• Sian (10/5): Wonderful - The apartment is small yet compact, clean and self contained. The owner was extremely helpful, and checked in over the course of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is within walking distance of Allianz stadium and Paddington markets, plus other boutique shops etc. Only a 40 minute walk into the CBD which gives you a very pleasant stroll through Hyde Park, past the war memorial. My only feedback would be to have a microwave in the apartment. But that's more personal preference than anything against the apartment itself.
• Erin (6/5): Good location but not very good - The location is excellent. The owner was very responsive to an issue we had with the toilet. The bed was hard. You only get 2 thin pillows and 2 decorative pillows, so it wasn't a very good sleep. A mattress pad or foam mat may help. The fold out lounge was also terrible to sleep on, even for a child, and you have to pay extra for linen on it. Since you're paying extra for linen, they should at least put a foam or something on it to make it usable. The shower water also only got to slightly over warm. Perhaps it was on solar hot water as it was cloudy, but being that it was chilly those two days, it was very cold during showers. We tried using the washer/dryer combo, but it didn't dry the clothes, so we left with wet clothes. There's no power point, that we could find in the bathroom, so you have to do your hair in the hallway in a pieced together mirror, which is awkward. Whoever was in the unit before us must not have washed the dishes as many we're dirty when we went to use them. Considering the issues, it was very overpriced.
