Camila (9/5): - La ubicación era perfecta muy cerca a la playa, tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes, las instalaciones muy cómodas y completas, el personal muy amable y buena atención al cliente de la recepción Respecto al cobro extra en caso de daños, nos cobraron cosas que nos parecieron exageradas, como manchas mínimas en los paños que claramente si vas a la playa o tours y te secas con ellos se van a ensuciar sin darte cuenta, es importante que se especifique a los invitados en tener bastante cuidado o lavar y asegurarse de que nada tenga manchas para un futuro cobro

Anne-Françoise (9/5): Agréable, reposant et ressourçant. - Appartement très fonctionnel, clair, grand et agréable. Climatisation et ventilateur. J'ai apprécié qu'il y ait un gardien pour le complexe d'appartements, c'est rassurant. Le taxi nous a déposé à une mauvaise adresse, personne sur place ne pouvait nous diriger vers notre logement, ce fut très difficile de trouver. La personne qui nous a accueilli ne parlait que Espagnol. Le deuxième jour notre code d'entrée avait été modifié sans information, j'ai du faire appel à qqn pour téléphoner pour moi, ne sachant pas combien me coûterait un appel téléphonique vers un numéro fixe, les messages reçus ensuite étaient via whatsapp. Je n'avais pas toujours internet sauf le wifi dans le logement. J'aurais souhaité que les serviettes de bains soient changées en milieu de séjour. Difficile avec la télévision, toutes les applications étant avec abonnement. Pas pratique venant de l'étranger.

Bianca (2/5): Nicht die gebuchte Wohnung erhalten! Dreckig, verrostete Armaturen, keine gut Kommunikation - Die Lage war sehr strandnah. Schöner Ausblick und Sonnenaufgang von der Dachterrasse. Das war es dann auch leider schon!! Sehr dreckig! Nicht die gebuchte Wohnung erhalten! Gebucht wurde mit Zugang von Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer zum Balkon. Wir hatten einfach KEINEN Balkon. Das "große" Schlafzimmer sollte direkten Zugang zur Dachterrasse haben - auch hier lediglich ein Fenster. Die Schlafcouch war unterirdisch dreckig und sämtliche Armaturen in den Bäder waren verrostet und korridiert. 2 Bäder konnten wir gar nicht nutzen, sodass wir mit 8 Personen 1 Dusche nutzen mussten. Hier lief der Abfluss kaum ab, sodass ständig Wasser raus lief. Wir waren Gott sei Dank nur 3 Nächte dort. Am letzten Abend gab es gar kein Wasser mehr - weder in Küche noch Toilette. Was dies bei 8 Personen bedeutet kann man sich gut vorstellen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter = unterirdisch. Meist nur Standard Emails und kaum / keine Reaktion auf die Beschwerden!! Hauptpool nicht nutzbar, da komplett trüb (Nachbarpool sah nicht so aus)

Chika Emilia (4/5): Gute Lage mehr nicht - Die Lage war top. Nicht weit zum Strand, Restaurants und Mini Märkten. Auch der Poolbereich draußen war toll Die Wohnung sieht schon ziemlich mitgenommen aus. Es haben etliche Sachen gefehlt wie zum Beispiel Haken zum Handtücher aufhängen oder Vorhänge bei den Fenstern im Bad. Bei Abend konnten unsere Nachbarn uns beim duschen zusehen und wie wir auf der Toilette sitzen. Die Dusche hat sich aus der Halterung gelockert, Das Fenster ist auch aus der Halterung gefallen und fast auf mich gestürzt, aus der Dusche beim Pool kamen nur ein paar Tropfen Wasser und das Besteck, Waschbecken, etc. war alles ziemlich dreckig. Zusätzlich fiel der Ventilator im Schlafzimmer noch aus und der Safe ging auch nicht. Am Ende mussten wir dann nach für die schmutzigen Handtücher bezahlen, weil wohl einige Flecken nicht rausgingen, obwohl diese Handtücher noch nicht mal gewaschen wurden. Es waren normale Gebrauchsspuren bei weißen Handtüchern. Bei Ankunft waren bereits blutflecken auf dem Laken.
Oleksii (9/5): - We vacationed as a family of two adults and two children. The apartment was spacious and the photos lived up to our expectations. The beach is a leisurely 3-5 minute walk away. Everything necessary for living was available. There were shops nearby and places to eat. We were pleased with our stay. The only bathroom amenities we had were a complimentary shower gel and toilet paper, which we ran out of the next day. s This had to be bought.

Ekin (8/5): Fun spot for a friends trip, so close to the beach! - The location was amazing, literally 2 minutes away from the beach and lots of 24h convenience stores nearby. The balcony was great, and the building overall was super nice and clean. The staff were responsive and they let us store our bags in the office until our flight transfer arrived. We had a great experience overall. The AC worked super well, and we were able to use hot water. Electricity is not included in the price, we paid around 60$ CAD for 6 nights. The kitchen is not suitable for cooking at all, very few utensils, it had 4 glasses in total (including mugs), and the condition of the kitchen is not good overall. We ordered food from ubereats instead of cooking like we initially planned on doing. The showers weren’t in great condition either, but it worked so we didn’t mind.
claude (4/5): nous n'y retournerons pas malgré la bonne situation géographique - bon condo bien situé et confortable. le personnel est bien le condo est relativement propre. Mais le C-27 beaucoup de problèmes avec certains équipements et la localisation de l'édifice. Il n'est pas sur la rue Marcio Maggiolo come indiqué. Le service de transport a cherché pendant près d'une heure l'emplacement. Le condo est sur l'avenue Alemania... Les lampes de chevet des 2 chambres ne fonctionnait pas car ce sont des lampes qui fontionne sur le 240 volts et fiche Européenne et à Punta Cana c'est du 120 volts. Idem pour la lampe du salon. Le divan principal est bourré de poils de chien et nous sommes alergiques. Il est sale et plusieurs grosse taches. Dans les salles de bain il y a 3 lavabos. 2 des 3 lavabos les bouchons ne fonctionnent pas. L'internet est gratuit mais peu performant . Pour regarder la télé, la vitesse n'est pas bonne et c'est pénible d'y regarder quelque chose. Le propriétaire nous a remercié d'avoir pris la peine de noter les défectuosités et nous a texter qu'il envaoyait un technicien mais il n'est jamais venu

LOAIZA ARIAS (8/5): Estuvo bien - Buena ubicación, cerca de playa, restaurantes, supermercados, casas de cambio, droguerías, etc. El lugar es amplio y muy cómodo, tiene parqueadero, piscina y zona de berbiquí. Personal de vigilancia muy amable. Ser más claros en la dirección para poder ubicar fácil el lugar y no perder tiempo, estuvimos 7 días y durante ese periodo no realizaron aseo, solo dan una vez papel higiénico, se tuvo que comprar también jabón de baño y lavaloza. Respecto al cobro de la energía no pude conocer los consumos, pero casi no permanecimos y usamos poco el aire acondicionado, generando un cobro de aproximadamente 30 dólares.

Siempre hay seguridad al entrada. El personal fueron amables con nosotros. La dirección no es exacta. Tuvimos que preguntar para encontrar la oficina por hacer el check-in que es localizada a otro edificio.

Plenty of minimarkets and the beach just a few steps away. * It has a great outdoor area on the rooftop with a mini jacuzzi and a BBQ. Will I repeat it? Yes * Personal toiletries such as soap and toilet paper were scarce. Only 1 very small bottle and 1 toilet roll per bathroom for 5 days. * I consider the deposit amount to be a little excessive USD400. However, it was released very promptly upon checkout. * Bedding for the sofa bed wasn't provided and delivered upon the 3rd day of the stay.

El estacionamiento está incluido en el alquiler y es un estacionamiento cubierto, eso es una gran ventaja. La calidad del internet (wifi) es muy mala; lo bueno fue que contraté un operador internacional de e-sim (Airalo) y solo utilicé los datos del celular. El anfitrión debería ofrecer un mejor servicio de internet. Ahora, justo al lado se encuentra el lugar de eventos de un hotel y el ruido de música animadores y demás se extiende todos los días desde las 8:00pm hasta las 11:00 pm., para descansar, estás obligado a cerrar las ventanas...
Andrea Noemi (1/5): NEFASTO, UNA ESTAFA - . Al llegar el lugar no tenía ni papel higiénico, no había mantas para las camas, una de las camas estaba con las patas rotas, que después NOS COBRARON, algo que ya estaba roto. De la cocina salía un olor nauseabundo de los caños , obligándonos a tener siempre las ventanas abiertas. El auto quedó en la calle , supuestamente tenía garaje, mentira, quedó en la calle los 17 días que nos hospedamos. El anfitrión nunca nos dio información del depto, no sabíamos dónde tirar la basura , descubrimos que se tiraba lejísimos del depto. Una vez hecho el check out , nos cobraron las patas de la cama QUE YA ESTABA ROTA AL INGRESAR Y ADEMÁS 144 dólares por la FACTURA DE LUZ! Increíble , una experiencia para el olvido

Isabelle (9/5): magnifique - Nous avons aimé l’appartement, la piscine sur le toit avec la terrasse et vue sur la mer, le grand salon, les chambres et plusieurs salles de bain, la superbe piscine commune, la proximité de la plage et de l’épicerie. Tout se faisait facilement en marchant. Le bloc d’appartements est très sécuritaire avec un gardien en tout temps. notre arrivée. Le chauffeur ne savait pas où nous laisser par manque flagrant d’indication précises. Il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes pour tout le monde. J’ai dû leur écrire 10x mais nous n’avons jamais eu plus de serviettes…. Il n’y avait pas de savon à main dans les salles de bains, ni de savon pour nous laver. Il n’y avais pas de linge de table pour laver nos comptoirs, électifs et tables. J’ai du en acheter un et acheter du savon aussi. Nous n’avions pas non plus de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. Ils nous en ont finalement donné 2. Nous avons voyagé dans plusieurs pays dans des appartements et c’est la première fois qu’il manque autant de trucs à notre arrivée.

Kelvin Amaury (10/5): Seis noches - Seis adultos y dos niños - El inmueble es tal cual es descrito en las fotos. Estuvimos hospedados en el penthouse de tres habitaciones y nos gusto mucho todo en general. Nuestra estancia fue de seis días y se nos acabaron los papeles de baño y las fundas de basura y fueron repuestas por el personal sin problemas y enseguida. Tambien, el picuzzi se ensució debido a las lluvias y fue limpiado por el técnico Weimer(no recuerdo exactamente su nombre) de un día para otro. Nada que valga la pena mencionar.

Fabelhafte Ausstattung, alles sauber und unkompliziert.. wären da nicht die versteckten Kosten :@ ACHTUNG!!! Die Unterkunft birgt viele versteckte Kosten! Die Unterkunft war in der Endabrechnung 1.5x so teuer, wie erst angegeben. Denn direkt nach der Buchung, verrechnet es einen anderen Preis, als auf der Seite angegeben. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies ein Fehler von Booking sei. Da die Stornierungskosten mehr als die Hälfte war, gingen wir trotzdem hin. Erst nach der Ankunft erhielten wir eine Nachricht, dass sämtliche Stromkosten zusätzlich verrechnet werden - mit 0.40 USD/kWh!! Die Endabrechnung war ein Schock!

Jason (8/5): - The condo had plenty of space to accommodate my family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) in its two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The property manager greeted us when we arrived to go over what we needed to know about the space, and was very responsive through WhatsApp during our stay whenever questions came up. We were provided with a 5-gallon jug of water necessary for drinking and cooking. The building has a 24-hour security guard outside the building, however the front gate didn't lock. Because we were so close to other rentals, resorts and bars, it did get rather loud some nights from the music being played. The swimming pool was large enough to enjoy a refreshing dip, while not feeling cramped. Our private outdoor space was nice as well. It was a 3-minute walk to the beach (although due to the Sargassum issue in the area we did not enjoy the ocean). We did however have access to a beach club with lounge chairs-Huracan. There was a convenience market about a block away for all of your essentials and snacks. We loved the culinary scene in the neighborhood, and had many memorable meals eating an amazing variety of food. Check out Wowzer Brunch & Restaurant, La Bruja, La Casita De Yeya, L’aceretta and Castaways Bistro. They are all within the neighborhood which was safe and friendly. I'm glad we took a chance and stayed here. It was far from perfect, but we felt part of the community, a nice alternative to the cookie cutter resorts.

Juliana (7/5): Bien, mais aurait pu être mieux, merci - Nous avons adoré le design des appartements Une des salles de bain dans l'appartement A3 était sale et ils ne sont jamais venus la nettoyer, la climatisation dans l'appartement E3 ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons passé des nuits horribles à 40 °C et de nombreux moustiques entraient par les fenêtres qui devaient être laissées ouvertes à cause de la chaleur insupportable et malgré le fait qu'ils nous aient ensuite déplacés dans l'appartement C1 c'était la même chose, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas

The facilities were just what we hoped for: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out to Johny, who was incredibly helpful during check-in and check-out. He welcomed us warmly and made the whole process so easy. And a big thank you to Keimi, who was so friendly and understanding when we needed to unexpectedly extend our trip—his flexibility truly made our experience stress-free. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Beach Home Punta Cana to anyone visiting the area. We’d love to come back! 🌞✨ One small suggestion would be to provide a few basic cleaning supplies, such as cloths for the kitchen. Not products, but simple supplies would make it even more convenient for guests.

I had one problem we had to pay for the usage amount of light you use. I believe that was one of the reason i would not stay there again. I leave home to come and pay someone light bill. no way!
xiaoxian (6/5): - What I love: Jhonny Luis, the Concierge. The communication is excellent after we arrive the next day. And when certain equipment brakes in the property, he will make sure he communicates with the team and get it done son. What I do not like: The property itself was not maintained well compares what it shows on the picture. 1. Kitchen Faucet Leaking – The faucet is broken: when turned on, water pours out from both the top and bottom at the same time. 2. Water Leaks During Rain – On rainy days, water seeped through the front glass door. We had to use towels to stop the flooding from getting inside. 3. Poor Cleaning Before Check-In – The place was not cleaned properly before our arrival. There was hair in the drawers, stains on the bedsheets that wouldn’t come out, and some kitchen items even had mold on them. 4. Broken Facilities – Many things didn’t work. We had no hot water for the entire week, no working toilet at first, and even the living room had no lightbulbs installed. We had to ask someone to come and fix things during our stay. 5. Expensive Electricity – If you’re sensitive to heat and need air conditioning, be aware that electricity is very expensive. 6.Ant Problem – The kitchen had a serious ant issue, especially around the cooking area. Even after cleaning and storing everything in the fridge, ants kept coming back. We recommend bringing ant traps from home. 7.Far from Stores – The location is very far from any supermarket. Better taxi or rent a car.
Yoana (4/5): - I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this time was an experience, when we got there, we checked out the place, and found a dead bird in the pool, we tried calling the owner 3-4 times, in different days and didn’t answer what so ever, the power went out on us and once again we tried calling the owner and they didn’t answer, and to end it, one of the showers wasn’t working. overall it was a bad experience.

The pool had green water in it. very nasty could not use it.
HOLRITCH (2/5): - Since the day of Check-in, we have been experiencing issues with the unit. In many occasions, there is either no water at all or low pressure water inside the unit. In many occasions, there is no electricity inside the unit. We spent an entire night without water and when we contact management, nobody responded until the next day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone until the company improves their customer service (communication) skills and get their stuffs together.

J'étais surpris quand a 21h on me dit que j'aurai pas accès à mon logement cette nuit si je ne règle pas 100€ de plus sur un site inconnu. Une fois refusé, on me dit "ok" mais je passe demain pour que vous régliez des frais d'électricité... Après mon second refus, on me donne le numéro de la chambre. J'ai finalement réservé dans un autre hôtel par peur de me faire racketter le lendemain.
Adriana (2/5): - The property has potencial but no one came to fix a bed that was broken in one room so I was unable to use one of the rooms, the washing machine was filthy and the cleaning lady said was not her job, and the couches dusty, my sister had an allergic reaction, the pool was green and not one person in this property or Expedia took responsibility and gave me a refund at least a partial refund. Expedia cleaned their hands by stating that they have to wait for the owner to respond and the owner dared send me an electricity bill which I hope Expedia will cover since they take no responsibility other than offer 100 points from a value of more than $1,000 booking. This took place the week of June 5th and still nothing is resolved.

Viviana (2/5): - This property does have potential, but unfortunately, my family and I had a very stressful and disappointing experience. Before check-in, I was informed that a deposit would be held, which I was fine with. However, I was repeatedly asked to enter my credit card information into an invoice that showed the full amount—not just the deposit. After going back and forth, we finally agreed I’d handle it in person. In the end, they didn’t charge the deposit, which I appreciated, but the process was far more stressful than it needed to be. When we arrived, we encountered several issues: • The patio doors wouldn’t lock • The mini pool (piscicuzzi) was dirty • Towels provided were not clean Communication was inconsistent, and I found myself having to reach out to two different contacts to address these issues. It took days for things to get resolved, and I spent too much of my vacation waiting around for someone to show up. The worst part was the apartment flooding during the last three days of our stay. I had to mop several times a day just so we could walk without stepping in water. My kids slipped more than once, and we had to elevate all of our belongings to keep them from being damaged overnight. Maintenance came out the first two days, but despite being told a plumber would be sent, no one ever showed up. To top it off, despite all of this, Expedia has been unable to secure a refund on our behalf. I would not recommend this property based on our experience!
