• Leisa (5/5): - The bathroom was nice but as other people have said they're is no exhaust fan. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were a nice size. The lounges were super hard when you say on them and very uncomfortable. 3 of the 4 beds had really hard mattresses. Our second night people put pillows under the bottom sheet to make it more bearable to sleep on. The aircon was very noisy while running. Couldn't sleep with it on. There was no recycle bin and the red garbage bin was overflowing and there was cardboard pizza boxes as well as other things in the ground around the bin. This place really needs some TLC to bring it up to a place I would stay in again.

• stevens (5/5): It was a cute house, warm and inviting. The facilities were fine. The house could’ve been cleaner - The house was well decorated, beds comfy and the bathroom was nice The broken branches from the snowstorm had not been cleaned up, they were leaning on the house and you had to walk under them to access the front door from the rear driveway. The house was not overly clean, there were chocolate wrappers beside bedside tables. The bathroom was extremely cold! There were also ants entering the house from the back door.
• Caroline (7/5): Our stay was comfortable. - Location. Heating was great. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. No outside seating. Unable to open the back door to access the backyard and our car. Drug/fit black boxes in the backyard. Bathroom lovely but needed an exhaust/heating light as the tiles were far too cold. Washing machine provided but unable dry clothes, especially during an Armidale wet and cold winter. Great neighbour and very helpful.
• Daniel (8/5): Cosy central location - Great central location. Enjoyed the fire! Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Great that it could house 6 x adults and our 2 x dogs
• Jeremy (4/5): Good location and adequate - Location was good and the bedrooms were large and comfortable Only one toilet for four bedrooms, heating was very inadequate and some doors were damaged so we could not close off the lounge room to keep the heat in. Also, the bathroom was very nice but it did not have a heat light or an exhaust fan.
• Mel (9/5): great location, cute cosy house to stay in with friends - awesome location cute and tidy house and was a cosy place to stay Just a little thing, needs a bigger number on the fence to make it easy to see
• Flor (10/5): best stay!. - everything was absolutely amazing, well worth the money, heaters in every room, comfortable and clean beds, bathroom was stunning.
• Jane (6/5): Adequate, hosts obliging to rectify issues - Location perfect, room size good. Shower lovely Furniture/furnishings for a group (6-7) sparse, ie lacking lounge sitting options, fridge size, heating minimal. Kitchen appointment minimal.

• Tshering (5/5): The property was not well managed so won’t really recommend my friends to stay. - Location was good with plenty of free street parking. Enough beds & adequate bedding for 6-7 people. Property wasn’t cleaned well. Found some dead cockroaches in kitchen and living area. Few guys complained about some insect bites in the bed and couldn’t sleep well. Surrounding was bushy with tall grasses and weeds as the property manager/owner informed me on the check in day that his gardener was sick for a while.

• Jane (8/5): Very good - Cute house and great location. Loved the bathroom and beds were comfy. No heating in living area or bathroom. Very quick showers at 6am when it was one degree outside. No covered area outside, or seating.we had an outside dog so lucky it didn't rain. Kitchen needs couple of serving bowls otherwise well equipped.
