Shane (9/5): Via Pisana is a terrific place to stay, just outside the ztl, so we could park in the street outside. Great local cafe&# - Great location, helpful staff.

Sandeep (1/5): don't ever book this place it is absolutely disgusting. - nothing was good about this place. absolutely shocking the service was horrific. the sofa was broken, the door handles were off the bathroom door. there were bugs all over the bed, the floor and the walls. we were told to check in at 2pm when we got there we had to wait for the guy to come to let us in, when we walked in to the apartment it was so messy the cleaner was there and didn't leave until 3.15pm we were told to sit there and wait until the cleaner has finished. when we called to tell them about the bugs they said a cleaner will come again and just spray everything, they didn't change the bedding they said now the bugs won't come and expected us to sleep in a bed off bugs that they used spray to kill and the bugs were still there and we were told its tough really. there was no help from the management team or booking.com as that is who we used to book this place. its far out from the centre and we ended up leaving a few hours of being there and booking elsewhere. absolutely shocking we would never recommend this place or anywhere that is owned by this company as their service is absolutely disgusting and shocking. awful experience.
