• Nazmin (10/5): Worth the price! Great place to stay - Clean, tidy. A lot of space. Also included a washing machine and balcony. Public transport is close by. Very convenient location. Staff are very responsive- the batteries in our A/C remote were dead. They gave us replacement batteries fast. Would defo stay here again
• Dian (10/5): Exceptional - This was the best accommodation during our Japan trip! The location was super strategic — only a 5-minute walk to Kuromon Ichiba Market, and around 10 minutes to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Literally eat-shop-repeat every day 😆 The room was spacious, clean, and super comfy. The facilities were also very complete — they provided a washing machine with detergent, hangers, refrigerator, microwave oven, and even umbrellas. We also absolutely loved the bathroom. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, which made our stay feel extra comfortable and convenient 🤍 Since this was our first time checking into a hotel without anyone at the front desk welcoming us, we were a bit confused at first 😆 But thankfully, the host was super responsive and really helpful throughout the whole process 🙌🏻

• YUEN SUM (7/5): Excellent location, exceptional clean, poor sound proof, no luggage keeping. - Great location, 15mins walk to Namba, 3 mins walk to Kuromon market, 2 convenient stores in 2 mins walk and one cheap local supermarket around the corner 8-10 walk to metro. Bad sound proof. You can hear people walking upstairs and baby cries next door. Poor toilet ventilation (no window in the bathroom), smell wired during the stay.
• J SERN (9/5): A week in downtown Osaka - Excellent location just several minutes from Kuromon market and around 10 - 15 mins walk to Namba Station and the commercial shopping hub, Dotonbori etc. Comfortable, modern design and generously spacious by Japanese standards. Hosts were helpful, prompt and communicative with our last minute room extension and also with the direct arrangements of a private taxi transfer. We had a back lane view, and there were oddly no glass ware in the apartment, only mugs.

We loved that there were two bedroom and a kitchen + washer. The ac was strong and worked well. There was a lack of furniture or things like towel hooks / racks that are pretty standard for an apartment space. There was one couch that wasn’t very comfy, and no dining table / chairs. The wifi was so slow I couldn’t use it. I also didn’t like that i had to check in using another app and check in was a bit confusing tho the staff were very responsive and helpful in answering me quickly

Il était censé y avoir un code pour le sas d'entrée de l'immeuble mais visiblement ça ne fonctionnait pas, donc la porte de l'immeuble était grande ouverte, laissant la possibilité à n'importe qui d'entrer.... Petits problèmes d'insonorisation, nous avions des voisins extrêmement bruyant au dessus qui parlaient très fort et c'était très dérangeant... Tranquillité aléatoire en fonction des voisins donc ^^"

• Sammifaith (9/5): Superb - The service was excellent and impressively quick. The location is also a major plus, making it convenient to get to most places. While generally satisfactory, the amenities could be enhanced with a few additions. I would suggest considering clothes pegs for laundry, more hooks in the bathroom (which would be useful for both towels and hanging clothes), and a full-length mirror for guests.

• wonseok (2/5): - 숙소에 도착했을때 출입구 공사중로 인해 내가 선택한 숙소가 맞는지 당황스러웠습니다. 시설을 이용할 수 있는것인지 알수없을 정도였습니다. 최소한 체크인 절차중에 출입구 공사중임을 알려주었다면 그렇게 당황하고 화나지는 않았을것입니다. 아침이면 공사 소음이 시작되고, 여행을 나갈때보면 관리자도 없고 안전을 담당하는 사람도 없어 가족을 데리고 나갈때마다 아주 불안하였습니다. 숙소내부는 사진과 크게 다르지 않았습니다. 다음 여행때는 절대 이용하지 않을 생각입니다.
• Hua (2/5): - The hostel is located inside a construction site and that has explained all about why it’s not inhabitable. As to make the things worse, someone opened our room door in the morning when we’re still sleeping. Luckily we used chain locker so the intruder didn’t succeed to get in. It’s scary.
• Lauren (7/5): Good - The room was lovely, clean, and well set up. We were happy with the room, the location of the facility, and the cost of the room. We didn't like the construction work that was going on in the building. The entrance to the building was not as it was shown in the photo I was sent. When we arrived at night and in the rain, the outside was muddy, and there were electrical wires hanging from the ceiling to the ground outside the lift; we couldn't tell if they were live wires. Aside from the room, the building was unfinished being renovated. It would've been good to have known this prior to arrival. We stayed 5 nights. One of the days we stayed in the room to rest, the construction work was very loud with drilling and banging, which made it hard to rest. We would've appreciated communication about this prior to our arrival.

• Avishag (1/5): TOURIST SCAM! NO SERVICE! STAY AWAY! - It doesn't matter. The service is so bad, boardering in a scam-like tourist trap, all positive things don't matter. Horrible service. Couldn't sleep because the neighbor was having super loud music, punk-metal style, same song over and over at night. There was clearly someone inside who didn't open the door to us. The hotel said they reminded the guest to be quite, after they refused to admit there was noise, after they claimed the guest is not from the hotel(!) and to avoid us calling the police the said they will send someone (a “patrol”) which never came. The music stopped when that person decided to finally go to sleep. The hotel behavior in their actions and response is really like a classic TOURIST SCAM. STAY AWAY!

• Shihfang (5/5): For a five days stay, the apartment was not up to standard. - We liked the separate rooms for the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The apartment was close to the metro station, supermarket and shopping area. The property owner was responsive. The apartment did not look like the picture. We were disappointed at the cleanliness of the room and the environment. The hallway to the apartment was dirty, and there is no lobby. There was a strange smell in the room when we entered. The towel used for cleaning was on top of the garbage bin. There is no door to the bathroom, which is inconvenient and the aircon is right above one of the bed. It’s basically impossible to sleep under the aircon. The property owner was trying to help by getting us a new room. However, the odor in the bathroom of the new room was worst than the one we had. Therefore, we decided not to move.

• Amberkiwi (8/5): Close to station, comfortable beds, but air con strong smell - Location was good - about 5 minute walk to Nipponbashi Station. Lovely area with many shops too. Place was clean and neat, beds were very comfortable. Big ranch slider door that lead to a decent sized balcony overlooking local street. There was an awfully strong smell in the room when we arrived...like the smell of must or mould, or really old home smell. We realised it must be coming from the air con, but because it was 40°c each day we had to leave it running. Ventilating the room helped a bit but the smell still remained. It was honestly very hard to endure and we got worried that the air con unit may have been filled with mould or really thick dust. It looked clean but the filters were very dusty. So if you have bad allergies or are sensitive to smells, take note of this in hotter months!

• Jinsol (7/5): Great stay in general - Spacious room (rare in Japan) and two beds! The location is great - you can walk to Dotonbori in 15 mins. The room was very clean but the floor was somehow sticky, so it was uncomfortable to walk around on barefoot. Also you can hear other apts' water sounds sometimes.

• Sverre (7/5): Good - Responsive and helpful host (entirely through online chat). It is a great location in terms of proximity to interesting streets/markets and transport options. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. There is no service for holding luggage on-site, we had to hop around different train stations until we could find one with two available large coin lockers. The surrounding street and communal parts of the apartment building were also a bit dirty/messy (but it was nice and clean inside the apartment itself).

• Olly (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, which is only a short walk to everywhere needed in Osaka. Very clean and everything needed. We both agreed that the beds are the most comfy from any stay and really great. The staff was great when we needed to ask them anything, replying super quick and dropping of extra towels plus extending our stay. Would and will be using it again for sure 👍 Thanks, Olly. N/A
