• Daniele (6/5): pleasant enough for the company but unpleasant for the poor state of the property - The house has plenty of room, tastefully furnished and with plenty of privacy. We found the common area very accommodating and with plenty of space for everyone. The owner's communication was very good and timely, very pleasant to deal with. I would stay there again if the premises get some improvement and get looked after. The place was dirty and needs some love. We found fake eyelashes stuck on pillows and fake fingernails left on the side table. Seemed like the house was not vacuumed for a long time with dust collected everywhere and the toilets needed a good clean. The master bedroom shower drain was blocked. The pool table was good but couldn't be used because of the cue sticks were missing bits and the video games consoles didn't work either. the barbecue had to be cleaned before use by us as it was left in a poor state. Overall the house is good but if I knew it was that dirty I wouldn't have stayed there.

• Tamara (6/5): A lot of things going for this property but… - wonderful location; perfect for multiple families and host helpful when we encountered heating issues The place is in need of a good clean - smelly blanket, stains on doona cover, a lot of dust, windows not properly cleaned so hard to enjoy the view from inside.
• Yi (8/5): Bright and welcoming with lots of living space with comfortable rooms. - Facilities were excellent for our multi generational family to hang out that we didn’t even have time to explore the DVDs or video games! Sauna was a huge hit, as was the foozball table. Thanks for the thoughtful presents in the fridge and counter - essentials to get us going! Bright and welcoming with lots of living space and comfortable rooms. Lovely views with loads of great bush walks a short drive away. Surfaces were dusty and for some reason, a lot of sand on the sheets of the top bunk bed, and black sand on the sheets of the bed in one of the rooms downstairs!
• Rob (8/5): Affordable and enjoyable stay in the mountains - Great value for money and well suited to a larger group. Spacious house and has pretty much all you need. A few things could have been tider / better kept, however this seemed reasonable considering the cost. Need a few more / better fans for the hotter days. Struggled to find a dust pan and the vacuum hardly works.

Multiple living spaces. Crisp linen. Laundry facilities. Cleanliness of floor, cooktop, and one toilet on arrival.

The sauna and pool table were game changers! - Loved the sauna (however there are some cracks in the wood which means some cold air gets in), loved having the BBQ with a view and the pool table! had such a lovely stay, thank you!
