• Stephen (8/5): Alright. - Nice apartment but could do with freshening up a bit, tatty paintwork in places but it was clean and walkable. Fire alarm went off one morning at 5am and all evacuated 😂

• Marysol (6/5): - The apartment was perfectly located with everything at a walkable distance. The apartment was very basic. Be prepared to hear the front door open and close very loudly all night long.
• Bethany (2/5): - Nothing like the photos, very loud constantly hearing people in other rooms and extremely loud main door could be heard from the room, bathroom shower was faulty and seemed unclean, room was extremely basic, didn’t have any cups for water or tea/ coffee making facilities, one pillow each that were tiny and poor quality, duvet was lumpy and looked old and poor, bed very uncomfortable, rug on floor covered in stains, smashed windows fixed over with mdf. Room didn’t even have a bin in it. In the bathroom was an all in one shampoo which was already opened and half used. Very disappointed, only positive was the apartment was in an excellent location, with everything we needed around us and in excellent location for visiting a range of different attractions so we had a great experience in Brussels and room was bearable for the 3 nights we stayed. Check in was good although we had confusion over all had a good check in experience

• Stephen (4/5): Smar - Communicated with group day before arrival. Checked in on line but could not complete due to my bank issues in paying the deposit. This was waived by the group which was very helpful. I had to chase them on the day to get the entry code. Entry door was very heavy to open - fine once used to it but initially it appeared as if code did not work. Apartment on level 4 - 100 steps - lift did not work for entire stay. If my wife was with me we would have moved to a different hotel. Room was very hot - 30C day. First night was very hot and significant street noise required windows to remain closed. Not a good night. Good location but not a pleasant stay.

It was around 90 we were melting, Shower on the second bathroom didn’t work, sofa was filthy and stained. Linens were dirty! We messaged Orbitz and the property to be relocated but no answer from both Worst hotel I’ve ever been

• Julia (2/5): - When we arrived we were gobsmacked with the room. This is what the room should have looked like, but it wasn't. shell with a bed, table, 3 random chairs and a wardrobe. . There was no TV, no kettle, no cups, no glasses, no cutlery, no plates, no pots and and pans and no kitchen. The bed was absolutely filthy as in the mattress, pillows, duvet. The toilet had a glass panel broken and it was carboarded up, the same with the adjacent room. The windows were filthy, the mesh on the radiator was broken, it was utterly disgusting. • Jason (8/5): - Pleasant, spacious and airy flat; centrally located, a mere 5 minute walk to the Grand Place; large bedrooms and sufficient toilets for the number of guests; very little clutter, but most amenities available; simple check in and digital keys for access; felt safe and secure in unfamiliar surroundings. Downside is the flat was on the 2nd floor - 70 steps up - and no functioning lift; beds were not appealing (dirty mattresses and ben linen; really need to change these to make more hospitable); flat needs a little tlc and airing to become more welcoming. Overall, served a purpose and cannot argue for the price paid foir 5 adults over 3 nights

• Phellipe (8/5): - O apartamento fica muito bem localizado, é amplo e confortável. O principal defeito são as escadas, dizia-se que o apartamento ficava no 2 piso, porém, o pé direito é muito alto, além de ter um piso a mais, dando a impressão de subir mais escadas. Apesar disso, vale muito a pena. Dá para fazer tudo a pé na região, visitando os principais pontos turísticos e várias opções de restaurantes.

• Julien (8/5): Bel appartement idéalement situé - Superbe appartement idéalement situé au coeur de Bruxelles. Dommage fuite des wc, douches sans pression et a peine chaudes et surtout serrure électrique ne fonctionnant pas, ce qui fait que nous avons passé le week-end avec la porte ouverte.

• david (6/5): Moyen mais très bien placé - Une série de "petites" choses qui mises bout à bout font beaucoup : fuite au tuyau de la douche (+ absence de rideau), machine a café qui ne fonctionne pas, ascenseur en panne + état général de l appart moyen : plinthe à moitié arrachée, rideau qui ne tient pas bien dans le salon, traces de moisissures et saletés dans la salle de bain. En revanche la situation de l appart est top. C'est suffisant pour un evg entre potes où on y est juste pour dormir mais à éviter en famille, ça ne vaut pas le coup.
• Aldo Antonio (10/5): Excelente apartamento bem localizado - Apartamento muito bem localizado, praticamente não usamos o transporte, somente para ir ao Atomium. Chuveiro muito bom, banheiro e quarto grande. A cozinha boa para fazer almoço, jantar e cafe da manha. Recomendo.
• Fuentes (2/5): no lo recomiendo - Estaba super sucio y con telarañas, además las toallas estaban muy sucias. No pudimos ni dormir de pensar en lo que había en el techo.
• Maria Da Natividade (2/5): Pésima y cuidado ??? - La experiencia ha sido nefasta. Aun sin entrar nos mandan indicaciones para ir a un sitio una calle diferente para recoger unas llaves en donde no había nadie todo estaba cerrado y ademas nos mandan código de acceso via mail como informacion de reserva pero de igual forma fuimos ahi para la supuesta llave y nada para colmo nos cobran 150 euros en la tarjeta por si perdemos esa supuesta llave que ni siquiera nos dieron eso para empezar. A la llegada les comunicamos que las luces de mesa de noche no se apagan y no hay ni ocultos ni cerca interruptor para apagarla pues nos dicen hay lo siento miren bien a ver.. y tuvimos que dormir 4 noches con la luz encendida que tras dos dias comunicándome por chat interno / mail ellos nadie vino a ver que pasaba. Y para colmo que nos dicen que los códigos de acceso son exclusivos para ellos y usuario al segundo día casualidad o no cuando regreso de una excursión y dejo de forma puntual mis pertenencia en el piso porque las demás horas siempre las llevo encima entran al piso a robar mis tarjetas de debito y crédito y dinero la ropa ni la miran, llamo a ver que pasa porque los códigos solo los tenemos nosotros y ellos la puerta no esta forzada las ventanas tampoco nada esta tirado solo fueron directos a la mochila, porque salí a comprar algo para cenar y me dicen que lo sienten, problema mio no de ellos y me cuelgan el teléfono, nunca los ves fisicamente, fui a denunciarlos por supuesto. Yo no iría más ahí ni lo recomiendo unos estafadores.

• JUAN VICENTE (4/5): Aspectos a mejorar - El apartamento en si esta muy bien, bien situado y espacioso. Mi mala nota es por tres detalles que considero importantes y que han marcado mi estància: 1- La cama. Son dos camas de 75 que tienen ruedas debajo y se separan cuando te acercas a la otra cama. Para ir en pareja fatal. 2- Una de las camas, el colchón estaba roto, por lo que me he despertado cada dos por tres pensando que me iba a caer. 3- Hace falta una cortina en la ventana del baño, ya que te pueden ver desde la ventana del rellano. 4- Si dejarán jabones la gente se lo agradecería. 5- He informado de los problemas y no ha habido ninguna solución. Espero que puedan corregir estos aspectos y a la próxima nadie los tenga que lamentar.un saludo

• Gemma (2/5): - Perdimos medio día buscando las llaves!! NO nos avisaron que debíamos recoger las llaves en una dirección diferente a la indicada previamente al viaje. Fuimos a Av. Lombard 47, siguiendo sus indicaciones, y allí no estaban las llaves. Tuvimos que llamarles por teléfono y la persona que nos atendió no sabía nada y tampoco hablaba inglés ni español. Nos dijo que las llaves se encontraban en Rue du Charbon 1, fuimos allí y no correspondía con un edificio de Smartflats... Finalmente y tras 4 horas caminando de una dirección a otra con maletas....enviaron sms indicando que las llaves estaban en Rue du Charme du Charbon 1... UN DESASTRE !!!!!!
• Verified traveler (4/5): En meget blandet oplevelse - Det er en blandet anmeldelse. For lejlighedens beliggenhed og rengøring var god. Men der var ødelagte møbler i lejligheden, intet lys i badeværelset overhovedet og meget larm om natten af smækkende døre overalt. Så hvis man har godt sovehjerte og bare skal brug en ren seng kan det gå. Jeg kommer ikke til at bo der igen.

• Diana Maria (10/5): - Alojamiento con excelente ubicación, muy céntrico. Facilidad de acceso y tal cuál las fotografías, muy moderno y bonito. Le falta un poco de limpieza profunda ya que el sofa si tenia olor a sucio y el area de acceso al apartamento.
• Trevor (4/5): - Excellent flat - large living areas but no hot water. When reporting it I got sent a you tube video about how to fix a boiler! They ordered a technician who never turned up so I had to demand a change of room. Eventually I go moved but to a location 30 minutes away. No assistance offered to relocate (ie taxi) and no compensation offered either. New place was nice but was tarnished by bad experience in first flat.
• Timothy (2/5): - Upon first entry there was broken glass in the entry. We also found broken glass in the bathroom showing the lack of cleaning. The shower was leaking when we arrived so the bath mat was soaked. The shower was mouldy all through, we had to shower in sandals to feel safe. One of the 2 light fixture in the main room was broken and flickered so we couldn't use the main lights. The security door for the building didn't lock and was very hard to open. The apartment had no bin of any kind in the room, sanitary or otherwise. The sink in the bathroom (the only sink we had) was clogged and didn't drain. I emailed these issues to smartflats and they replied asking for photos. I sent them through and got the response that this had been passed on to the "appropriate parties" after that no information about fixing these and no solution.we checked out today with all these items still an issue.
• Gonzalo Martin (2/5): - Todo comenzo con el cambio de lugar. Nos comentaron que nos hacian un "upgrade". La zona del nuevo apartamento estaba bien. Pero luego comenzaron los problemas. Primero no habia wifi. Luego se corto la luz. Habia bichos en la cama y las paredes. No habia luz en el pasillo ni la escalera. Vimos una rata en el piso de abajo. Nos mudaron a otro apartamento en el siguiente nivel. No andaba la calefaccion, la ducha funcioaba mal, no tenia cortinas y no andaba internet. Nos respondian del "servicio por chat" que nos iban a enviar a alguien para reparar los problemas y nunca llegaron. A la segunda noche decidimos volver al primer apartamento. Preferiamos los bichos que el frio. Matamos mas de 10 bichos y seguian apareciendo. Belgica en si fue demasiado lindo. Lo unico malo era volver al hotel a dormir, ahi se pasaba mal. Un desastre el servicio general de smartflats. Una verguenza. Y esto es solo un resumen
• Eloisa (6/5): - The communication with the staff at d main office is wonderful and the directions given to us were clear. It is near the Center so no problem with transport. The room itself is quite big, the bed is ok but will do with extra pillows i think, also the sink in the toilet was blocked and the door of the toilet is broken like half of one of the glass door panels is missing so you are visible from outside. The main entrance which is supposed to be coded wont lock, anyone can come in. Could probably do with electric fan too and mirror, mirror in d toilet was too high, we can only see our forehead lol. Its been addressed to main office so hopefully would be good next time.

• Lea (6/5): Avis mitigé sur la nuit passée…. - Nous sommes seulement restés 1 nuit. Le logement est grand, il y a un coin nuit, un canapé convertible, un dressing et une grande sdb avec douche et baignoire. Les points négatifs sont que l’immeuble est très bruyant, très mal isolé ; il n’y a pas de volets ; le lit double est en fait 2 lits simples sur roulettes, et les matelas s’affaissent beaucoup. Il n’y a pas de gel douche/shampoing, ni huile/sel/poivre. Nous avons réussi à facilement trouver les clés, mais ça n’a pas été le cas de 2 autres couples que nous avons du aider. Les parties communes laissent à désirer

• Loréna (4/5): - Nous avions booké cet hébergement en dernière minute pour un week-ends de 3 jours à Bruxelles. À notre arrivée vendredi après midi nous sommes tombés de très haut et avons écourté notre week-ends. Nous sommes repartis samedi après midi. Le logement est insalubre, les stores ont été arrachés donc impossible de dormir après le lève du soleil. Le frigo et les assiettes étaient sales. Le carrelage au toilette fissuré impossible de rester pieds nus par peur de se blesser. De la moisissure à la douche à se demander si cela ne représente pas un risque sanitaire. Le canapé lit ne vaut même pas de description. Le meuble tv était recouvert d’un résidu mystérieux. Une des lampe était cassée. L’aspirateur n’a pas été vidé et nous ne savons depuis quand. Le seul point positif a été la réactivité et compréhension du monsieur présent au lounge vendredi après-midi qui nous a proposé un remboursement dont nous sommes en attente.
