• Petra (8/5): - The layout of the house was great. The location was great, and overall, the experience was good. The house was hot at times. The thermostat was set to heating. The garbage was not changed, and one shower curtain wasn't cleaned. Two of the TVs in the bedrooms were not working. There was a little wear and tear on the cabinets. Other than those minor issues, we enjoyed the house. Once y'all get those issues fixed, your rental should be extraordinary. Photos were taken upon check in.
• Amanda (10/5): Ideal location for families visiting Florida's theme parks - We are a family of 5 and stayed here for our holiday in Florida visiting the theme parks. Disney was 12 minutes drive and Universal about 25 minutes. Amazing location, a lovely quiet residential area perfect for relaxing after spending all day on your feet. Walmart is 5 minutes away and lots of good restaurants in the area. We doordashed a few times because we were too tired to go out. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and giant washing machine for all the laundry. Would comfortably fit two families. Loved the pool which was warm enough to swim without heating in October, water was about 28 degrees C. My sons enjoyed the movie theatre, giant screen which we simply logged into our Netflix and Disney+ accounts. Lastly a mention for Alberto who was friendly, helpful and responded to questions quickly. Perfect host! Thank you for making our holiday very memorable Just a note for other Brits. There are no bottle banks in the area so glass goes into the normal bins.
• Alain (1/5): Great location, terrible bed and no hot tub or pool as described unless you pay an extra $35/day - I liked the location it was close to the Parks The mattresses in some of the rooms were horrific. Some of us woke up with terrible back aches because of how poor quality/worn out the mattresses were. We really hated the extra $35 fee/day to have a hot tub or heated pool. It’s a cold plunge if it’s not heated yet they listed the house as having a hot tub which is not true…unless you pay $35 extra per day. Click bait and cheap tactics.
• Jeffrey (10/5): Very nice and comfortable home. Great for families, great spot for vacations. - Very clean, very nice neighborhood, lovely family atmosphere in the home. Wonderful service and communication. No complaints. Just an idea. Small instructions on how to handle the projector. There was a burned image in the middle of the projector screen. Saying “press power again to turn off projector”. Didn’t ruin my experience.
