• Joseba (8/5): Tranquilidad - La tranquilidad de la urbanización y la disponibilidad de plaza de parking. La terraza superior está muy bien pero no la pudimos utilizar casi porque hizo mucho viento esos días. Los colchones son un poco duros y las almohadas muy bajas para mí gusto.
• Mari (10/5): Amazing place to stay! - Laura was an amazing host! She helped us check in and gave us some great tips for local restuarants and supermarkets. We loved the apartment, it had everything we needed, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. We loved the homely feeling, little details like books and games made it feel special. Extra bonus was the rooftop balcony and secure car park spot. Everything was a walk away - food, pharmacy, beach, restuarants. We definitely reccommend this lovely place for your next stay! ❤️
• Bigthor.Bcn (10/5): Finde Perfecto. - El trato de Jacobo y Laura. La situación del apartamento. La plaza de parking enorme. Y el entorno en general. No hubo nada a mencionar. En la calle de detrás están de obras...pero al ser sábado y domingo ni una molestia así que...genial!

• Peter6803 (9/5): Prima verblijf, aanrader! - Prima accommodatie en zeer gastvrije host, het appartement is schoon en mooi ingericht. De gastvrouw heeft wat lekkers klaar gelegd en ook koffie, thee en nog diverse andere zaken waren aanwezig. Supermarkt op loopafstand. We waren daar voor bezoek aan familie die ook zeer dichtbij wonen.
• Damien (9/5): As described, perfect. - Laura’s communication was top notch, met us and when through everything we needed to know about the apartment and area, very friendly, she had a little Halloween gift for my son, chocolates for my wife, the place was clean, comfortable, had all the little home comforts one would need, plus the little touches. Underground carpark, and a solarium an added bonus. Area safe and friendly. If your staying in Miami it’s a minute from the Main Street, two minutes from the beach (through a private tunnel from the complex), loads of little cafes, bars and restaurants close by. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Main door lock a little stiff but once we figured it out it was fine.

• Monica (9/5): - Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement ! Il était exactement comme décrit : bien équipé (climatisation, machine à laver…), propre et très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est parfait, à deux pas de la plage et en plein centre-ville, tout se fait facilement à pied. Un grand merci à la propriétaire, très gentille et attentionnée, qui a eu de délicates attentions pour les parents comme pour les enfants. Un vrai plus qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Un vrai petit cocon pour les vacances — nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

• Mateusz (7/5): Place not fit to 9+ rating - please try harder to keep the rating (it is also not 70 sq. metres) - - Laura - the host - is a very nice person, but I am rating the apartment, not the host. - AC was working well. - The apartment was well-equipped, but... see the negatives. - The terrace on rooftop is nice, but... see the negatives. - The shower was dirty, rusted and moldy. It looked as if it were never thoroughly cleaned. - The fridge had a bad smell when you opened it. - The kitchenware was not thoroughly washed before our arrival. - The space outside (balcony and terrace) was not groomed. There were dying plants which made a bad impression. - Booking says that the apartment is 70 square meters. It is at most 50-53 square meters (2 small rooms). One should not count the rooftop terrace, which is an outside area, to the apartment space... please change the size of the apartment to indicate it properly on booking.com, otherwise you are misleading your customers.
• Åsa (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment and Laura was extremley helpful as a host, we had bad luck with the weather as it was very windy so we could not use the roof terrace, it would be good with some wind protection in order to be able to use it, and also add a note that the pool is closed for construction
