• Virginia (9/5): Great location. - The location is amazing with spectacular views of the city. The property is spacious. The property needs some maintenance including the sliding bathroom door, broken kitchen cupboard. Also the instructions to get into the parking need to be simpler with emphasis on using Office works in Russel st used instead of the actual apartment address ( very confusing when using Google maps!)
• HsuanYi (10/5): This was our first time in Melbourne, and staying here made our trip so much easier! The room is incredibly spacious, pe - Host's Hospitality❤️ The only minor issue was the lack of a shower door, which caused some water to splash out. Everything else was perfect!

• HUI HSIEN (9/5): Lovely Apartment in Central Location - 1. Spacious and comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Toiletries, snacks and other items provided. 2. Location is awesome. Supermarket and eateries nearby. Walking distance to State Library, Melb Central, Chinatown and Melb Museum. 3. Dedicated parking lot. 4. Host was responsive to our queries 1. Instruction for parking can be clearer, suggest to state the specific level and perhaps provide a video on Youtube. 2. Key collection at Ezymart but the address given can refer to 2 branches. We went to the wrong one at first. 3. Dryer takes very long to complete drying

• Michelle (8/5): It was lovely for a short stay of 3 nights. - Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Location was great and access well documented. Views from one bedroom were amazing. No wine glasses, couches not very comfortable. Quite a bit of maintenance required. Safe didn’t work, cupboard door handles broken in kitchen, blind broken in bedroom and bathroom mouldy. Fan didn’t appear to work to draw moisture.

• Debbie (9/5): We really like this place and would happily stay again! - It’s a great place to stay, close to trams , lots of places to eat and shop quite close by, virtually in the heart of the city. Nice pool on the top of the building ( not heated), was a lovely roomy apartment with some basic kitchen supplies and a couple of treats! The bathroom can be accessed by 2 doors, one coming from the main bedroom, if there were 2 couples staying, I think you’d need to be great friends because you can hear quite clearly what’s happening in the bathroom!!!

Thoughtful things provided by host like word searches and essential oils. The apartment smelt great and beds were very comfortable The milk provided had expired 6 months earlier same with the Vegemite. The instructions to get the keys were difficult. We asked for a cot to be provided that wasn’t at the property. The blind in one of the bedrooms was broken and unable to be closed all the way

• Shiree (4/5): Booked for pool, had no access, contact didnt respond. No alcohol allowed, no glassware or openers. - It was a nice clean comfy place. I booked this apartment specifically because it had a pool, as requested by my friends who were staying there during a layover. Unfortunately, I was not given a pool key when collecting keys. I called the number provided and left a message to enquire about it (and also asked if there was a bottle opener available, as I couldn't find one), but no one responded so it was very disappointing for my guests. The host is now claiming that I should have messaged through Booking.com — however, I called to try and resolve it faster, as my friends were only there for a short time. Additionally, please be aware: no drinking is allowed in the apartment according to the welcome booklet, which is quite unreasonable. This means take no corked wine bottles, no champagne, and there were no wine glasses provided either. Overall, very disappointing and not as advertised.

The owner provided cleaning products so nothing had to be purchased during our stay When I booked there was no mention of having to pick up the key from a convenience store 5 minutes walk away. • Louise (8/5): Very good - Beautiful set up, close to the city We like a wine , smoking was allowed ? but no drinking, we were 3 over 60’s ladies who like a couple of wines , not drunks & that was very confusing , I should have read the fine print properly & if I did I wouldn’t have booked it. Other than that I can’t find any fault we had a lovely stay,
• Bopha (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything about our stay!! The place was so nice with a great location.. it has everything you need and felt like home. The accommodation was equipped with all the little things that you need when you are travelling so that you don't have to buy any essentials. The bathroom had cotton buds, make up pads, cotton balls and even toothbrushes. The kitchen had all the cleaning equipment and supplies. The laundry had detergent and fabric softener. They even had board games and books for the kids. There was even a air defuser in the living area. The beds were so comfortable. We all love the touch of fur rugs and throw overs in all rooms. The location was so convenient with all the fooderies that was located just below the building. They had a pool and gym right on the top level of the building. We had the perfect view of fireworks on new years eve. On top of everything the price was very competitive compared with many hotels that I was looking at. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone. The Communication from the owner and details on how to get into the carpark was exceptional. The owner was very responsive. There was very minor issues such as the cleaner forgot to provide a cleaning sponge.

• Stacey (10/5): Modern, well-equipped and spacious apartment in the heart of the city - Kitchen well-equipped with everything you need. Thoughtful touches like board games and colouring books for the kids provided.
• David (10/5): Great base for exploring Melbourne - We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great base for our time in Melbourne. We appreciated how homely it was. There was almost nothing we needed that wasn't there, from the shoe storage and coat rack in the entrance to the washer and dryer. It was great. The roller blinds and air conditioner did a good job of regulating the heat and cold. The location is excellent. The State Library is across the road with a children's section. The QV centre downstairs has a Woolworths and a food court. Myer and other large shopping centres are about 1 or 2 blocks away. Chinatown is a block away. There is a little bit of traffic noise which carries into the room. One of the bedrooms is more exposed than the other. So, the least sensitive sleeper could sleep in the second bedroom or use headphones as my wife did. If you grew up in the city, you might not even notice it. Recovering the keys from a nearby Ezymart is not too hard, but allow time for it.

• Kim (7/5): Great place, great location , but not a hotel - Very comfy beds, very well equipped apartment, lovely view, great location in the QV building itself above lots of great food options Only one set of keys available, which was tricky. We got given a very generous free late check out, but as this is not a hotel if we didn’t have that we would have been stuck with our suitcases all day.

• Alyssa (10/5): phenomenal stay, worth every second. - absolutely everything! from the staff to the accommodation itself. the staff were so friendly and quick to assist our needs, replied to our messages almost instantly. the property was phenomenal, so clean, open and just surreal. worth every second! you have a beautiful view of the city with extremely comfortable rooms that simply tell your brain to unwind and relax. to also add, it’s walking distance from everything! photos of this place don’t do it justice. we definitely will be back! not so much a problem for us, but the only thing that could be an issue for others is that it’s literally in the middle of the CBD so noise levels aren’t extremely low.

Hosts went above and beyond with the decor looks very lavish and felt luxurious! We loved the corner location.. had a very nice private feel to it. Location was perfect as there was restaurants and shops right at the doorstep. Definitely one to save and come back again! The car park situation wasn't explained in detail in the instructions but we worked it out anyway
