• Heinz (8/5): Schönes Apartment, nur die Geräusche auf dem Balkon stören - Ein sehr schönes, großes und gepflegtes Apartment. Negativ sind die Belüftungs- bzw Klimaanlagen der vorgelagerten Restaurants, die den ganzen Tag laufen. Die Geräuschentwicklung war auf dem Balkon absolut störend.

The location was perfect we were a two minute walk from the Marina and all the lovely restaurants. Bearing that in mind there was no noise at nighttime. Looking forward to returning soon.

• Regina (10/5): Highly recommend - We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Natalie. It was so comfortable & had everything inside that we needed. It was quiet & peacful there.We also loved the interior design of the apartment, so fresh, bight, airy & finished to a high spec. It's right at the Marina next to all the lovely shops & gorgeous restaurants (Bollywood Indian restaurant is a must & Finnegans for their Sunshine breakfast bowl 😋 ) & right next to the water taxi that takes you to old town Puerto del Carmen. We look forward to staying here again in the future. 10/10 rating Regina & Declan

• David (5/5): Nice but lacking attention detail. - Beautiful accommodation tastefully decorated and cleverly photographed, spoiled only by the constant smell of curry and fried food vented directly at the balcony by the restaurants on the lower level between the apartment and the marina. No daylight in the second bedroom as the shutters don't tilt and can't be fastened open. This place has obviously been a hospitality suite. The display of coffee pods, different flavours of tea, the 36 glasses and a dozen saucers with no cups kind of gives it away. It only needed a few changes to make it a self catering venue. It's not difficult. Displaying a grubby Woman's Own Casserole cookery book, printed 50 years ago, is not much use considering there are no dishes or pans suitable for use in the oven. Nor is there a grill pan. The nice shiny cooker is all very well but we couldn't use it. Self catering means more than preparing cereal and toast. Even if it did, a two slice toaster is not big enough for four people. The pan set is fine but the two small well used frying pans stick, so no way to sear a steak or tuna. Nothing to make a stir fry. We're in our 70s and don't want to eat out all of the time. We had shopped for some evening meals and ended up having to dispose of the food we couldn't cook. We like to catch up with the news in the evenings and maybe watch an hour's TV which isn't football. Unfortunately we couldn't access any English TV. Natalie and Wolfgang did visit to help but despite being friendly and charming neither knew what to do. So they left and that was the end of that. Good job we brought our own reading matter as apart from the odd travel guide and one novel the books were all either Spanish or German. Sorry to be so negative but come on guys, the price is high enough that we expected better facilities Refer the above.

• Alan (10/5): Excellent Puerto Calero apartment - Beautiful apartment with a lovely view which catches the sun most of the day. Rooms are tastefully decorated and large in size. The kitchen has all the necessary facilities and includes a dishwasher. The beds are very comfortable. Photographs of the apartment are accurate, which is nice to see. Very little not to like but would have preferred having a safe and a sun lounger would have been beneficial.

• Gena (10/5): Would certainly stay again if we head back to Lanzarote!! - Casa Natalie was the perfect haven to spend Christmas in Lanzarote! Puerto Calero had everything we needed, and the apartment made a great base to explore the island from. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was brilliant, but sometimes we ran out of hot water for a short while when all 4 of us showered one after the other.

• Jen (10/5): A perfect apartment in a fantastic location - It was very straightforward getting in, thanks to clear communication from Natalie beforehand. We loved the decor, the location was amazing (literally steps to great restaurants) the views, the space and the fact that practically everything you could possibly want had been thought of, from tea & coffee, to beach towels to local restaurant flyers. It was a place you immediately felt relaxed and at home in.
• Stephen (10/5): excellent apartment with lovely harbour views - excellent communication from the owners. lovely comfortable spacious apartment with everything we needed (fully equipped kitchen although we only ate breakfast there) lots of extras included eg fruit tea coffee. central location with superb harbour views. all facilities eg restaurants, supermarket, within easy walking distance. lovely coastal walks in both directions.
