- Md (3/5): I will not choose this property again. They charged £35 extra, poor wifi - Nice neighbourhood, 20 minutes walking distance from the nearest metro. - The wifi did not work, and they gave us another wifi connection, but it is slow and only works in the common area. - They asked to deposit £500, and they will charge £10 for a processing fee. Or you pay £35 non-refundable. This was not mentioned. This isn't nice. - The apartment is downstairs, which was not mentioned in the listing - The room heaters did not work properly.
- Claire (3/5): Nice Property, Let Down by Practical Problems - I stayed here for two nights. The flat itself is well presented and in a good location, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the shower was not working for two of those days, which meant we had to leave the property to shower elsewhere - something that took away from the purpose of our getaway. We requested some reimbursement for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, this has not been provided. Additionally, the upstairs neighbours were loud throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. It’s also worth noting that there was an unexpected additional charge of £36 for verification and a damage waiver, which was not clearly disclosed prior to booking. Overall, while the flat has a lot of potential, these issues made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped
