- Kenneth (1/5): Lodge was closed, but somehow our booking was taken by bookings.com - We signed up on booking.com only to find out a couple days before that the lodge was closed for the season forcing us to shift our plans at the last minute. Communication was terrible. To the lodges credit they likely didn't even know we had signed up as it seemed to be a bookings.com issue.
