• Oleksandr (10/5): - Отличные апартаменты в 3 минутах хотьбы от метро Mislata . Квартира уютная, с интересным дизайнерским ремонтом, все чисто , есть все необходимое. Отдельное спасибо Тони за помощь и поддержку, который постоянно был на связи, посоветовал отличные рестораны и помог с камерой хранения. Отличный сервис и дружелюбие!

The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything needed. Perfect location, very close to the metro. Toni was also a super helpful host! Nothing, everything was great.

• Duško (10/5): Odlična smeštaj na odličnoj lokaciji - Illetes apartman se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini metro stanice (na svega par minuta hoda) i izuzetno je dobro povezan sa centrom grada, od kojeg je udaljen nekoliko stanica gradskoim prevozom. Na 50m od aprtmana nalazi se veliki Mercado supermarket izuzetno dobro snabdeven, čak ima i odeljak za kuvana jela, salate, sendviče, pekaru... Apartman je kao na slici, smešten u prizemlju, kompletno opremljen za ugodan boravak. Krevet je bio izuzetno udoban, kupatilo lepo i novo. Nas domaćin Toni potrudio se da nam da sve potrebne informacije , doneo nam je i pecivo i kafu u nedelju, kada pekara u kojoj smo imali doručak nije radila. Sve preporuke za ugodan boravak u Illetes apartmanu u ovom prelepom gradu.

• Ana (10/5): Lovely stay. - Location, facilities and it was easy to go in. We had coffee pods and milk. The apartment was super clean. And we had enough towels and pillows. It was a lovely stay. Modern and nicely decorated. We felt it was close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Maybe the price could be a bit lower. I had trouble filling in the forms.

• Ciprian (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Valencia!! - Everything is perfect for a family with 2 kids. Very close to metro station (3 mins walking), very close to the supermarket (1min walking). Very nice and clean area. Very good (and modern) relationship with the owner. In some instances the internet signal was not available, but this facilitated more time spent with kids :) or other outside activities.
• Laura (8/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Frühstück, wir würden wieder kommen! - Schön eingerichtete, gepflegte Wohnung. Es war sehr sauber und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, 5 min zur U-Bahn Station. Das inkludierte Frühstück im Café ums Eck ist auch super. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut und es gab sogar einige Getränke im Kühlschrank, die für uns bereit gestellt wurden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Abends/nachts oder früh morgens wenn man schlafen wollte war es manchmal relativ laut, da die Wände sehr dünn sind und man viele Geräusche von Nachbarn oder von der Straße hört. Außerdem ist es in der Wohnung im Winter (wir waren im Februar dort) ziemlich kalt (es gibt eine Klimaanlage, aber sie hat es nicht geschafft, den Raum tatsächlich aufzuheizen).

• Mieke (10/5): Fantastisch!!! - Prachtig appartement voorzien van alle gemakken, heerlijk bed en zalige douche👌🏻Toni is een topman, heel veel info via whatsapp, veel leuke tips ook! Locatie is ook leuk, met de metro om de hoek ben je zo in Ciutat Vella waar mijn dochter woont. Het appartement ligt in een rustige straat, om de hoek komt de wijk tot leven 😊 Ontbijt vlakbij, eenvoudig maar erg lekkere koffie😋 Alles was perfect

• Daniela (1/5): avoid this place - This apartment is located literally on the street. The problem is not that it is on the ground floor, but that there is less than one meter of sidewalk between the apartment and the street itself. There is no real separation or sense of privacy. The apartment is extremely damp and has a strong, unpleasant smell. An air freshener is used, but when combined with the moisture it creates an even worse, suffocating odor. Directly across the street there is a garbage container, which only adds to the overall unhygienic feeling. The apartment has no proper windows — only large balcony doors. Opening them is not a realistic option, as people pass by just a few steps away. In the evening, when we tried to ventilate the apartment, a group of young men stood right outside. One of them threw a cigarette that landed right next to the open doors and could have easily ended up inside the room. This felt genuinely unsafe, especially because we were traveling with a small child. While the bed itself was acceptable, the pillows were completely unusable — extremely large, rock-hard, and uncomfortable. Previous guests had already complained about the pillows, yet nothing was done by the host. The location is very poor and the apartment is unhealthy and unsafe for any kind of stay. The photos and description are misleading. We stayed only one night and had to leave immediately. As a result, we lost an entire day searching for alternative accommodation.

• Marcela (9/5): - Estaba cercano al metro y el sector era bastante seguro. Tenía botiquín que no habia visto en otros lados y siempre se agradece. Nos costó mucho abrir la primera vez y no tuvimos pronta respuesta para orientarnos mejor.

Arredamento moderno, automatizzato e possibilità di self check-in molto comodo. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento non era molto pulito. La colazione è servita in un bar poco distante e non è molto abbondante.

• Aleksandar (9/5): - Vlasnik nas je kontaktirao i dao nam sve smernice za lagano bezkontaktno prijavljivanje. Takođe sve pohvale za smernice oko restorana i svih pitanja koje smo mu postavili. Lokacija je odlična za posetu Valensiji u periodu kada nije prioritet plaža nego isključivo obilazak grada. Sve preporuke 🙂 Doručak je dva prepečena hleba sa nekim namazom od paradajza i puterom, svako jutro isto. Može se uzeti nešto drugo i doplatiti. Pekara je ok. Jastuci su ogromni i debeli iskreno ne znam kako neko može da spava na njima, ali snašli smo se sa malim jastucima iz dnevne sobe...
• Mary Jane (10/5): Stress-free stay in València - It's the best! They are so kind and considerate with our situation. They recommended nice places to visit. I love the location. The grocery is just like 15 steps away and the train station is just down the block. The place is not on the busy road so it's quiet. It's on the local area so you would really feel the true Valencia. The people are nice and very patient with our barely existing Spanish. It also has everything even iron for clothes. Nice clean towels and bed sheets. The TV is big. Everything is clean and smells nice. Beware that the water will flow a little bit outside the glass when you shower, but thw mop is there for that. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
• Jörg (10/5): Sehr angenehm - Tolle Lage, ruhig und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und hat tolle Tipps für die Stadt. Alles ist organisiert (oft digital). Vom Frühstücken bis zum Kofferschließfach. Gerne wieder. Alles war sehr gut.

La atención y claridad en todos los mensajes, el apartamento es hermoso y una limpieza impecable, hasta las toallas tienen aromatizante, que son detalles que se valoran mucho, los productos de muy buena calidad, parece un apartamento nuevo, me encantó todo de este apartamento, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí…
