• Beyza (10/5): - Staying here with my sister during our trip to London was a real pleasure. The toilet and bathroom were inside the room, the room was very clean, and the hairdryer worked well. The wifi was very fast and there were no connection problems. It's a lovely place I would definitely choose to stay again when I come back :)
• Johannes (5/5): Clean but airy means next to a busy road and the place is smalll so it is very noisy. - Location. Hackney is a bit far from 'the City' but public transport is excellent and Hackney is getting a (gentrified) charme by itself also if you include nearby Dalston. Cinemas theatres and all the supermarkets are nearby. The noise! and the size. About the noise: my apparment was on the frontside and Graham Road is vey busy including at night. Buses every few minutes moning traffic jam ambulance sirence AND as the place is next to the front door and other appartments every time someone enters or exits this is very audible. And there is no escpae. I asked fellow occupants to take notice. At some point an appartment at the backside was empty but the owner refused to have me change places. They offered a refund for the remaining days admittedly. But where to find a last minute other place? Prices had gone up. If you order a place at the back I assume all of this will be better an then the advantages of the place come in place.
• Jack Cullen (7/5): It was fine until they tried to scam me for £240 - They tried to charge me £240 for a whole in the wall, weeks after my stay, that had nothing to do with me. I literally sat on my laptop working then went to sleep. I even helped their elderly cleaner to fix a fawlty window in the building and they take the mickey like this, they didn't even talk to me - just tried their luck with an anonymous form. Horrible! It says furniture moved too forcefully. What furniture? The only thing in this room is a bed ? I am sober and would notice if anything made an impact. All I do is read books and play card games on my computer before I sleep. Mad people.
• Karimi (9/5): Very nice, clean & cute studio with a shared kitchen. - Tres propre, simple et belle. Lit confortable, salle de bain propre, cuisine partagé, tout fonctionne bien. Il y avait des frais supplimentaires pour "netoyage" qu'il n'affiche pas initialement.
• Jordi (7/5): - Great location, easy ride to the centre (plenty of electric bikes to rent) and the room was comfortable, very clean, nice furniture, small, but this is London, and the price was good so would not expected a bigger room. The bathroom is nice and clean, good pressure, all very good, really much better than most hotels I've been for this price range It is true that the walls feel like paper and if you have bad luck and have disconsiderate neighbours in the other appartments then the experience degrades fast. It was the case for me 2 out of 6 nights, an incredibly loud couple storming from and to the communal kitchen (next to my appartment), impossible to rest, pretty annoying. Luckily they went to bed at around 23h, so no major drama. The size is small but enough and well arranged, again for the location and the price I would not expected much bigger.

• David (3/5): Very disappointing do not book this place unless you are deaf. - Comfortable bed and efficient shower. The room faces a busy road so it was extremely noisy. There was also noise all night from other occupants on the same floor and above. People were using the communal kitchen next to my room until 1am which added to the noise. I had to leave the property after only one night the noise was so bad. Despite being described as ‘airy’ there was no ventilation other than the window in to the road with major bus routes and lots of pollution. Although it was not disclosed until after paying for booking, an extra fee of £25 or refundable deposit of £250 was demanded for breakage insurance.
• Sophie (8/5): - Bed was very comfortable and having a small kitchen with a coffee machine and fridge was very handy The location was also great and easy to get around The curtains didn’t block out much sun and on a hot day the room was very warm
• Mary (7/5): Despite some shortcomings, I enjoyed my stay mostly on account of the excellent location and as the weather was very war - Location was excellent. Very small room and bathroom compared to the photos. I stayed 7 nights but only realised on day 5 that there was a separate laundry with washer next door - a simple sign on the door would have been useful. When I asked for a couple of toilet rolls on day 5, I was told to buy them myself - quite a bit of good will was lost for the sake of about 50 p. Especially disappointing as no additional fresh towels were provided either.

• Chiedza (9/5): This was an amazing place to stay, close to everything and the staff were so welcoming. - It was a great location and close to bus/underground and overground services. The facilities were clean and met expectation and host very helpful and prompt with responses. It would be nice to have a microwave in the apartment

• Semyon (8/5): Cozy, clean and good located, but very small room. You need to pay a deposit. - Very comfortable and quiet location, close to the city center. The room was clean and tidy. Nice hot shower. Disposable shower gel and shampoo are provided. The bus stop is a minute's walk from the apartments. There are some good pubs nearby where you can drink and eat. There are also many small food stores and Tesco supermarket nearby, which is convenient. A deposit required or you should pay additional payment if you refuse to pay the deposit. My bank blocked the payment of the deposit as suspicious and I had to confirm it separately. The room is also very small - of course it’s cozy, but frankly cramped.

• Niall (7/5): Compact well equipped apartment but can be noisy - Good location. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Responsive owner to minor issue. Noisy road with only single glazed windows. Very thin ceiling so very noisy when people upstairs. Entrance instructions need clarification. TV was not terrestrial so could not use without own logins.
