- Maria soledad (6/5): DECEPCION CON LA ATENCION - EL PAISAJE No me gusto que entramos a la habitación y había invasión de mosquitos. Muchísimos. Evidentemente no chequean la habitación antes de entregarla. Les pedí Raid y no tenían. No tenían ningún tipo de veneno para mosquitos. Nos dijeron que recién al otro día nos podían conseguir. Viajo mucho y jamás me paso algo así. Cuando estábamos por ir a buscar por nuestros propios medios veneno a un kiosco porque era imposible entrar a la habitación aparecieron con un Raid. Tuvimos q esperar afuera dos horas. Llegamos y preguntamos si podíamos comer algo en la recepción porque veníamos de viaje y con hambre, nos dijeron que no. Que deberíamos haber reservado. Me pareció pésimo que siendo huéspedes no podamos acceder al restaurante. Me acerque a la moza y le pregunte si podíamos comer algo casi suplicando por un servicio que obviamente íbamos a pagar y ella nos dijo que si y fue muy amable. Si era por la recepción nos negó el servicio. El restaurante Pausa tenia 3 mesas ocupadas y el resto vacías. Una lástima la atención para un lugar tan hermoso. El Paisaje un mil.

Restaurant was fantastic - breakfast, empanadas in the afternoon and all other snacks, dinner. Bedroom was very comfortable. We stayed at the 2bedrooms accommodation and it was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom also very spacious. Swimming pool was very nice and my kids had a blast. The tours arranged, like horse riding around the area was great! Cannot recommend enough!

- Leslie (10/5): The staff were welcoming and kind, the setting is stunning and the food and wine delicious - Beautiful property with unique and comfortable accommodations. The staff were very kind and helpful. The grounds are relaxing and well kept. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Very small thing but we were given no choice on the welcome glass of wine and while the winery produces mostly excellent wines, the one we were offered was terrible.

- santiago (10/5): - La calidad de cada detalle es excepcional, esta pensado cada rincon para tener una estadia excelente y que sea unico. Realmente lo es, recomiendo alojarse ahi si tiene la posibilidad. El encargado fue muy poco amable a la hora de resolver un problema que tuvimos con el pago de la estadia. Nos rechazo una tarjeta por cierto monto y nunca nos avisaron, cuando llegamos al hotel nos cobraron mas de lo que nosotros queriamos pagar. El encargado no tuvo ni la mas minima atencion de pedirnos disculpas por no habernos avisado y 0 empatia a la hora de informarnos sobre la situacion. Una lastima que semejante lugar no tenga la calidez de atender y resolver problemas de los clientes como uno espera.

During our stay at the restaurant the waiters were very slow, did not notice us even though we were sitting in plain sight.

- Lore (9/5): Amazingly beautiful hotel! - Amazing hotel. So beautiful! Even better than the pictures. We had a wine lodge, overlooking the vineyards, which was spacious and very modernly decorated. The pool was also large and overlooking the vineyards and the mountains. There is a very beautiful restaurant. The breakfast is amazing, the best we had in Argentina. When you arrive, you receive one glass of wine and also two small ones with a tasting in the winery in the village! We wish we would have stayed longer! The only reason I didn't give 10 is that the electricity was out for an hour in the morning, due to a storm, but I guess the hotel can't help this and it was fixed after a while.

Zur angekündigten Uhrzeit waren wir, und mit uns noch diverse andere Personen, dann an der Rezeption. Dort hat man uns dann mitgeteilt das die Weinprobe im Ort stattfindet. Das hätte man auch gleich mitteilen können…

Der Aufenthalt war unglaublich. Mitten der Natur aber mit allem Konfort. Die Zimmer waren perfekt und äusserst sauber und elegant eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab verschiedene Optionen zur Auswahl. Die Rezeption war immer freundliche und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank geht an Ariel. Wir kommen wieder!

She was friendly and informative. A couple of waitresses that served us weren't too friendly and there were times when we waited for our food for a long time.

Die Monate vor der Nutzung bezahlten Doppel-Zimmer haben nicht dem Vertrag entsprochen: Statt der „spacious je 26m2“ waren die Räume sehr, sehr klein, keine 20m2 gross, inkl. Bad! Es gab kaum Platz, um von beiden Seiten in das Doppel-Bett zu steigen, verschweige denn, einen Koffer zu öffnen und zu deponieren. Das versprochene Entgegenkommen seitens Gerencia erwies sich dann leider als reines Geschwätz!

It is right in the midst of the vineyard but only a short walk (10 minutes) to the main square of Cafayate. Breakfast was lovely and served outside the main building. The pool was great. There was a burrowing owl who had made its home right between the pool and the vines! I recommend both the wine tour, tasting and restaurant at Nanni. Tasting at El Esteco and El Transito was also great. Everything was spectacular
