• Annette (10/5): We had a fabulous time in Adeje, chilled , fab villa and cannot say enough good things about Pavlína, she helped us sett - The villa was perfect, it had everything you could need, lovely quiet residential area. Priory was spotless and I have never come across a more helpful or better Host than Pavlína, she went over and beyond to accommodate us and to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Villa is modern with lovely kitchen area and open plan area. Lovely outdoor eating space that we used every day. Nothing we loved everything. For us this was no problem but there are some steps to the property that might not suit every one but this us noted in the Description and we had no problem with it
• Michelle (9/5): Great villa amazing host. - The lady Pavlina who manages the villa couldn't do more for us age was really helpful and definitely made the stay better. The villa is lovely and comfortable. The beds were comfy. We had a lovely view of the coast from the balcony. The showers were good. (I rubber mop for the bathroom would be handy as water tends to go everywhere. The villa is close to bars restaurants and supermarket. It is however up a steep hill so only suitable for people with a certain level of fitness. We walked to Siam park and mall about 25 mins. it's 2 mins to aqua land. The pool setting is lovely but be aware if you go in winter it still may not be warm enough to go in. The host did everything she could to get the temp up. Taxis are very easy to get and cheap. We tended to ask to be dropped at Costa adeje gardens hotel. Walk up the hill to the junction turn left and follow path to the top of the steps into the apartment. If I was to go back to Costa adeje I would stay again. I would say even though it's advertised for 8 people it's really only for 6. There's only 6 of all the pots, chairs etc. Also in winter it's not as easy to get things dry so a second set of towels would be nice. The location is really not suitable for anyone who isn't mobile. It's up a steep hill you can't park outside so you have to carry all shopping water up or down the hill. A sliding door off the living room to separate off the bedroom corridor would be good as noise travels so it's hard to keep quiet if others are sleeping. The same for the sofa bed area if that could be sectioned off it would be better I know there were plans to do so. There were no kitchen scissors which would have been nice and a sangria jug would also have been welcomed.
• Angela (10/5): Enjoyable family winter break - Very modern and clean , great layout for our family holiday. Positioned half way up flight of steps , not ideal (manageable) with pushchair .
• Linda (10/5): We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! - We had an amazing stay at Villa Alexa! The heated pool was wonderful, and the view of the ocean is absolutely beautiful. The location is great — shops are very close, and there are padel and tennis courts just around the corner. There are also plenty of lovely local restaurants nearby. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and Siam Park is just a short drive away. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and to do laundry, which made our stay even more comfortable. A big thank you to Pavlina — she was amazing. She showed us everything we needed and even left washing tablets for the laundry. One thing to keep in mind: there are stairs leading up to the house. It’s not a long climb, but just enough to make you think about what to take with you and what to leave in the car. In our case, we left the baby pram in the car and only carried what we needed.

• Sarah (9/5): Lovely holiday - It was very clean and tidy. Great views and quiet peaceful area. The step access to the property as we used pushchairs and also only had 3 bedrooms not 4 as advertised.
• Paul (10/5): A wonderful time had by the family and having the Villa Alex as our home for 7 nights only added to a perfect holiday &a - The property and facilities were more than we expected, and was modern and clean and perfect for our stay in Costa Adeje. The hosts Martina & Pavlina went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Adeje which was just out of the main centre and quiet which gave it such a relaxed feeling and atmosphere. I couldn’t fault anything about the property
• Matteo (10/5): Ottima villa a Costa Adeje - La villa è spaziosa (abbiamo soggiornato tranquillamente in 8 senza aver alcun problema di spazio), la piscina un'ottima chicca per passare il tempo nei momenti di maggiore caldo o di ritorno dalla spiaggia. Inoltre sono presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici di cui potete avere bisogno. La zona in cui si trova è molto tranquilla durante la notte. La posizione è un po' fuori mano, niente di preoccupante ma ci vogliono comunque 5-10 minuti di bici o monopattino per raggiungere la spiaggia (1-3km). Se ci si organizza non è comunque un problema.
• Seon (10/5): - The villa is well equipped, modern, and very clean with plenty of space for a family to stay. The pool facilities, outdoor area and spacious communal areas are great. Amenities are great and included a full kitchen, washing machine, iron, smart TV, air conditioning etc. The location is excellent, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a short journey from Siam park and the shopping centres, just be aware that the villa is only accessible on foot by steps from two roads on either side. The hosts were pleasant and helpful, and communicated well with us during our stay. The hosts were accommodating with the error in our booking.

• Chris (7/5): Very good accommodation, access difficult - The property is lovely and spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed though a “welcome booklet” would be a good idea as no instructions for appliances, alarms or local facilities. Everything felt like new and the showers were fabulous with plenty of hot water. The main problem we had was access to the property and i accept it was our fault for not informing the owner that one of our party uses a wheelchair ( she is ambulant in the house) but access is up a steep incline and then 70 steps so unsuitable for elderly or anyone with a slight disability. I feel this should be on the website.
• Brian (10/5): Beautiful modern Villa in a perfect Location. - From the moment we arrived to collect our keys all was perfect. On entering we were provided with many complimentary gifts including fresh fruit, Bottle of wine and many other essentials for our stay. The Villa is everything that is advertised with more included with everything been brand new and modern.. It's located in a quite area but within a 2 minute walk to a supermarket and a number of pubs and restaurants. It is a 5min walk to the Centre of Adeje and the beach. We booked as a family of 6 and it was a perfect fit for all our needs. We really cant compliment the property and owner enough and look forward to a return visit sometime in the future. Nothing
