• Patrick (5/5): cena/výkon, pro nenáročné klienty co hledají ubytování u pláže. - Lokalita je poměrně dobrá, blízko na pláž i do Mercadony, kde se dá obstarat vše důležité. V okolí je dostatek restaurací i tapas. Procházky do Mariny byly pěkné, dítě v kočárku vždy usnulo. Z balkonu je výhled na moře, pokud na Vás při jídle kouká sousedovo dítě z vedlejšího balkonu, tak je dobrý výhled i na sousedy (na balkoně není soukromí, ani v obýváku pokud nezatáhnete závěsy). Bohužel toho je hodně, byt a samotná budova už mají nejlepší čas za sebou, některé dlaždičky byly prasklé, v kuchyni se nebezpečně kývala zásuvka (bylo na žádost opraveno), v koupelně je pasivní odvětrání, kdy se dostávají do bytu odéry z jiných bytů (víte kdy soused kadí a kdy vaří), myslím, že byla v koupelně i plíseň (přikládám fotografie, plísně a kouře, když si soused dělal steaky). Za celý náš pobyt nebyl opraven zámek na balkon, ačkoliv jsem o to žádal, balkony jsou odděleny cca 1,5m vysokou zdí, kterou by bylo snadné přelézt. Gauč hrál všemi barvami, kuchyně byla skromně vybavena a šrouby u některého nábytku jsem raději dotahoval sám. Odhlučnění spíše není než je, kdy je slyšet i budík souseda či jak si někdo otevře plechovku piva na pavlači.

Además, se puede aparcar bien en la puerta la cama es muy cómoda. Borja nos trató de maravilla y estuvo pendiente de que todo fuese bien durante nuestra estancia, muchísimas gracias. Repetiremos sin duda. El apartamento es perfecto tal y como se ve en las fotos. Nos ha gustado todo
• Taru (5/5): Sijainti oli huippuhyvä ja kunnes olimme saaneet kaiken pestyä niin olokin muuttui himppu paremmaksi - Sijainti oli erinomainen. Aluksi meillä ei toiminut wifi, mutta kahden päivän päästä tuli henkilö sen korjaamaan. Siisteys ei vastannut odotuksia. Jouduimme ensimmäiseksi pesemään lattiat. Jääkaappi oli ollut pitkään lämpöisenä ja kiinni. Se oli homeessa ja haisi pahalle. Sen jouduin heti pesemään. Ilmalämpöpumpun suodattimet pesimme kylpyhuoneessa koska ne olivat paksun mustan pölyn peitossa eikä ilma kulkenut ollenkaan.... Pöydän pinnat olivat täynnä ilmeisesti tupakan polttamia reikiä, tähän ostimme liinan päälle. Viinilaseja oli vain yksi ja siinäkin oli paksut huulipunan jäljet kyljessä. Kaikki astiat jotka olivat keittiössä olivat likaisia ja jouduin ne pesemään ennen käyttöä. Meiltä veloitettiin vahinkovakuutusmaksu 200 € ja sen olisi pitänyt palautua tilillemme 7 päivän kuluessa, RAHA EI OLE VIELÄ PALAUTUNUT.
• Bosma (4/5): Enorme geluidsoverlast, maar het ligt op een mooie locatie. - De locatie en het appartement was prima uitgerust. De service was enorm slecht. Ze werkten met drilboren en slijptollen in de hal van het appartementencomplex. Wij waren hier niet van op de hoogte gebracht. Toen wij aangaven hier last van te hebben, reageerden ze plots niet meer op ons. Verder waren de borden vies terug in de kast gezet.

• Massimiliano (8/5): Una bella scoperta - La struttura ha una posizione perfetta sia per andare in spiaggia che per andare a fare la spesa e ci sono parecchi bar e ristoranti adiacenti. Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio per l’auto.

En caso de una emergencia, no puedes salir si no es saltando una cornisa. Ducha del apartamento reducida de espacio. Suelo del apartamento resbaladizo Sofá del salón con mucho uso

• Nicola (7/5): Close to the beach - Location is great very close to bars, restaurants and the beach, good value for money. Initial communication and flexibility for check in very helpful. In the main it was clean. The shower is quite small and some of the finishes could do with a little attention. The walkway up to the apartment is very tired. My main problem was I did raise a concern as soon as we noticed shortly after arriving about one of the doors leading to the terrace did not lock. There was no further communication regarding this even though the message had been read and acknowledged as read. This did make us feel a little on edge and a sense of unease and I did not feel fully secure because of this which did alter the experience of being there. I hope this is rectified for future guests.
