• Beate (2/5): Not suitable for winter stays due to insufficient heating and overall comfort. - The beach. The photos do not clearly show that several rooms face a small inner light well (approx. 2×2 m) rather than having an outside view. We booked the apartment in winter and had to leave the next day. The indoor temperature was around 14°C. Heating relied mainly on a gas propane heater with ventilation requirements, plus only minimal electric heaters. Using heating and cooking at the same time caused power outages. Due to the seaside location (wind and humidity), the apartment was not suitable for winter stays. No refund was given for the unused 5 nights.

• Francisco Javier (10/5): Para repetir en cualquier época del año - Nuestra estancia en este apartamento ha sido una auténtica sorpresa. Reservamos en pleno noviembre, y aunque al ser un apartamento de playa pensábamos que pasaríamos frío, los propietarios lo han acondicionado de maravilla. Entre edredones, mantas, una estufa de gas y una temperatura muy agradable, hemos podido disfrutar de unas vistas al mar increíbles desde el máximo confort del hogar. La cocina es otro punto fuerte: completa, práctica y con todo lo necesario para cocinar como en casa. El horno nos vino especialmente bien estos días. Al llegar, además, encontramos un kit de bienvenida que nos encantó: leche, agua, galletas, mantequilla, mermelada, infusiones, cacao, bombones e incluso un poco de turrón. Un detalle que se agradece muchísimo. En el baño, otra sorpresa: una bolsita con gel y champú individuales. Y en la cocina, como nuevos: estropajo, bayeta y botellita de lavavajillas, listos para usar. Las toallas ya colocadas en cada cama daban una sensación muy agradable de orden y preparación. Los armarios son amplios y cuentan con un montón de perchas, algo que suele faltar en muchos alojamientos y aquí está más que solucionado. La nevera grande en el comedor fue también un acierto, perfecta para estancias de varios días. En cuanto a las camas, muy cómodas; eso sí, las literas son ideales sobre todo para los más pequeños. En resumen, un apartamento cómodo, lleno de detalles y con unas vistas privilegiadas. Ha sido un verdadero placer pasar aquí unos días de otoño, y sin duda intentaremos volver a reservar para verano, Fallas o incluso Pascua, porque la experiencia merece repetirla. ¡Totalmente recomendable! Me gustó todo

• Menci (7/5): Playa y familia - Vistas inmejorables, cocina equipada, habitación principal muy bien, baño bien, amplio, para 5 personas bien Las literas no tienen barrera arriba y se mueven muchísimo, imposible dormir cómodo en esas camas. La mesa del comedor se va a caer, recomiendo cambiarla, las patas están vencidas hacia los lados.

• Suzi (4/5): Review - The location of this apartment was great, right on a long beach with just a prom between the building and the water. The owner was responsive to messages, there were a number of issues when we arrived, and through the stay. They responded to messages and sent someone to fix broken items and supply some missing items (top sheet for master bed & hand towels). The beds have foam mattresses, which are comfortable. We visited this apartment mid-April, the apartment was cold and draughty, there is no heating. The wind howls through the doors/windows when they are closed. The owner provided one thinly quilted polyester bed topper per bed. We understood we were visiting off-season and the lack of heating, however, when we requested some additional blankets as the weather was windy/cold, especially at night, we were told the apt is designed for summer let and the owner would try to provide some blankets, none were provided. This meant we were uncomfortable and slept poorly for the week, having to wear coats etc in bed. It's a shame as this small effort would have meant a lot. The electrics in the apt need to be reviewed, the power went out 4 times during the week, whenever the washing machine or cooker were used. The worrying thing was that the power went out without the trip switch tripping. The fix was to turn all fuses off and on again, however, this fix didn't work on our final morning leaving us without power. The furniture needs to be upgraded in the living area, especially the table as the legs are splaying and it will collapse at some point. The shower fittings need to be looked at, the only way to shower without soaking the room is to hold the shower head. A deposit was requested outside of booking.com after the cancellation date on booking had passed. While I understand the request for deposit, it would be fair to your guests to tell them this at time of booking so they have the option to stay or cancel the booking. In our case given the issues we had on arrival no deposit was collected from us.
