- Nick (5/5): Never worth the money I paid, will not stay there again. - Location that’s all It was nothing more than a bedsit, very grotty entrance, very dirty carpets on the way upstairs and a questionable fuse board arrangement in the room itself, the toilet and shower are in cupboards, if you are of a large build you are never getting in the loo.
- Paul (4/5): - I was very grateful for the tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable. At £80 the night this is an economic option if you just want somewhere to sleep and leave your stuff.

- leanne (7/5): Position was very suitable for us -
- Jenny (9/5): Superb -
- Ryota (7/5): Good -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Barry (8/5): Very good - Public transport options very good
- Karen (10/5): Little home away from home - Good location, comfortable well equipped nothing
- Karmele (3/5): Poor - The room is nice, so is the location The bed is very uncomfortable. That mattress should be replaced urgently. Bad for your back. That is really the only problem with the accommodation.
- John (7/5): Good -
- Boudewina (4/5): Uncomfortable - Location The bed - too soft, and my hip is still in recovery, cover not warm enough and no optional extra blanket
A bedside lamp would have been good - had to use my phone
The position of the key locker - uncomfortable stretch down into the garbage box and almost impossible to see the digits even with my phone torch. Really not good enough.
- Becky (7/5): Comfortable for my needs with a very responsive host. - Perfect location for my exams on Holloway Road. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Shower and toilet are compact so something to consider if you require/want a bit more room. Water was good and hot. Stairs up to the accommodation were quite steep and I struggled a bit getting my bags up. Just something for others to bear in mind.
- Herman (8/5): Small studio apartment. Clean and quiet. - A small apartment which is really a "studio" instead of a "one-bed apartment". The location is relatively quiet and close to the Victoria Line (10 min walk) and the Overground (3 min).
The shower room (or a cubicle, rather) is small but functional; hot water is good. WARNING: if you're travelling solo or with your partner, that's fine. If you share the apartment with a friend or family member (eg. sibling), absolutely no good because it's too hard to change clothes inside the cubicle.
The small kitchen is all right for making breakfast or small meals. Not enough shelf space or desk space to place the belongings. It shouldn't be too expensive to install some shelves (or add some shelves to the wardrobe).
The room description says it has a washer & dryer, but it did not say they are communal and require 1 Pound for about an hour's operation. The point is how do you find the Pound Coins these days in a cashless society. I think the host should change them to a "token" system and provides a lot of tokens for the customers to operate the machines.

Property was clean and water always hot for showers. Nothing, completely met or exceeded expectations
- Christina (8/5): Lovely stay, perfect location, basic but clean - Location TV didn’t really work
- Nikki (7/5): Good - This property meets the requirements of a super quick visit with basic facilities needed.

- Jeremy (9/5): Fantastic - would recommend. - Alex was a fantastic host - very helpful and accommodating. He responded very quickly. Great position and a wonderful little studio apartment. Can highly recommend.
