They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Overall, the Old House Hotel is a hidden gem that combines charm, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely return and encourage others to experience its magic! No faults at all

Other staff were surly and rude. No breakfast possible although I thought I had specified it in the search engine. Cafe at hotel was owned but not operated by the hotel, this appeared to cause a constant friction between hotel and cafe employees but more importantly meant a lack of service for customers.

The host responded very quickly, which we really appreciated, and also helped us book parking, which was very convenient. The location is great, quiet and nicely set away from the main road. Everything was very clean, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

Hard to find our room , nobody at the hotel to guide us & a very unhelpful lady that was running the restaurant attached to the hotel . “ I don’t work for the hotel “ in a very angry tone was her answer when I asked how to get to the rooms instead of just pointing us in the right direction.

• Hanna (5/5): Not recommended - Location was great in the middle of old town We got a room in the middle of the restaurant from the inside and from the garden part of the restaurant from the outside. It felts like we stayed at a cleaner’s room or other stuff with quick access to the restaurant, there were no proper storage or hangers and it was not even very clean. But the worst part was of course the noise from the restaurant until 23:30 - both from the inside and the outside!! It wasn’t fun after a long travel. This room should not be used for guest at all. It seemed that the hotel changed our room last second. I booked a room with a balcony and revived information that my room was on the second floor. Later on I noticed that the message was deleted and I got a new message with a room on the ground floor and that there was no balcony. A new message said that there was some error at booking, which I don’t believe of course. Bad style.

• Manjarrez (10/5): Great location and wonderful authentic old house. - Location was excellent in Plaza Altamirano. There is a bar for tapas and a seafood restaurant in the Plaza nearby. It is also an easy walk to the beach and to the old town for shopping and more restaurants. The staff is great and so helpful! Room was spacious and clean. Very nice experience and I would stay there again.

• Emilia (10/5): Comfortable and wonderful! - Absolutely loved my stay. The bed was so comfy and the location was perfect. Loved the blackout curtains. The decor was so beautiful and rustic. Also they have a cute restaurant downstairs where I was able to get a great dinner after a long day. Staff were so friendly. There was a huge fluffy towel also which was perfect. The only thing was the shower could have had stronger water pressure.
