- Abouabdelkader (1/5): Catastrophique comme hôtel - Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Les prestations ne correspondaient absolument pas à ce qui était annoncé, et l’organisation générale était déplorable. La chambre manquait de propreté, plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas correctement, et le confort était loin d’être acceptable. Le pire reste le comportement du personnel, qui a été totalement incompétent et désagréable. L’accueil était froid, aucune considération pour les clients, et chaque demande semblait déranger. J’ai demandé un simple oreiller supplémentaire, ce qui est pourtant basique dans un hôtel, et cela m’a été refusé sans aucune explication valable. De plus, j’avais réservé une chambre avec un lit double, mais on m’a attribué une chambre avec des lits séparés, ce qui ne correspondait absolument pas à ma réservation. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, la chambre se trouvait au grenier, dans un endroit inconfortable et loin du standing annoncé. Franchement, le service mérite un 0 sur 1000 tant le personnel a rendu ce séjour encore plus pénible. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et je déconseille fortement d’y séjourner. - Sabrina Barbara (2/5): - Die Lage war gut. Das wars dann auc schon Wir waren wirklich entsetzt. Absolut schmuddelig, ranzig, hellhörig, keine Rolläden oder Abdunkelung, viel zu wenig Platz. Fleckige Tischdecken, das Frühstück wirklich unappetitlich. Lieblos und nicht zu empfehlen, leider!

- Daniela (7/5): - Die Lage war gut., man kam mit der Straßenbahn und dem Bus schnell überall hin. Freundliches Hotelpersonal. Das die Türen so laut waren beim öffnen und schließen. Man hörte wer kam und aufs Gemeinschaftsklo ging. Unser Zimmer war direkt neben der Gemeinschaftsdusche, ab 7 uhr war die Nacht zuende, da die sie Tür anscheinend noch größere probleme hatte leise geschlossen, geschweige den die Tür abzuschließen. Für eine Nacht aber okay.

Broken WiFi and desk lady couldn't help, only one shower working for 6 or 7 rooms. Old towels and bedsheets (I don't mind but be aware of it)
- Domagoj (6/5): Wij waren veel uit vanwege carnaval. Verder konden wij prima slapen. - Locatie was oké. Het hotel ligt in een winkelstraat met leuke restaurantjes. Maar toch een beetje ver van het centrum. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ik begrijp dat het carnaval was, maar toch een beetje te duur voor wat je krijgt voor je geld.

- isabell (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen wer ein ordentliches Hotel möchte, wär natürlich ein teures Hotel möchte wo Schimmel ist und sowas da - Von außen hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gefallen Es hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass man reinkommt und es hat ein Schimmelgeruch an einer Dusche war auch Schimmel dran und das ist so alles in einer Zeit stehen geblieben ist wo man denkt, dass es kein Hotel das ist. Vielleicht einfach so ne Pension um was mir auch überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Man hat dort jedes Geräusch die Türen klemmen. Als wenn man ins Badezimmer duschen gehen will, muss man aufpassen, dass man da wieder rauskommt. Also man schließt am besten gar nicht zu von der Umgebung her einfach toll kann man nix sagen. Das Hotel von außen auch schön und ordentlich. Von innen hab ich mir das besser vorgestellt auch gerade für den Preis her. Wir waren dort sechs Personen, die Einzelzimmer muss man echt sagen, sahen aus, als ist man in einem Gefängnis. Es wurde geworben von Fernseheranschluss ja . Fernsehen ist drinne. Das einzige, was man als Sender hatte, war kindersender und ein Fußball Sender

There was a lot of mold in our bathroom which is in dire need of renovation. Beds are bad, but bed sheets were even worse with holes and not fresh smell to them. Windows don't work, doors barely work. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel.

- Irina Hertel (6/5): Einige Gäste benehmen sich nicht - War schon öfter hier, bisher gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Lage ist gut und preislich ist es günstig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Leider war das Zimmer dieses Mal kleiner und nebenan waren laute Gäste, die geraucht haben und sehr alkoholisiert waren. Die Dusche war sehr schmutzig. Freundlicherweise hat das Personal auf meine Nachricht sofort reagiert und die Gäste angeschrieben und gebeten nicht mehr zu rauchen. Das war sehr nett.

- Alba (7/5): Alojamiento adecuado para una estancia corta - Satisfecha con la calidad-precio del establecimiento. Habitación adecuada para 2 personas. El baño es compartido pero lo indica adecuadamente en la descripción del hotel, por lo que ya íbamos mentalizadas. El baño estaba limpio. La ubicación es buena y el personal del hotel amable. - El wifi del hotel no tenía conexión a Internet. - En la habitación vimos dos bichos muy pequeños sobre algunos muebles. Parecían bichos del polvo. - El baño se quedó sin papel al segundo día y tuvimos que usar nuestros propios pañuelos. - No tiene ascensor, por lo que una persona con movilidad reducida no podría acceder a este alojamiento.

- Michael Swartz (7/5): Simpel maar doeltreffend - De locatie ligt aan een vrij drukke straat, maar daar had ik geen last van. Het was niet duur en de kamer was simpel en netjes. Het bed was erg zacht, niet bepaald comfortabel. Ook de TV had maar weinig functionerende kanalen en de wifi was ook slecht. Het ontbijt was klein maar voldoende, dus qua prijs/kwaliteit is het wel ok.

- Irina Hertel (9/5): Empfehlung - Erneut ein super Aufenthalt. Ich bin spät angereist und habe vergessen mich um den späten Check in zu kümmern, da hat mich die Mitarbeiterin sogar angerufen, damit ich ins Hotel komme. Fand ich sehr nett. Die Doppelzimmer sind sehr schön und ich hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Nichts.
- Giovanni (2/5): - Dusche ohne Brause und im Flur. Toiletten im Flur. 4 Etage ohne Aufzug. Fenster keine doppel Verglasung aus Holz der Rahmen immer noch. Normale Türblätter ,Zimmertüren ,wo man durch den Spalt beim Nachbarn schauen konnte. Waschbecken unnötig im zimmer. Fernseher konnte man nicht anschließen weil es nur eine Steckdose gab's und man musste DVB t Antenne in der Steckdose auch rein machen. Bildschirm so groß wie ein Tablett.

- Irina Hertel (9/5): Alles super - Ich fand das Hotel für den Preis sehr gut. Der Mann am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat mir Geschirr und einen Wasserkocher aufs Zimmer geliehen. Das Zimmer war zwar schlicht und sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber das habe ich bei dem Preis auch erwartet. Für eine Unterkunft nur zum Übernachten ist es sehr gut geeignet und ich teile die negativen Rezensionen nicht. Die Matratze war schon etwas älter, nicht ganz so bequem.

- Reyniers (5/5): Eenvoudig verblijf met verouderde voorzieningen. - Gemeenschappelijke douche op de gang (weinig plaats en maar 1 haakje om handdoek en kleren op te hangen). De bedden waren van slechte kwaliteit, ik lag precies in een hangmat, mijn rug is gebroken. Muffe geur in de kamer. Heel veel lawaai in de ochtend en avond op de gang. Ontbijt hebben we niet genomen.

- Karl-Michael (1/5): - Das Wasser in der Dusche war warm Besenkammer fur 460€/3 Nächte o Frühstück, Toilette/ Außendusche, ab 3Uhr gingen die Gäste (3Zimmer) auf die Toilette, Zimmer aufschließen raus abschließen - Toilette - wieder aufschließen, ins Zimmer abschließen u immer live dabei! Kein WLAN, zwei kleine Handtücher zum duschen…, hatte noch nie ein schlechteres Zimmer! Danke Booking für diese tolle Unterkunft

- Maria Veronica (3/5): - A fost curat dar hotelul este extrem de demodat. Baia și dușul sunt la comun, nu era specificat, nici prea curată nu era. Nu a fost specificat ca parcarea nu este a hotelului și am fost obligați să căutăm un loc de parcare prin apropiere apoi să plătim. În intreaga cameră era o singură priză și am avut probleme fiind 2 persoane. Nu recomand.

- Mireille (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Seltsamer, extrem unangenehmer Geruch im Flur, nicht identifizierbar. Zusatzkosten für den Hund mit 15€ pro Tag wurden erst bei Ankunft mitgeteilt; auf der Bookingseite war davon nichts erwähnt. Dusche und Toilette kaum zumutbar. Das Zimmer wurde bei zwei Übernachtungen nicht zwischengereingt.
- Rene (5/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder. - Es lag günstig in Köln, zur Uni war es nicht weit weg. WC nur als gemeinschafts WC , kein eigenes WC oder Dusche auf dem Zimmer. WC und Dusche waren nicht sauber. Duschen könnte man nicht. Die waren unbrauchbar auf Grund der Abnutzung und Sauberkeit. Keine Parkplätze, wir haben viel Parkgebühren bezahlt und mussten alle zwei Stunden einen neuen Platz suchen, weil die Höchstparkdauer erreicht war. Das Frühstück für 17.50 pro Person war viel zu teuer.es gab nur eine abgezählt Anzahl von Wurst und Käse. Kein Rührei keine Auswahl . Nur aufgebackene Weizenbrötchen und alles Brot. Das Frühstück ist viel zu teuer und ich würde es nicht noch Mal mit buchen. Die Betten waren unbequem. Fernsehprogramm waren kaum vorhanden, keine Internetverbindung und das wlan hat nicht funktioniert. Konnte nicht freigeschaltet werden. Das schlimmste war das Frühstück weil es viel zu teuer war und uns die Laune für den ganzen Tag versaut hat.

- Sigrid (4/5): schlechter Service - Trotz bestätigter später Ankunftszeit war die Rezeption geschlossen. Die Zugangsmöglichkeit zum Hotel wurde mit so spät zugesendet, dass ich sie nicht wahrgenommen habe. Erst nach Anruf bei booking.com konnte der Zugang zum Zimmer geklärt werden.
