• Fiona (9/5): Staying here felt like a holiday. Location, view, comfort - excellent. I will re-book! - The location, cleanliness, perfect. Bed really comfy, kitchen fairly well stocked for a few days’ stay. The view during the day was impressive. At night, it was absolutely stunning. Good sized balcony for watching the city lights. Well noise-proofed. Getting the keys was a bit tricky. As a single woman I was not comfortable walking the four minutes to and from the shop to pick up the keys. It was late at night in an unfamiliar area. If they keys could be made available closer to the address, if there were blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom (it was too bright in the morning) and if there was an ice tray in the freezer - I would give 10/10

• Samantha (6/5): Nice property but requires better check in process - Great views. Reasonable size. Useful to have a washing machine. Easy transport access. Hadn’t been used in a while as dust present in places. The check in process was not as per the instructions shared. And collecting and dropping keys from a separate location should be shared in advance as this makes it difficult when travelling with luggage. The safety deposit was taken from me twice and although it was return this was unexpected and they did not respond to communications regarding this.
• Anita (3/5): Huge disappointment - The apartment has a great location and lovely views, but unfortunately, everything else falls far below expectations. After the ridiculous key pick up situation we found the apartment had filthy carpets, unclean tiles, a greasy extractor fan, a broken coffee machine, unstable kitchen chairs, and a couch in an unacceptable condition. Amenities were minimal — only one tea towel, no clothes rack, no dryer, and only one key for a two‑bedroom apartment. After reading other reviews, it’s clear these issues have been ongoing for months without any action taken. The location is fantastic, but until serious improvements are made.

• John (5/5): Spectacular views. Disappointing service. - I had to collect the keys for entry into the apartment from a grocery shop, which was at least 2 blocks away. When I went at 3:00pm as requested to collect the keys, they were not ready to be collected as the cleaner had not finished from the previous client. The keys were ready for pickup at 3:30pm. Some of the kitchen chairs needed replacements as weremoving a little too much. The air conditioner in the lounge was working and then it wasn’t working…..

• Rakhesh (10/5): Great value, well-kitted out, excellently located property! - Key pickup was not too difficult, it's a short walk from the property. The property itself was great, well located, lovely to find some chocolate on the counter as a welcome gift! I ended up staying on my own but it would've been great for 2 people as well, 2 decent-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy to catch a tram or train as soon as you walk out. Nice and quiet as well. My only issue (minor) with the property was the WiFi. Details provided in the booking confirmation did not match the actual WiFi details and I was in a bit of a hurry to join a work meeting, so ended up using my Hotspot. Not a massive problem, as I use my Hotspot a fair bit anyway.
• Nicole (10/5): I highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay! - We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back on our next trip to Melbourne! The location is fantastic—easily accessible with a tram stop nearby, and having a pharmacy and grocery store downstairs was incredibly convenient. The market is just two streets away, and there’s a lovely park right in front. The property itself was perfect for our family, featuring a lovely balcony with a magnificent view. We appreciated the ability to cook and do laundry during our stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Terence was an outstanding host—quick to communicate and very helpful throughout our stay. He even visited to address some small cleaning issues with surfaces and provided the missing item we needed. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to find chocolate and coffee provided, which added a nice touch. The only minor things missing were dishwashing liquid and extra trash bags, but it didn't significantly affect our experience. Getting and dropping off the keys was just a five-minute walk away, but it might be a bit challenging for those with heavy luggage.
