А самата сграда е отлична - модерен асансьор, красив интериор и приятелски настроени съседи. Собственикът беше прекрасен. Не мога да опиша колко много ни хареса. Идеално е за релакс! Когато се върнем в Бургас, определено ще отседнем отново в този апартамент. Горещо го препоръчвам, 100 звезди! — Великолепный апартамент! Красивый интерьер, чисто, уютно, очень комфортно! Хорошая мебель, техника, ремонт, месторасположение! И само здание отличное- современный лифт, интерьер, интеллигентные соседи. Замечательное отношение собственника. Нет слов описать, как нам понравилось. Очень располагает к отдыху! Когда будем в Бургасе, будем приезжать однозначно только в этот апартамент. Рекомендую с двумя руками, ставлю 100 звезд! Харесваме абсолютно всичко! /Нам понравилось абсолютно всё!!!

• Нели (10/5): - Everything. The apartment is amazing, the host is very responsive. We had amazing time there. There is no free parking around the apartment. Better stay if you are without a car ,because there is a bus stop.

• Fabritciev (10/5): отлично! - Отличная чистая практически новая квартира. Тепло зимой нет шума с улицы - хорошие окна. Удобная хорошо оборудованная кухня. В ней можно приготовить все что нужно путешественнику. Удобная просторная кровать на двоих. Любезные хозяева. Мы попросили оставить рюкзак в номере после отъезда на три часа и они дали такое разрешение. Близко от центральной пешеходной улицы Александровская. В целом - рекомендую! Сергей

Apartment is very clean, located on the 4th floor of the building with elevator. Great that there is a balcony. Very helpful host. Probably will book again in future. No microwave and tea towel.

The location is ideal - city centre, super close to everything needed including a bus stop to go anywhere. 2. The space is suitable for 2 people, very clean and cared for. 3. Has a cosy balcony area, nice sunset watching. 4. Great facilities: coffee machine, cooking equipment, electrical stove, washing machine, fantastic dual mode shower (traditional & large overhead waterfall style), air conditioner, large TV, + lots of towels, blankets, and pillows! Spacious fridge-freezer with an ice tray included :D 5. Large wardrobe with hangers. Thank you so much for having us! Very little to dislike, however: 1. No microwave sadly :( 2. The toilet seat is wobbly & needs replacing. (The owners are aware of this issue and working on it!) PS: Not that I disliked it but it would be very handy to get 2 sets of keys for the apartment so both of the people can go & come back in their own time :)
