The bathroom was a bit tricky as water escaped the shower area when using it but it was fine. Our host helped us and gave us fresh towels.

Very modern apartments with big tv and comfortable beds. There is low sound insulation and we could hear the apartments. The rubbish of the kitchen were left from the previous tenants.

• Cristiana (9/5): Tutto facile e comodo. - Appartamento spazioso, bagno con finestra, tutto essenziale e adeguato ad un breve soggiorno. L'edificio esterno non è invitante, ma gli appartamenti sono ristrutturati e curati. L'Host Victor molto gentile e disponibile. Facile da raggiungere da aeroporto sia con autobus linea 95 piazza Syntagma, sia metropolitana. ( Syntagma o Monastiraky). Tutto vicinissimo: zona ristoranti economici alle spalle del condominio, la via principale del negozi a 10 metri, dalla strada dove si trova la struttura, si vede l'Acropopoli. Tutto vicino a piedi, anche supermercati se si vuole stare a casa. Edificio esterno e aree comuni del palazzo ( ascensore e scale). Non è possibile, per il sistema di fognatura, buttare la carta igienica nel wc.

• Eva (7/5): Prima appartement op perfecte centraal locatie in Athene - Locatie was perfect, zeer centraal gelegen. 20 minuten lopen naar Akropolis, veel restaurants en winkels in de nabijheid. Schone kamer. Host Victor was zeer vriendelijk in de communicatie en erg behulpzaam! Op basis van de foto’s in de add hadden wij de verwachting dat we ook gebruik konden maken van het dakterras, maar dit is enkel het geval als je het dure rooftop appartement boekt. We ontvingen we informatie hierover enkele dagen voor het bezoek, maar de informatie op de Booking website vonden we hierover niet helemaal duidelijk.

After a long travel, this was the perfect place to relax and feel at home. Close to everything. Nightclub across the road is loud at night. Could be an issue for light sleepers.

• Katerina (8/5): Comfortable but not excellent - Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Full functional kitchen. Good communication with host. Good location close to ermou street but without the noise. No reception and the main building door was always open and not secured. No cleaning service for less than 4 days. Noise leakage from next door rooms that can wake you up in the mornings. Shower window is transparent and large but you can be seen from outside. Metropolitana vicinissima. - La colazione non era compresa ma la cucina era attrezzata bene, addirittura con cialde, zucchero, olio, sale e detersivo. La posizione è ottima. La veduta dalla finestra non è delle migliori ma in compenso la camera è luminosa.

• Rumpa (8/5): I would come back here again if I ever visited Athens, and maybe request an apartment with a better bathroom :) - Location could not be better. You are within walking distance to every major tourist site, shopping and food. Host - Mr Victor is very kind and responsive. All our needs and requirements were met as soon as requested. Apartment is spacious and clean. A cupboard or rack would be nice for a long stay as we had. We were living out of the suitcase. The bathroom - shower cabin has no door that can be closed and floor gets wet. The towel to catch the spray remained wet our entire stay and there is no way to dry anything wet. No drying rack or balcony in the apartment. No hooks to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom. It would help to change the shower doors or change towels everyday — maybe this would have been allowed, we just didnt ask.

• frederic (8/5): Super appart, très bien situé, hôte super agréable - L'accueil de Victor était vraiment super. Serviable et agréable, on s'est sentis à l'aise de suite. Je pensais que nous aurions accès à la terrasse pour avoir la vu sur l'acropole. Cela était réservé aux appartements du 5é étage je crois bien et cela n'était pas clair dans l'annonce sur Booking. Cela a généré une réelle déception.

• Efi (8/5): Γενικα ειναι ενα καταλυμα που θα το προτεινα ευκολα σε καποιον κ θα ξαναπηγαινα ! - Η τοποθεσια ηταν πολυ καλη ,μεσα σε ολα αλλα ταυτοχρονα κ ησυχα .Το δωματιο ηταν ανετο κ ομορφο Θελει καποια βελτιωση στο μπανιο αν γινεται διοτι οταν κανεις ντους γεμιζει ο τοπος ολος νερα οσο κ αν προσεξεις αν κ μια απλη λυση θα ηταν να παρεχονται απλα περισσοτερα του ενος πατακια μπανιου καθοτι δεν υπαρχει κ εξαερισμος οποτε αργει να στεγνωσει ο χωρος κ γενικα δημηουργει ενα προβλημα ..Επισης δεν ειχαμε ζεστο νερο φανταζομαι λογω συννεφιας οποτε κ αυτο θα το εβαζα στα πλην.

For a family of 5, we had the beat time, due to the comfrotable beds, every member had its own space, so clean, and the staff was amazing! I will definitely recommend it to friends. Victor, the host was also great! Everything was perfect!

• Adrien (9/5): Très bel appartement avec vue sur l'Acropole, dans un quartier animé - Enregistrement très rapide. Tout fonctionne par code. Hôte très disponible, réactif et très agréable. Appartement bien situé entre Syntagma et Monastikiri, avec tout à proximité. Et la vue sur l'Acropole ! Très bien équipé. Café et thé à disposition, très appréciable quand on arrive. Une chambre n'a pas de fenêtre et peut être un peu juste pour manger à 4. A savoir : rue bruyante le soir et la nuit ( bar juste en face)

Perfect location ,near to all major attractions , shopping and Athens old town area. Exceptional service by the host and his team. The jacuzzi experience under Acropolis lights at the end of the day, is the best part of it even during the little colder days of December .
• Geria Srour (8/5): - דירה בקומה 3 עם מעלית בגודל 55m , חדר זוגי וספות נפתחות בסלון שהוא גם מטבח . מיקום מצויין במרכז המרכז , המיקום הכי טוב שיכולנו לבקש . מיטות נוחות . הבעלים דאג לנו כשהגענו והסביר לנו איך למצוא ולהיכנס לדירה . הזמנו דירה ל 4 לילות והיינו משפחה של 5 נפשות , היה רק 4 בקבוקי שמפו קטנים שלא הספיקו וקנינו עוד, מגבת אחד לכל בן אדם לא תספיק ל 5 ימים ואין מכונת כביסה לכבס , ואין מטלה כביסה ליבש . הדבר הכי חשוב זה החדר אמבטיה והשירותים שהיו יחד באותו תא ללא חלון , כל הקירות והרצפה נהיו מים מהאדים וזה הקשה מאוד עלינו להיכנס אחד אחרי השני לשירותים או להתקלח , לא היה איפה לשים את הבגדים ! המים במקלחת לא היו חמים אלא פושרים ורק ביום הראשון היה מים חמים . שומעים את הצחוקים והמוסיקה מהרחוב כל הלילה וזאת בעיה למי שרוצה שקט בלילה . וגם הדיבורים של השכנים מהדירה שליד. לשיפור השהות אני ממליצה להוסיף כמה דברים שהיו חסרים בדירה , מטאטא או שואב אבק , מטלה כביסה ליבוש המגבות , עוד סכו״ם וכלים למטבח כי יש רק 6 יח ואין מדיח כלים אפילו קטן . עוד מגבות במיוחד למשפחות , עוד שטיח בכניסת המקלחת , ולדאוג לחלון קטן בשירותים , מדף .

• Erşan Cemil (9/5): - Konumu harika. Atina’da takılmak için nereye gitsek evin konumu 5 dk. Binaya ve eve giriş inanılmaz kolay. Gelen şifreleri girmeniz yetiyor anahtara karta gerek yok. Oda çok temiz. Olanakları gayet iyi. Nespresso makinası, kapsül kahveler, su, bisküvi ve muz bırakmışlar. Klima biraz gürültülü çalışıyor ama düşük modda gece çalıştırınca rahatsız etmiyor. Bir daha Atinaya gelirsem çok rahatlıkla tercih edebileceğim bir yer. Klima motorlarının olduğu tarafta aile odasında konakladık. Klima motor gürültüsü bazen az da rahatsız edebiliyor.
