• Terence (9/5): - Spacious unit and well furnished. Over all it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and cutlery. This is a very minor gripe. The instructions for entering the unit could have been a little clearer. There were 2 sets of doors, each with its own code. We struggled for 10 minutes and in the end, we phoned the host who answered promptly and helped us figure out what we were doing wrong.

• Victoria (6/5): Overall, the location was excellent for skiing, but a few missing items and small inconveniences made the stay fall shor - The location is excellent if you are a skier and looking to enjoy the hill without going far! There is also a pool- pool change rooms were quiet dirty when we went approx. 2 hours before close - but it did say the pool was being closed for renovations at the end of March! Overall our stay was fine, but there were a few inconveniences that made it difficult to give this a 5-star review. A few basic items were missing. There were no oven mitts and only one thin dish towel, which made it difficult to safely remove a hot glass casserole dish from the oven. We ended up cooking in that because there was also no oven sheet pan available. There was also no comforter for the pull-out bed — only pillows and sheets. The coffee maker had not been cleaned and still had used coffee grinds in it, and one of the drawers had used paper towel left inside. These may seem like small things, but they were inconveniences during our stay. When I reached out, the owners were quick to respond, which I appreciated. However, both times the response was essentially that the items must have been taken by previous guests. While that may be the case, it didn’t help resolve the issue while we were staying there. When I mentioned the missing comforter, the cleaners apparently sent a photo showing that there were items for the sofa bed. I clarified that there were pillows and sheets, but no comforter. It felt a bit like the responsibility was being shifted to previous guests, the cleaners, or even to me as if I hadn’t looked for it — although I searched everywhere it could have been. I understand that things happen and items can go missing, but taking responsibility and offering some sort of solution would have made the experience feel different. To their credit, they were very accommodating when I asked for an early check-in on a very cold and blustery day at the ski hill and allowed us to check in about an hour and fifteen minutes early, which we appreciated. However, when they later asked for a 5-star review and I explained the concerns above, the response referenced the early check-in during a busy season. While that was appreciated, it didn’t really make up for the missing items and other issues during our stay.

• Steventurer (9/5): Nice condos next to Horseshoe skiing! - The location is right down the road from Horseshoe Valley ski resort and the bed was fantastic. The door entry instructions could be clearer, and access cards were for another part of the facility that we weren't even made aware of once we were in our room.
• Emmons (9/5): Kitchen facilities were excellent, everything was clean. The only downside was I didn’t get my address from booking. Co - Close to our venue if tree top trekking and collingwood The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable but aren’t they all? Lol
• Jamie (8/5): - A very nice condo with a great view. There was only 2 bath towels and face cloths, n only 1 hand towel in the unit. I reserved the unit for 3 people and nothing was stated in the booking information that you were required to bring your own towels. When I contacted the owner to enquire about getting more towels and cloths I was told that they dont have to provide any in the unit and that there was a washer and dryer near by to wash them. Which is fine IF these details are made known to people when booking.

• Keighla (2/5): - The location was what we needed. Neighbours were incredibly loud ringing our doorbell after 11pm. The dog (I'm assuming in our neighbours room) was constantly barking and scratching, plus others on the properly echoing through the lot. Neighbours also enjoyed slamming their door, laundry door, and outer door which did not create a quiet atmosphere inside or out. Room did not meet expectations compared to the description or photos. Courtyard view was a lovely loud parking lot with very noisy guests. 3 flights of stairs were not advertised.
• Caitlyn (8/5): - They had appliances for us to make meals before heading to our events each day. Air worked and place was very clean. The door to the bathroom and bedroom were very hard to close and open. Almost sealed shut by too much paint. When using the washroom at night we had to really push the doors to open them which woke people up in the rooms.

• Natalia (10/5): We absolutely can recommend this place! Hope we come back one day too! - It is amazing property: very cozy, spotless, kitchen has everything you can need. Huge jacuzzi! Very warm, beautiful and cozy fireplace ! Instructions from the host was very clear. You cannot wish better location: ski resort and Vetta Nordic Spa are minutes away. We came after great snowfall, so parking spots were little bit tight. But this is our Canadian winter.
• Annika (9/5): Cozy, homey, and relaxing - The fireplace and living room was beautifully set up and decorated. The bed was super comfy and loved having Netflix and dvds!!! We also liked how the place came prepared and stocked up of coffee, cutlery, towels!! The jets didn’t work in our tub which a little disappointing

• Richard (8/5): Great room, if you can get the door open. - very nice room, not too big, clean, upscale and well equipped. The access door is combination controlled and is very difficult to open. This room is on the third level up via stairs so not recommended for disabled or elderly guests.
