- Ruben (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento muy comodo El closet en la habitación principal no tiene puertas y las gavetas en el cuarto principal y los baños no funcionan bien. Tambien hay algunos escombros en la terraza que se pudieran facilmente limpiar
- Ninno (2/5): Dissatisfied! Under renovation- not ready to be rented yet! - The location was good, however completely overshadowed by the many problems with the apartment. The exhausting process to access the keys upon arrival; the dirty bath towels and intercom; closets without doors; exposed wires in the bedroom suite; loose flooring; an uncontrollable shower temperature; patio furniture piled in the corner - very different from the pictures provided at the app; loose pieces of granite on the balcony; two washer-dryer units (one in the kitchen and one by the dining table - but neither could be used, despite the daily rate of over R$1.100,00, and a few other issues.
