Armen (10/5): Great owner, modern clean apartment in a great location for small families and singles. - The location is great - close to everything, and there are no tourists. Nearby is a huge market with the best shawarma in the whole city - around it, shops with live and non-live animals, a barbershop with unexpected beard straightening, A lot of fun)
Kseniya (10/5): Рекомендую всем, не пожалеете - Внимательная хозяйка, хорошее расположение квартиры. Всё новое, чистое, удобные кровать и диван, хорошо работает кондиционер. В квартире уютно, есть вся необходимая техника и посуда, было тихо все 10 дней, ни разу не слышали соседей. Всё понравилось, с удовольствием остановимся здесь в следующий раз
Anna (10/5): Теплый Ереван. Спасибо ^_^ - Квартира оправдала ожидания: удобное месторасположение, хороший вид из окна (балкона), забавный (и удобный) способ сушить белье. Фотографии совпадают с действительностью. В доме на 1м этаже располагается продуктовый магазин, за углом - продажа фруктов с огромным выбором и заманчивыми ценами. Через дорогу отличная шаурмячная). п.с. Я бы добавила чай и сахар, чтобы с дороги люди могли отдохнуть (непривычная жара летом для Урала). п.п.с. Был доп. сбор в районе 2000 р. (владелец предупредил о нем за месяц), это было неожиданно, т.к. ранее такой практики при аренде жилья не встречала, возможно, причина была в огромном наплыве русских туристов из-за концерта Земфиры.
