• Julia (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber Der Ausblick war nicht so schön und die Lage etwas zu weit entfernt vom Strand
• Jennifer (9/5): 12/10 👍🏼 - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hat schnell reagiert und war auch sehr gut erreichbar was ich persönlich sehr wichtig finde. Zumal es auch nie Probleme mit der Kommunikation gab, da der Inhaber Englisch sowie albanisch aber auch Deutsch kann und gegebenenfalls sogar noch andere Sprachen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage war gut. Wir hatten einen Ausblick auf ne kleine Landschaft. Der Ausblick an sich war kurz ungewöhnlich, weil man zwar die Berge und ein bisschen vom See sieht aber man hat vor sich die Parkplätze und dann kleine Baustellen und Bagger und alles mögliche muss aber dazu sagen ich fand es interessant, weil man einfach immer wieder mal Hunde gesehen hat oder Ziegen auf den Bergen und mir persönlich hat’s gefallen. Es war nämlich was anderes und nahe am Meer. Es waren Bademantel sowie etliche Handtücher, Lotion für Haar und Körper und auch Seife da, genauso wie ein Föhn. Also es hat also an nichts gefehlt. Und ich muss das noch mal separat ansprechen, dass es überall super angenehm gerochen hat, so wie im Zimmer als auch im Haus verteilt und ich persönlich lege darauf großen Wert. Abgesehen davon, dass man dann eine Balkon zur Verfügung hat, gibt es noch die Möglichkeit, am Hauseingang, sich entspannt hinzusetzen und sich zu unterhalten. Der Checkin ging superschnell, sehr unkompliziert, genauso wie der Checkout. Wie schon erwähnt, gibt es hinter dem Haus Parkplätze, also genügend Platz, um dort entspannt zu parken und wirklich nur ein paar Sekunden zum Hauptgang entfernt. Ich persönlich kann diese Unterkunft vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nur empfehlen. Vor allem, wenn man wirklich nur einen angenehmen Aufenthalt möchte und zum Essen gehen oder für Aktivitäten sowieso außerhalb der Location ist.
• Dean (10/5): Beautiful Albania! - Lake view rooms provided a comfortable, extremely clean and peaceful place for our young family to stay. The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us with a few extra bits we needed for our daughter (such as a baby bath). He also offered helpful local advise (car rental, beaches etc..) the location is a 10 minute walk from the busy beach areas but there are markets and cafes close by. Thank you.

• Ceyda (10/5): sehr gut - Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er war immer erreichbar und hatte für alles eine Lösung, was echt super war. Außerdem spricht er fließend Deutsch, was mir ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern und wurde jeden Tag gründlich geputzt. Der Strand und viele Restaurants sind mit dem Auto nur 5–10 Minuten entfernt. Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt und ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
• Zoe (10/5): High quality, good value hotel in beautiful peaceful surroundings. You won’t be disappointed! 👌 - The hotel is lovely and clean and new and of very high quality for the price. Great shower, thick cotton sheets. There was a small fridge in the room, with minibar and two complementary bottles of water. Nice touch! 😁. The best thing about Lake View Rooms though, is the beautiful view of the lake and mountains. It was so peaceful sitting on our balcony looking at the beautiful scenery and watching locals herd their sheep and goats. An even better view can be accessed from the amazing roof terrace, which is free for all guests to use… head on up to the top of the hotel, to enjoy. Our stay at Lake View Rooms provided tranquility at the end of our holiday in Albania. The hotel is close to some lovely local restaurants and short walk to local bus stops and Ksamil beaches and other restaurants. Nothing not to like! The owner Ervis is very helpful and friendly.

The host was very friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. Communication via WhatsApp was easy and convenient! The only small improvement we could think of would be having an espresso machine in the room, so you can enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony, but to be fair, we haven’t seen this anywhere in Albania.

There is not one amenity or touch that they had missed - the shutter for the night was bliss! It was also pristine! Parking was easy, the host was fantastic and really quick to respond to any need. I couldn’t recommend it enough! Nothing.

Obwohl wir „Lake View“ gebucht hatten, haben wir auf den Parkplatz, den Schrottplatz gegenüber und den Busbahnhof sowie ein paar Baracken geschaut. Das Zimmer hatte auch niemals 25 Quadratmeter. Viel kleiner. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Albanien.

• Pauline (8/5): Proche du centre - Nous avons aimé l'accueil de Ervis, son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. Il nous a même surclassés pour avoir une chambre plus grande. Volet roulant, hyper bien pour dormir. Très bonne literie. La salle d'eau est très bien équipée. Il y a un mini bar et un coffre fort. L'hôtel est a 10/15 min a pied du centre. Et si vous cherchez un restaurant, 5 min maximum. Très bien placé. Il manque un petit étendoir pour les serviettes de plage. Et pour une chambre familiale, il manque des patères murales pour accrocher nos serviettes (il y a seulement une barre). Et c'est dommage que sur l'annonce, ne soit pas précisé l'étage de la chambre. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée, nous avions comme vue, principalement, un parking de bus, et des engins, nous pensions avoir une vue sur le lac comme sur les photos sur Booking. Mais j'ai l'impression qu'il veut remédier à ça car il a planté des cyprès. Il faudra donc attendre que ça pousse. Et de l'autre côté, la vue n'est pas dingue non plus. Mais tout est en construction, donc ça peut changer.

• Wojciech (10/5): - Obiekt jest niesamowicie czysty oraz zadbany. Pokój jest codziennie sprzątany na hotelowym poziomie. Nieoceniona jest także pomoc menagera, który zawsze pozostaje do dyspozycji. Niedaleko znajdują się również dobre śniadania w przystępnej cenie, a sama okolica jest bardzo spokojna i cicha. Dodatkowo, z pokoju rozciągają się piękne widoki na okolicę. Jedyny zarzut, jednakże nieprównywalnie mniej istotny niż zalety, to położenie obiektu. Znajduje się on na obrzeżach miejscowości, przez co koniecznie jest dojście dość znacznej odległości na plażę, czy do restauracji.

Il proprietario ci ha accolto con gentilezza ed ha atteso il Nostro arrivo delle 22:00. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni ed è stato gradito il cambio della biancheria da bagno. • Francesca (9/5): un ottimo alloggio a Ksamil - struttura nuova e pulita, con il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto agli altri alloggi a Ksamil. comodo per soggiornarci una notte. host molto gentile, ci ha consigliato la spiaggia dove andare e ci siamo trovati bene. la posizione non è ottimale. per arrivare al mare bisogna prendere la macchina perché ci sono diverse salite ripide e il traffico è folle.

Der er rent men den løbende r - Placering er lidt væk fra byen, men 10-15 min på gåben fra centrum. Dog er placeringen god, da man i området finder ro og stilhed. På værelset var der meget rent ved ankomst, men den løbende rengøring var til tider utilstrækkelig. Der blev i løbet af vores 7-dages ophold ikke renset toilet vi skulle selv efterspørger nyt toiletpapir.

It was very important to me the sheets, they were changed every day and it smelled so good (many thanks to the lady). The cleaning was very good. The owner was so nice and if we needed something, we could ask him on whatsapp for. I appreciate a lot that he asked us what time we arrive so they can get the room ready for us (earlier than the check in). Thank you very much, Lake View Rooms Ksamil! We will get back to you! -

It was nice to have a balcony in be in the quieter end of Ksamil as it was so busy. Only a 15-20 min walk to the main area and beaches.

Odamız güzel yatağımız rahattı. Tek sevmediğim nokta hotelin konumu.. biraz sahillere yürüme mesafesindeydi. ve hotel açıkcası köylerin arasındaydı. sabahları keçi köpek inek sesleriyle uyanıyorduk. Hatta inşaat vardı. Sabahın 8 inde kepçe sesleriyle uyanıyorduk. alarm kurmamıza gerek yoktu :) tek sevmediğim kısım bu olabilir hotel hakkında.

• Globe Girl (10/5): Een super verblijf! - Een prachtige kamer, met een super ligging. Het ligt uit de drukte, zo'n 10 min lopen naar het " drukke" strand van Ksamil. De eigenaar was heel gastvrij. Heeft ons goede tips voor rustige stranden, eetgelegenheden gegeven. Het is er super schoon! Fijn bed en handdoeken die lekker ruiken. Er is een gevulde koelkast op de kamer. Zodat je altijd drinken kunt pakken. Ook is er een waterkoker met koffie en thee faciliteiten. De fotos zijn zoals de ook daadwerkelijk is. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar die goed Engels spreekt. Wij hadden hier een top verblijf! Ervis nogmaals dank voor je goede zorgen! Helemaal niets! Mss dat er geen ruimte rond de wastafel is om je spullen neer te zetten. En een stopcontact voor de waterkoker, waar deze staat zou handig zijn.

On top of that, Ervis is nice, professional and a great host, he was there if needed. It's 15 min a walk from the Ksamil beach bars Feels very safe but should be aware that it can be dark at night around the area
• karim (10/5): The best stay in Ksamil - This hotel is just the best in Albania for me ! Is one of the most professional with all accommodation and very beautiful design. The bed is so comfortable , the pillows. The balcony has a good view. But the best part is the hotel manager with his recommandations and advice. Ervin is the best. Not far from the beach the city and also 20 minutes to Saranda. In a quiet place to be honest stay here you’ll not regret

The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the lake. A big plus was the private parking spot, which made everything so convenient. And above all, Ervis’s kindness and helpfulness made us feel truly at home. Thank you for such a memorable experience – we’d gladly come back!

• Syd BLN (10/5): - Die 5 Sterne hat das Hotel bzw Apartment definitiv verdient. Die Location ist optimal, das Zimmer ist sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Empfang war sehr einladend, netter Mitarbeiter der auch deutsch sprechen kann und er ist sehr hilfsbereit! Vom apartment aus, kann man auch die schönsten und besten Strände auf Ksamil erreichen, Laufweg ist so 20-30 min, was besser ist, da parken eher schwierig ist. Ansonsten gibt es viele Parkplätze Vorort und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Lake! Falls man denn Lakeside gebucht hat ;-) die Minibar ist immer gefüllt, mit Softdrinks und Alkoholischen Getränken.

• Hope Lee (10/5): - The room was a great size for the price, comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. We messaged the owner asking for extra pillows and they were brought to our room very promptly. The accommodation offers free parking and is in a good distance to amenities & restaurants, but far enough away from any noise. The owner was nice enough to upgrade our room to a lake view room free of charge, you feel very welcomed and feel like nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be recommending to friends and returning in the future. Nothing everything was perfect! I would just add though rooms are advertised as lake views you can definitely see a lake in the distance, but I wouldn't say it was a lake view, although it is very charming seeing the goats and chickens every morning.
