• Nia (8/5): - It was a very big apartment on an amazing location. The area around the place was very calm and at the sime time it is really close to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Victoria station and so many places that are key for london visit. The only negative thing was that entering the apartment was a little bit difficult and the instructions gaven by the host were confusing. It was not a problem for us but the plase has many stairs so if you cannot climb it better to noto choose it.

• Kirsty (1/5): Unfortunately nothing positive to say, a very stressful situation caused by this host and a very bad start to our family - N/A **Be cautious when booking!!**We booked this apartment for a family weekend in London due to its perfect location. However, on arrival, the key code provided did not work and we had no response from the host despite multiple attempts to contact. We were stranded on the street at night time, in the rain, with my 2 year old child and out of pocket. Booking.com helpline were very helpful and thankfully we found alternative accommodation at around 10pm. I still have had no communication from the host so unsure if there is a genuine reason for this or if it’s part of a scam. Regardless this very much ruined our first night in London and I personally wouldn’t take a risk on this happening to you!

• Erika (10/5): Perfect location and great facilities. - The location was amazing. Walking distance to all the city centre iconic sights. 10 mins to Buckingham palace. We had leisurely 40 mins stroll along Thames taking in Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Bridge, to get to Theatre District. Nothing, it was perfect.
• Tanya (8/5): Wonderful location for exploring the sights of London - Perfect location for exploring the sights. The apartment is very spacious and great for a large family/ group of friends. The towels were thin and the pillows were very high. A few flatter pillows provided would have made it more comfortable. Lots of bottles of body wash left from past visitors doesn’t really look welcoming. Please provide dishwasher tablets if you have a dishwasher in the apartment!
• rodgers (5/5): - GPS directions did not take us exactly to the house, so we had to walk around in the rain. It was difficult to contact staff for instructions. Staff was not very friendly. Advertisement should indicate that the house has 4 floors. Not very convenient for a person with gout.

• Susan (8/5): Comfortable stay, with all the amenities advertised, and a great location. - The property was easy to access, exceptionally clean and spacious (although not suitable for anyone who is unable to negotiate stairs). The host was on hand to answer any questions and there was ample bedding and linen/towels for us all. The location is great. The kitchen was well kitted out for our needs. For the layout of the property there is nothing that could be improved upon in our opinion.

• Dhruv (1/5): Terrible - Nothing We stayed at the wonderful house in Westminster for 4 nights from 26th -30th August. Obviously payments are taken by booking.com upfront. We got there late night only to find that the house had no WiFi connectivity, eventhough it is clearly mentioned 24/7 WiFi availability. The bathrooms did not have basic amenities like toilet paper and bath wash. The kitchen had no cleaning towels or wipes, The bath area of the bathroom had a glass door which almost fell on one of us while we were trying to shut it. And last but not the least the beds were broken , which was very clearly visible since there was a big dip in the mattress. What amazes me is that no one checked the house before renting it out? The house manger Elena who was at first helpful and promised us a partial refund for all the inconvenience that was caused to us , went silent on us as soon as we left the apartment. Clearly a very incompetent and sly manger who kept telling us that the handy man would come and fix everything and he only showed up on the 3rd day of our stay there. It was a terrible stay and a very very poor experience. The house owner refused to speak with us and only messged saying speak with the manager. We literally slept with mattresses on the floor for 4 nights. Ruined our holiday completely. I am surprised that the property is being recommended by booking.com I would definitely advise against taking it up.
• Armin (3/5): Torturing the experience Never again - Clean and allowed us to put the baggage inside 1. The codes and wifi were wrong ... Good thing I had data roaming because I would have been stuck outside with 9 suit cases for a while completely unacceptable. 2. 350$ .... Cleaning fees ... For a Small place really small tried to cancel 2 min booking but to late 3. The heating system 2 and 1 St floor were fine but Gound floor we were freezing in October couldn't put the heater on... Horrible experience and freezing. 4. Alarm beeping... Couldn't sleep all night because the owner didn't change the battery 5. The sheets in the beds. No bed cover only a tinny sheet between the bed .... Like this is unacceptable people sweat and all.. unacceptable 6. The experience was a big meuh 3 at max... Wish booking would allow the cancel because the experience was awefull

Hope to come back again! - The beds were nice and it was a quiet place.My kids wish they could go back there and my little dog made a friend with another dog [the sausage dog statue.] There was a Sainsburys down the road and this location was perfect for watching shows in London! When we got there we were astonished to see how many stairs there were! We liked everything so I can't think of any bad things except on the bottom floor (basement) it was a bit loud. When we were eating breakfast we heard all the people/cars going past so we had our food upstairs in the living room.

• Yuhann (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great. We could get to many attractions on foot. The condo was spacious enough. Unlike other reviewers, we had no problem with the water temperature of the shower. The 2 and a half baths was helpful for a party of 5. The internet was good even with everyone logging on. The washer/dryer did not work. We purposely booked this condo because we needed to wash our clothes mid trip so this was a big disappointment. Although the apartment was spacious, you had to walk up to 4 flights of stairs. The beds were not comfortable and bedding provided was the bare minimum. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 towel per person for a 5 night stay. Many of the kitchen appliances were not cleaned after the previous stay, so we ended up not using it. The kitchen level in general had a dank smell and we did not use the space. There is no a/c, there are fans, but having the windows open at night for cool air was noisy and let bugs in bc there are no screens on the windows. There is only 1 key to the unit, which you had to use as a door handle when entering and exiting. We saw previous reviews that the place was "clean enough", we did not find this to be the case. The carpet in the common area is filthy, there was an inch of dust on the half bath ceiling vent. The great location and extra space did not make up for the downsides of this property. For the price that we paid I don't feel it was a good value at all.

• Neve (7/5): Good place to stay for a few days but had some faults - The location was very central and close to shops and tube stations. It was spacious and with very nice furniture and kitchen and dining room. Good communication from host and very clean. We were able to check in early upon request. Is advertised as having three sofa beds. There is one big sofa bed however the other two that are “sofa beds” are small single armchairs that very small and would not be comfortable for anyone to sleep on. Luckily the amount of guests we originally had planned to come did not so we did not need to use these however it would have been very uncomfortable for them to sleep on if they had to. The fire alarm started randomly going off and the lights did not work in the main bedroom. Some of the plug sockets were also not usable. I wouldn’t pay the amount I did to stay here again as there was too many faults.
• Natalie (9/5): Great accommodation for groups, location fantastic! - Lots of space, great facilities and the location was incredible. Very close to either Embankment or St James tube stations. Good communications had with the owner. Would strongly recommend. Only 3 bedrooms so parties of 8 means you’re sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room which wasn’t the most comfortable sleep but we were still very pleased with this choice of accommodation. The rest was exceptional.
• Jitender (9/5): Great place for your next stay in Center London - Great location and place to stay in heart of London. It's just 10 mins walk from Big Ben, Parliament square, Westminster Abby. Train stations like Victoria were close by as well. Overall great place to stay and safe neighborhood. Pubs and groceries and nice market was near by as well if you are looking for comfortable places to enjoy drinks. Home was very neat/clean and had great bathrooms (usually you don't get this big baths in London). Kitchen had all the needed utensils, cooking pans and nice fridge. Host was very responsive to our request to provide Fans (it was hot weather in August time in London). Overall, great and comfortable stay!
