volvería a alojarme allí. Todo estuvo bien

• Cristina (10/5): Consigliatissimo - L’appartamento è molto accogliente ed è presente tutto il necessario per il soggiorno . Tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Alessandro è stato gentilissimo ed attento alle mie esigenze sopraggiunte durante il viaggio
• Hana (8/5): Ubytování je skvělé, doporučuji - S majitelem je naprosto vynikající komunikace. Od zabookování bydlení se mnou komunikoval přes whatsapp. Protože jsem četla, že na ubytování není varná konvice, a zeptala jsem se ho na to, brzy mi psal, že koupil. Byt je krásný, vše je nové, čisté, funkční, byt je velmi prostorný, má dokonce v kuchyni gauč. Majitel uprostřed mého dvoutýdenního pobytu dokonce zorganizoval úklid uklízečkou. V bytě je klimatizace v pokoji i kuchyni a celkově byt i bez klimatizace není extrémně přehřátý. Byt má vynikající zvukové těsnění, že nejde slyšet se zavřeným oknem hluk z ulice. Také má dobré světelné těsnění, se zavřenými venkovními žaluziemi je v pokoji tma jako v noci :-) Centrum města je v dosahu chůze. Ubytování se mi líbilo a klidně bych se vrátila. Vzdálenost od historického centra je sice v dosahu chůze, ale 30 minut ostrou chůzí. Byt je u hlučné silnice, s otevřeným oknem se nedá spát - ale jak jsem psala, okna dobře zvukově těsní. Není to žádná velká překážka, ale spíše taková vtipná perlička - uprostřed sprchového koutu je malé okýnko přímo do ulice, odkud by Vás lidi z chodníku mohli klidně pozorovat nahé ve sprše :-D Doporučuji hodit přes něj ručník :-D

• Jennifer (8/5): Beautiful place would highly recommend it as long as you like to walk which I do 😊 - The property is perfect. Very comfortable clean bed in the bedroom with AC. I slept very well. Washing machine was great, I needed that as I was travelling light. I didn’t mind this but others may find it to be a bit far from the city centre as it is a 30 minute walk to get to places such as the Uffizi museum. However, it was cheap to get back in a taxi in the evening at only €13.

Si accede facilmente alla struttura e anche la vicinanza al centro città la rende un punto strategico top per qualsiasi visita programmata. Non posso fare altro che consigliarlo! Niente
• Sinéad (5/5): Passable - The bed was very comfortable. Well!! We checked out of the apartment and two days later the host messaged me and accused me of theft! Apparently we stole 10 towels, 10 face towels, 10 sheets, one pillow, one duvet and 5 shower mats. There was only a limited amount of bedding available to use, not the amount that I was accused of stealing. I was travelling with my son around Italy and the last thing we needed was extra luggage to carry back to Ireland. This host is rude and I would NOT recommend staying here. Please note her response to other people's reviews!
• Egma (7/5): Florence - Comfortable double bed. Good and easy to operate air conditioner in bedroom and living room. Enough storage space. Kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, large fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Nice toilet, shower and washing machine. I have been able to sleep wonderfully here every night. The owner was friendly and responded quickly to messages. Walking distance from the station and centre. Kettle was missing, but was quickly solved with a pan. No balcony or terrace. No window in the kitchen/living room; yes in the bedroom and living room.
• Andrew (10/5): Excellent apartment that made my stay very easy and comfortable. - Freshly renovated. Very clean. Everything worked. Kitchen functioned well and was well supplied. Refrigerator new and clean. Soundproofed. Near Piazza di San Jacopino with its great pizzeria, Pasticceria Excalibur and pharmacy. Short walk to Lidl and Esselunga supermarkets. Ale was very fast and clear in his communication.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - A very cozy, well equipped and totally renewed comfortable apartment. Ale was very nice and cooperative host. 20 min walk to the center We met some small maintenance issues, that were immediately fixed.
• Alexander (10/5): Overall satisfied 👍🏻 - The host is very caring, the apartment is very clean, fresh and bright. You also have the option to close tightly the shutters on the bedroom window, if you prefer a blacked out environment. The kitchen and the washing machine are fully operational and ready to use (we've tried both!). There's a proper place to dry the clothes after washing them, right outside the bathroom window. Upon the request, the host kindly provided us with an extra couple of power adapters to make our common-type European devices fit in the Italian-type power sockets. Air conditioning available in every room. Enough amount of shampoo/shower gel provided. Waterproof mattress protector (GRUSNARV) does not let the skin breathe, it was a struggle for me to sleep (no such issues with cotton mattress protectors, ever). Also, the street is a bit noisy at night, especially due to the hospital somewhere nearby. The shower water pressure could have been higher. The fancy-looking wifi-router is a bit too bright at night, it helps if you put it on the floor behind the TV-cabinet.
