• Raed (1/5): غير راضي تمام - عدم مصداقية بخصوص المسبح المسبح مغلق لنزلاء الفندق ومفتوح فقط للمتدربين من برا الفندق مافي مصداقية على الرغم من تنسيقي معكم مسبقا قبل احجز والدفع وتأكيدكم لي بان المسبح مفتوح يوميا من الساعة 7 صباحا حتى 1 مساء ومن الساعة 10 مساء حتى 1 بعد منتصف اليل ، ثلاثة ايام أكلمكم وتقولو غير متاح ؟! مره عاملين كلور ومره تنظيف ومره … ثانيا المواقف صعبة جدا بسبب المقهى مافي مواقف ،نضطر نوقف بعيد وامام. بيوت الناس

• Nam (8/5): Very good - I had a good experience at the hotel during my 6 day business trip in Saudi Arabia. The hotel was clean and quiet, the receptionist and housekeeping were very helpful.

• Thirumani (10/5): Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and smelt fresh. The bed was very comfortable. - It was spacious and clean. It wasn’t 0,6 km from my place of meeting as booking.com made me believe it was. It was a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was not international at all. The WiFi needs an upgrade. The noise factor could be a notch down.
