- Craig (6/5): Not quite what we expected. - Booked this through booking. Com and paid in full. When trying to get entry info the company were asking for us to sign a contract with them and we're asking for more money. This was eventually sorted out but it took quite a bit of chasing and unnecessary time wasting. The entry to the apartment was not possible with the information we were given which was a palava, we arrived at midnight and had to hang around while it was sorted remotely. Gaining entry the following day also took a call to have someone unlock the gate remotely. The apartment itself was fine in general but had rubbish on the balcony and an odour on the pillow, the bedside shelves were falling off the sofa was stained and it could have done with a fresh lick of paint. We were booked for 2 nights but chose to move to another apartment at our own expense.

- El Mostafa (2/5): - Our stay at the appartment was very unpleasant. The appartment was dirty, main bed not fit for two and noisy. Sofa bed where my kids slept was not even fit for them, old and dirty. Bed cover not sufficient, only one duvet for 4 people. Duvet was dirty did not have cover. Smell was terrible at the appartment. Big black stain in the sealing from most likely a bathroom above. Shower basin as well as sink keeps getting blocked. We found few insect in the sofa bed. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
