• Abdel Aziz (3/5): Unprofessional staff and a very far location - The unit itself is very good and clean I requested to change the stay dates a few days before and rather than responding and saying I can’t, the property completely ignored my request and were not welcoming at all. Very unprofessional.

• frendy (1/5): - L'appartement est situé dans un endroit très loin du centre de gouna et en plus dans un chantier et l'adresse de l'appartement est difficile a trouver Nous avons contacté le gérant, mais il n'a pas pu nous aider et n'a envoyé personne. De plus, l'endroit était infesté d'insectes. Nous avons donc décidé d'annuler la réservation et de demander un remboursement il a refusé. Big flog Remarque : difficile de trouver des taxis là bas même Uber refuse defois

• Karim (10/5): A perfect little spot in el Gouna - The location and everything’s is great.. Very convenient, clean, water pressure is good. Self checking made things a lot easier as well Host was attentive and great Will definitely go stay there again Basic hospitality things were not there like tissues, soap, toilet paper and shower gel. But there is an App called VOO mart that delivered them for me in like 10min
