• MIHAELA (9/5): Bellissimo!!!!!!! 💫💯 - Pravi talijanski ugođaj! Prekrasan ulazak u dvorište zgrade. Lokacija sjajna! Puuuno ☀️ u stanu! Starija zgrada, ali održavana. Prostrane sobe, 2 kupaonice! Mi smo bili početkom rujna i bila je temperatura prihvatljiva. Prozor mora zbog jutarnje buke čistača i dostave biti zatvoren što pretpostavljam da je problem kada su visoke temperature jer nema klima uređaja.

"A big downside is the lack of air conditioning — we were left with only one fan for the whole apartment, and it didn’t help at all! Another one was broken in the closet! "The furniture and windows are old. The apartment needs renovation."
• Guest (1/5): bed bug issues and dismissive host - 2 toilets very bad bed bug issues from two nights stay, the whole family got horrible bed bug bites that hasnt healed one week later. We had bites on the first night but thought it was from mosquitos, as there were some in the flat. We woke up in the middle of the night on the second night to realise that the sofa bed was crawling with bed bugs. we informed the host but they were dismissive, even when we sent pictures and video proof of both the bites and the bed bugs as requested. they claimed that we failed to inform them during the stay - we only discovered the bed bugs on our second and final night. the host dismissed our complaint claiming that they didnt find bed bugs upon inspection, and that there were no complaints from previous guests. I came back to the reviews and realised previous guests had the same bed bug issues and the same dismissive response from the host. this goes to show that the host is dishonest and irresponsible, definitely would not recommend.
• Meenakshi (9/5): - Amazing stay and location. We loved the vibe of the apartment and the area it is located in. The best thing was the location as it was walking distance to most things. The restaurants below the apartment are all great and the apartment has a perfect Italian feel. Will definitely be back here next time we are in Milan. No air conditioning as it is an older apartment but the 2 portable air conditioners did the job well.
• Zuzanna (1/5): BED BUGS EVERYWHERE - I liked the localization, 2 bathrooms unfortunately both with the bed bugs In the apartment were so many bed bugs, in every bed, bathrooms, we all have bites everywhere, the owners were rude, it was a living nightmare, no communication with the owners when we told them about this situation, absolutely disguisting expierence with the bed bugs, they allegedly scheduled a pest control visiy during pur stay but since we were inside the aparment with nowwhere place to go the treatment couldn't happend, they later used this as an excuse to deby us a refound, 0 empathy

• Fernanda (8/5): It was a great first experience in Milan and we would definitely consider this property again. - The location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is very nice that the apartment has a washing machine but there is no place to hang your clothes to dry so you therefore save to use the chairs. There is no air conditioning but the property does provide two portable units. One of the bathrooms is super tiny and you have to squeeze into the shower.

The layout of the room was extraordinary. The cleanliness was perfect. The apartment had a real Italian atmosphere, starting from the neighborhood, the entrance, the view from the house. i like everithin
• Courtney (5/5): Passable - Great location, good sized property Arrived at 15:00 and they apartment had not been cleaned, no one had been in contact with us to advice about a delay in cleaning they property! Called multiple times without answer then was advised we’d have to leave so they could clean
• Camille (1/5): BED BUGS IN THE APPARTMENT !!! - We stayed in this apartment from February 24th to 27th, as part of a business trip with a colleague. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a bed bug problem. On the first night, my colleague (who was sleeping in the bed) was bitten, and the next day, she had visible marks. The following evening, it was my turn, and I also got bitten ( I was sleeping in the couch). We stayed for three nights in the apartment, and new bites appeared after each night. We immediately realized that the bites came from the apartment, as our other colleagues, who were not staying in this apartment, had no issues. At first, we thought the bites might have been caused by a spider, but after returning to Paris, a doctor confirmed that they were bed bug bites. We sent a photo of the bites to the owner of the apartment, but they refused any compensation, demanding a photo of the actual bed bugs taken in the apartment, which is obviously very hard to provide since these insects mainly come out at night…! The customer service later informed us that the apartment had been checked, and no bed bugs were found. However, we discovered that we had brought bed bugs back in our suitcases, as confirmed by professionals we contacted in Paris. We stayed solely in this apartment, so there’s no doubt about the source of these bed bugs. We wanted to share our experience to warn future travelers. Be careful...! • Aleksandra (8/5): Nice located apartment in Milano - The location is 15 minutes walk to main attractions. There are bakery, market and restaurants nearby. Self check in was easy and clearly instructed. The apartment was spacious with two separate bedrooms and toilets. We didn’t use the kitchen but It was equipped well with necessary amenities. In general it was ok, but for the value the beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Windows didn’t provide acoustical isolation for outside noice and older windows in one of the bedrooms really need draft protection.
