• Iva (10/5): Excellent - Host is very nice and helpful. The kitchen is fairly equipped, there was coffee, tea, oil and basic spices if you want to prepare some meals. Different body & hair shampoos in the bathroom. Two toilets is a plus. Bathroom could be better
• Garin (5/5): Passable - Good location close to all the metro and the Vatican, clean and a great host. The sofa bed in the lounge was unusable as a sofa or a sofa bed, it was uncomfortable and really should either be replaced or not advertised as having a sofa bed

• Vladislav (10/5): Exceptional - LOCATION: The property is located literally just around the corner from the Vatican! As for the historical center of Rome - it's  a 15-20 minute walk to it. We personally found that also very convenient! The is also a metro station within 5 minute walking distance from the property, which is extremely convenient, especially given that it is a straight line to the central train station Termini. THE PROPERTY: There is a pretty big bedroom with two wardrobes and some other necessary furniture. The is a small living room with a TV and a couch, which is probably folding out (this needs to be checked with the landlady though!). There are TWO toilets which we thought was extremely convenient (just one of the bathrooms has a shower though). There is a kitchen which is more or less equipped, but was missing a kettle and a microwave. We asked Rita the landlady to kindly bring us a kettle and she did it the same evening (she also brought a toaster!). She was very nice and helpful. The lack of a microwave is a disadvantage which we hope will be fixed in the future (a tip for Rita ;)). The property is equipped with a washing machine. The laundry drying rack (hanger) was broken though, which was a huge disappointment (also a tip for Rita to fix it!!!). We were gifted a huge Colomba Easter cake which was very sweet of Rita :) All in all, despite the lack of a microwave and a broken rack, the experience was very pleasant! We definitely recommend staying at this property! Enjoy your stay in Rome guys!! And thank you Rita! :) lack of a microwave
