• Nadezhda (9/5): It’s a nice place close to the West railway station. Every room has its own bathroom and the tv. I loved the window in m - It’s very close to the west railway station. It’s a bit separated from “the town”, that’s why not that many cafes around.

El dueño se preocupó de cuando llegábamos , check in fácil Que en la mañana habían unas señoras ( supongo que del aseo)que hacían mucho ruido, no me dejaron seguir durmiendo , y arrendé ahí justo para no tener que madrugar para tomar el tren

• Aida (7/5): - Queriamos un hotel cerca de la estación. Por lo que era perfecto. El personal contesta bastante rápido a los mensajes. Por la noche un poco confuso para llegar. Pero nos respondieron bastante rápido por lo que pudimos llegar pronto. Baño muy pequeño. No tiene enchufe compatible con nuestros dispositivos, pero nos dejaron un cargador para el telefono

L'absence de réception est ok car la réactivité de la communication avec le personnel sur wechat est parfaite. Le seul bémol est la qualité du matelas. Vraiment l'impression de dormir sur une pierre....

• Ignacio (5/5): Passable - The staff was very helpful and I didn't have to wait a minute. The location is very convenient since it is a 5 min walk from the train station. It wasn't clean in general and there were several cockroaches inside the room.
• Svetlana (8/5): Very good - Very convenient location next to Zhangjiajie West Railway Station. We stayed at the B&B just for one night after the late arrival of the train. The room is clean and comfortable for short stays. The beds are hard.

• Martha (7/5): Good - I spent two times one night there, when I arrived in Zhangjiajie and wanted to visit Tianmenshan and one night before leaving Zhangjiajie early in the morning. First time I had a quiet room and it was good. The second time I had a room towards the street so it was noisy and it was not so convenient for me as the room I had the first stay although the room was more modern and new. Still I prefer a quiet room and a good sleep. During may second stay I had a room towards the street and it was too noisy for me.

• Rebecca (8/5): Great value for money - We stayed at the B&B just for one night to pass through before heading to the nature park. The location was very convenient and there are some restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. The view is cool, and the room was clean. The instructions to find the apartment were very clear and the staff happily greeted us downstairs to help us find the room. The beds were quite hard, more than we were used to. The bathroom is clean but small, and a bit inconveniently designed in a way that you can't shower without turning the bathroom into a swimming pool. For a short stay, we would come back!
• Δημητρα (9/5): Excellent stay - Perfect place to stay next to the train station! Very clean and comfortable rooms with a common space and a kitchen available! Plus, i forgot a personal item there and the owner found it and send it to me by mail in the next city i went!
• Nadezhda (8/5): Motel with great location - This is more like a motel with a very good location - less than 5 min away from Zhangjiajie West Railway Station on foot. Downsides - no bath towels. Mattresses could be softer.
