• SENL (10/5): - Das Appartement war super! Es liegt in einem modernen Hochhaus im 7. Stock, im 21. Stock hat man eine grandiose 360 Grad Sicht auf San Jose, insbesondere nachts - wow 😍 Es gibt einen großen Pool, den man auf den Bildern sieht, sowie einen weiteren Schwimmpool im 4. Stock neben einem Fußball- und Basketballplatz sowie dem Gym. Alles gesichert, man kommt nur mit einer scannbaren Karte überall rein. Im EG gibt es mehrere Restaurants, eine ATM Maschine sowie Friseur. Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, ausziehbarer Couch, TV, Klimaanlage, Kinderzimmer mit Einzelbett, Schlafzimmer mit Dopppelbett sowie 2 Bädern. Wir waren eine Nacht länger da, was zum Fleck möglich war. Beim nächsten Besuch in San Jose würden wir definitiv wieder herkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!! Leider ist der Billardtisch, der auf den Bildern abgebildet ist, ohne die Anwesenheit der Inhaber nicht nutzbar laut Rezeption. Das war sehr schade, da sich die kids hierauf gefreut hatten 😔 Aber der Fußballplatz hat es wieder wett gemacht 😋

• Christel (10/5): Excellent place torent. You get verygood value forthe ory - It was very spacios, done in lovely neutral colors. Very good value for the money. It couldn't have been cleaner. Short distance to hrocery shop. Across the road there sre several good places to eat. I can. Definately recomend this place to stay when in CR! I liked it all
• Elvin (10/5): Exceptional - I like everything, very clean, closed to restaurants, walking distance to supermarket, swimming pools (2), basketball court, gym , game area and reading area on the top with a beautiful view to san Jose, at nights is amazing... The host Victor was soo helpful, I just wish my staying there was longer.
• Evan (10/5): Exceptional place, safe, new, great restaurants and pool, close to the city centre. - New apartment in a new complex with great restaurants and pool. Safe area with all you needed, we felt very comfortable there and walking to the city was close and safe as well. It was a great haven to come back to at the end of the day. I would stay here every time and recommend this place as exceptional if not the best in the San Jose area. Nothing, all good.
• Monica (8/5): Great- would definitely stay here again. - Location was very nice - clean, friendly staff and owners. It was not very far from down town which was nice. There is a great selection of food across the street. Only complaint about is I wish they were open until 10pm daily. Nice pool area. AC was very nice to have! I would have preferred to get keys from front desk or another way and not have owner meet me at reception and walk me all the way into the apartment to explain things to me. I would have preferred to read the handbook that they left on my own.

• Roland (7/5): Good - The apartment is well equiped, very safe as there is a 0-24 reception at the entrance. We found great to have a common pool and many social areas, terraces at the roof unless we did not use them. Just opposite to the building there are a wide varieties of different foods, so you don' t need to get to the centre when you would like to eat. The flat was acceptable, but not super clean that I would prefer.The whole place should be deep cleaned. Some dust was found at the corners at the floor and on the shelves in the wardrobe and the white sofa was quite dirty and a bit used. On the photos the flat looked much more newer. To get to the centre with public transport it is not so easy, we ordered Uber.
